Lindsey and Colton are wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Family Hearing Center. Whenever I had a problem with my hearing aids they were always able to quickly correct the problem or offer solutions. Wonderful and friendly!

I recently went in for a hearing test since Ive noticed a significant loss in my hearing. I was diagnosed with over a 50% hearing loss at 47 years old. I ordered my hearing aids but misunderstood about the financing. Lindsay immediately contacted Brian and they were able to get me setup and worked with me to make sure that I was able to leave that day with hearing aids as intended. The past 2 days being able to hear again has been amazing and its thanks to the staff at Beltone. I thank you and my family thanks you!!!

My dad recently had a hearing aid that was broke and I called Beltone Audiology in Mason to see about getting it fixed. This was a hearing aid that he had bought from the VA so it was not purchased from this store. They said to bring it in and they would look at it to see what they could do. So I took it over and Brian was able to repair the hearing aid. I stepped out to the counter to pay and he said there was no charge. Now how is that for service. Thanks Brian. BTW, the hearing works great.
