We ate the geotta, egg and cheese donut topped with maple and bacon, it was delicious. Unfortunately the price is very high and it would have been nice if we had a bigger portion. I would love to go bicing. Try some other flavored icings. If I return to duck donuts I will have to take advantage of their many toppings available.

These special-made donuts are hot, fresh, and delicious! Especially the peanut butter paradise…and the breakfast sandwich donuts are terrific when you top them with maple glaze and chopped bacon!

The best donuts are the freshest donuts but its interesting to know that theres different kinds of donuts and this is provided with the cake donuts The only problem with this is that sometimes youre going to get a very doughy donut or it can be a little overcooked it just depends on how its being fried at the moment.

Picked up 18 donuts for my coworkers today for my birthday. Not only was each one made and decorated fresh, but it was done quickly, they looked fantastic, and they tasted even better. Bougie place. This place is something Id expect to see in Vegas or NYC. The price is great. Wow! Amazing! They make them fresh in front of you. Fry it and customize it etc. No one will compare. Amazing donut shop, friendly staff. Prices seem really good, especially for a fresh, made to order specialty donut. Mix and match flavors, toppings, and the donuts are warm with a shift crisp/crunch to them. So delicious. This is in an outdoor shopping strip with tables and chairs outside to sit and enjoy your donuts. Looking forward to this in the summer.

First time there and it was fantastic. The lady helped explain how things work and the donuts are made yeah on the spot! Their donut dough was dead on not to airy but not too dense either..just perfect. The topping selection was great as well. Plus they had free ice cold water and other drinks. It was Very clean!

I love that these donuts are customizable and made to order. They are even great 24-48 hours in the refrigerator. With a tree nut allergy, they are always careful of cross contamination. 100% recommend stopping in to try them out!

Loved how fresh the donuts are. Service was really quick. Girls were super friendly as this was my first time and I needed to understand the options. Donuts were smaller compared to other name brands(which is good as my kids are allowed only one at a time).The only downside is (and it makes it impossible for me to eat anything from there again!) that all of their condiments (sprinkles, Oreo, cookie crumbles, bacon etc. are stationed together. Meat/non-veg options should be placed at a separate station. if you are vegetarian/have dietary restrictions, then you always fear for the mixing/falling off crumbs here and there(bacon into sprinkles, chocolates🤢)I hope this review can change the management’s mind (I mentioned the idea to the sales girl and she agreed to convey it to the manager.) These are donette - cake style donuts. Smaller than an average donut - priced at just under 16$ a dozen. The gimmick here is that the donut is fried fresh and then toppings added in front of you. The resulting donut is ok - but not special. I would save those big dollars for other shoppes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not bad but the tables needed a wipe down.

This place is amazing. The staff was so friendly and the woman making the donuts was so fast. The hot, fresh donuts almost did not make it home to share with my in-laws! The french toast one i think won the overall favorite with the maple bacon and the raspberry lemon tied for second! You wont regret visiting here!

Theres only a few seats in the front but i could see this place becoming a morning hangout so i bet it can get packed. We got to see everything getting made but its all automated anyway.

Our first time with duck donuts was in California. Our granddaughter is working at Yankee candle so decided to get her and her fellow employee one. Donuts were nice and warm with heavy chocolate on top,finger licking good.

They make the donuts hot and place toppings on them to order. Id recommend getting a single donut and eating here, as the still hot, freshly topped donut is a very large part of the draw. Boxed ones ordered to go are still good, but not the same level.

Visit today was pathetic, we waited for almost 25 mins to get one shake and surprisingly there was just one person ahead of us. Other person might have waited for at least 30 mins. We have this feedback in store and just got a cold response. Shake was also not good too. I will give 0/10 to this visit. If you ordering in store keep 20-25 wait time with no traffic.

I would have given this a 5 star review except for one small issue. The only donuts they offer are cake. If they offered a larger variety they would have received 5 stars. Honestly if I had the option to give them 4.5 stars I would. This is because even though the variety of donuts is limited to cake, man do they do a mean cake donut. Served made to order, fresh and still warm, with a large selection of toppings to choose from. Cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, glazed, icing, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, with many different toppings and drizzles. Give it a try, its delicious and I will be back.

Im from SC. My friend wanted Dunkin donuts. I did a quick search for doughnuts near me and found this Great doughnut place. They have an amazing selection. Fresh and hot made to order. Great service, friendly people, and very clean.

They have more donut topping options than I have seen at any donut place. They make all the donuts fresh After you order. You can choose one of their many specialty donuts or you can custom order toppings (kind of like ice cream at ice cream places). The only down side is that they use the same base donut for everything so there are no different flavored doughs but I dont think it hurts the experience since they have such variety in the topping options. The donuts were amazing fresh in the store and still delicious 8 hours later.

Duck donuts isokay. I just liked it, because I dont personally like their donuts, but my brother does. They have a lot of weird combinations with gummy worms and sprinkles and strawberry and a bunch of random stuff on one. This is just my opinion that I dont like there donuts very much.

Never had fresh donuts before and it was amazing! Ordered delivery and they came still hot, also got a bold coffee and had the shakes for 3 hours so that means it’s good coffee! 🙂

We took our boys to Duck Donuts and had a great experience. We each got donut sundaes and one lemon donut with raspberry drizzle... wow! They were amazing! We are looking forward to going back soon. Its a lot of fun to create your own (especially fun for kids!) and contrary to most places, they are served warm so they are really soft and gooey. Really delicious!

Good! Donuts are hot and made to order with an interesting mix of toppings and coatings. Pricing was decent. $5.55 for 3 custom donuts. Probably should have gotten the half dozen starting at $9 but didnt want the extra calories.I was annoyed though that they advertised a story time for kids from 10 - 12. There was nothing going on and considering how small the inside is (2 tables) not sure where theyd even do it?

By far the best donuts Ive ever had. You place your custom order for the donuts you want and they make them fresh for you. Some toppings I had included chocolate icing, sprinkles, oreos, graham crackers, and hot fudge. It was the type of experience where the donut eating is a little messy because its warm, gooey, and delicious. On point!

If you want super fresh donuts this is the place. The only downside is they only have one type of donut, cake vanilla, but a ton of frosting options that you can add to make them outstanding. If you go during the week just double check the hours, the sometimes close around 3 in the afternoon.

I had heard a lot about how awesome these donuts were and finally my wife and I stopped in on a date to try them...they were good as far as donuts go, but I didn’t get what all the fuss was about. They are freshly fried upon your ordering, and the toppings were many and varied. Overall they were expensive and just donuts...dense cake style donuts at that. Not a big draw for me, but big donut fans may find it unique.

Slow service. People who order after you often get their order well before you. Takes 30 minutes or more to get a half dozen donuts. Due to current OH rules, they only allow 6 customers at a time in the store. I did not realize 3 people were sitting over to the side and only counted 3 customers when my daughter and I tried to enter. My mistake. The older lady working there YELLED at us to get out. Really? Yet, once I got in, people started coming in whenever they felt like it. Really? At one point there were 9 customers in the store, in clear violation of the posted Ohio law. Did she say anything to them? NOPE. She YELLED at us for an honest mistake but let everyone else who ignored the sign on the door slide by. Oh, and she talks while leaning in less than 18 inches from the donuts and toppings without wearing a mask. So, that whole “social distancing” makes no difference if the people prepping your food are pretty much spitting all over it.

Best place for custom built donuts. The place offers variety of topping and sprinkle options and attracts kids for sure. The hygiene in very good and the staff change gloves every single order they prepare. Tried vanilla topping, chocolate sprinkles and marshmallow coating and the taste was awesome.

Ive not had a great experience here in the past mostly deal with customer service but I do have to say that the donuts are very good and they do offer a wide selection on what you can talk your donuts with. The one thing that I would say is the only thing that you can get here is cakes and they do not offer any other type of donut.

Amazing donuts and service. I’ve been a fan of the chain since I found them in Outer Banks and I’m so glad one opened up near Cincinnati. The donuts are cake donuts, which I love over regular (yeast) donuts. The service can be slow, yes, but that’s because they’re made to order. Can’t beat a warm donut every time. And the service is phenomenal. They ask if the donuts look good before handing them out, if not they remake them. Overall, 10/10 would eat again.

I think this may be my favorite donut ever. The donuts come fresh out of the fryer and theyre so fresh and warm. They literally melt in your mouth. The toppings are all so delicious too. We tried the blueberry pancake, French toast, and one of the lemon donuts. They were all so good. Blueberry pancake is my favorite for sure. Dont pass up Duck Donuts. Ever.

Exceptionally friendly staff and a great and novel place to bring kids as they get to pick out their own toppings and watch their donuts get made. But is it the best donut ever? No, not for me, but donuts are subjective. A fresh hot donut is good, but the icing and toppings leach into the donut on account of the heat making it a soggy sugary mess.

Slower because they’re made fresh to order! What they do is cook a fresh white cake donut and let you choose the toppings. While they don’t have variety for the donut itself, they have tons of options for toppings. But you can’t compare apples to oranges here! They do what they do very well. Not your average donut shop.

What a great little donut shop!! My sister and I stopped in to try this place and really enjoyed creating our own idea of the perfect donut. The blueberry dip with a marshmallow drizzle was my favorite. I’d recommend anyone to stop in for a nice treat.

Donuts are ok. Rude service, specifically from the owner. I will never spend money here again.My son loves the donuts here. He gets them when he hangs out when grandma but today was my first trip.We called ahead to make sure they were open. Then we get there and are asked what the name on our order was. We reply that we haven’t ordered yet and we were very rudely told “you have to order online right now. There’s no one in here so I guess we can take your order but next time you need to call ahead” (well maybe you should have mentioned that when we did call or at least put a sign on the door). Had my son not been so excited about it, I would have left right then.As someone who works in the industry, I understand that things are weird due to COVID, but there’s no excuse for the attitude. During the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for 7 donuts, the owner and all of the staff were constantly overwhelmed, confused and rude to almost every customer who walked in the door (one of them did what I should have done and walked out).The donuts were decent. More cool because of the gimmick of creating your own and having so many ingredients options, but there are so many better donut places in Cincy.I won’t be back.

Awesome donuts! We purchased a dozen at their opening and they are excellent! We tried many of the suggested topping flavors but the sky’s the limit with this cool concept. We had never had them before but they will certainly become a staple for our donut loving family!

Very busy place today which was not surprising considering second day this location was open. Line was out to the door, still got my order in about 20 minutes....Google GPS has the location wrong...I had to call to get the exact location (they stated they will be getting that fixed)... Great donuts!! Ive been to several DD locations, this one seem to additional topping options that other locations did not have....the key lime icing really good
