He handles all aspects of his company from promptly returning calls to getting the actual technical lock work done with competence and professionalism. He takes pride in his work and the community he serves.After I was nearly scammed by a foreign corporation that fronted as a local locksmith company, I cant recommend enough that you make sure that you hire a truly LOCAL locksmith and not a company that just has a website and will send any (incompetent) contractor to your home. When you hire a locksmith you are investing in your safety and your families so make sure you get someone like Eric whom you can trust!

I was locked out of my car, from a model which this is “impossible” to do. I called Erik on a frigid snowy night and he was at my house within twenty minutes!! Gave High Speed Lock a call last night after closing on a house. Showed up right on time and re-keyed the exterior doors and a safe room for me. Was super friendly, professional and fast! My exterior locks were very unique - they had triple dead bolts for enhanced security - but he had no problem getting them re-keyed and working smoothly. When it came time for the bill, I was absolutely blow away by how affordable it all was! Ill certainly be giving Erik a call for any of my locksmith needs and highly recommend him! Id give him even more stars if I could - absolutely a fantastic experience and so affordable. If you are a realtor - add Erik to your list of people to call when someone buys a new home - hes great!!!

I called Eric early in the morning....I had locked myself out of my apartment the night before. He was very courteous and prompt. When he arrived, someone had already unlocked my door (creepy!). He didnt charge me anything for coming out, which was very nice as I am on a fixed income. I would definitely recommend High Speed Lock to my family and friends.

High Speed Locksmith replaced our main office front door handle and lock (which was broken), as well as adjusted the closer mechanism to work more efficiently. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. They took the time to answer some additional questions regarding other doors in our building as well. Our building has many doors, so when the need arises, we will definitely call High Speed Locksmith again. Excellent Service!

This should be in a sitcom. The 1yr old grandchild had the car keys as she was being loaded into the car seat. By the time we got to the other side of the car, she had locked the doors! Of course the other key was at our house, 30 min away. We called High Speed Lock and got an answering machine that explained they were on holiday for two more days. The message provided an alternate contact but we did not get the full number and called High Speed Lock back to get the rest of the number. By a miracle, Erik answered and then immediately made the trip out to our car. He was our CHAMPION! We would highly recommend Erik and his company for any lock services you may require. Made an appointment last week and unfortunately had to cancel. Erik was very understanding. Called yesterday to reschedule and he was able to get me set for today. (This was not an emergency situation). He arrived 30 mins EARLY and told me not to rush getting there. I just left there and becausr I needed a special key made and I can say this... Eric treated me fair and honest. I gave him three keys to copy he handed me back 2 of them and said they were already the same keys (I didnt notice). He had a chance to make money on me and instead give me my back my key! What a great company. I have worked with others that are unfair...BUT THEY ARE GREAT.

I tried EVERY youtube video, tons of times, and spent 3 hours trying to get into my van. I called Eric hoping hed be legit (bad experiences with locksmiths in another state), and he was SUPER professional, arrived early, incredibly kind, didnt make me feel like an idiot, AND, was inside my van within about 3 minutes. I kid you not. Great experience. If im ever in a similar situation, ill feel much more comfortable having his number in my phone in case i ever need it.

This company says its 24 hours but it’s not I called at 2-3 in the morning and they didn’t answer I was looking for a 24 hour locksmith and they were not answering they need to fix there times because what they have up is not ture.
