Knowledgeable staff whether you are buying or renting equipment. I have rented tools here several times. Plus, I paid them to service my Stihl products. They fixed it right the first time.

Chain saw rental, Stihl shouldn’t allow this place to represent their products, poor maintenance. It’s obvious they can’t tell the difference between 16 inches saw and 18, ordered 18 and realized when I got home it was 16, blade fell off in the first hour, tension gear was shot and would not tighten up, chain was dull and worn out, called them to get an exchange at 4:00 pm and they were already closed automated voicemail, spent more hrs fixing chain saw then cutting trees. This place poorly represents all products and should not be in business, wish there was another place close to put this place out of business. I will never be coming her again. Sales team doesn’t know anything about their products give them a model number and can’t even find the proper chain for my saw. You would think they would be able to look things up on the computer but they can’t, only one person in the store could direct me in the right direction and that was they guy who deliver equipment not the guy working the parts counter which makes no sense. Again don’t waste your time go and rent from any other rental place, they only care about helping big companies out when it comes to home owners they care less about what the rent or how they treat you. Most of the good reviews are from companies doing business with them.

Bought my Honda lawnmower there for a fair price. Needed a tuneup after not using fuel stabilizer over the winter. Quick turnaround and it works great

Great place good equipment good staff fair price

I have been going here for several years to rent equipment or to have service done on mowers, chainsaws and tillers. They have also always been willing to provide advice. Their service has always been top notch and their rental equipment (ditch diggers, drain snake, tillers, etc.) have always performed flawlessly,

Five star based on they are the only place close to my house that sells 91 ethanol free gas for my lawn equipment.

The help behind the counter is a joke. I called on the phone before coming down here to validate they would take cash as a deposit on the skid steer. I brought $2,000 with me so there wouldnt be an issue. The guy who works the counter told me no problem if your local I explained to him I live in Pleasant Plain he said thats fine. Once I got here he says he doesnt take cash and he didnt know who spoke to me on the phone saying they would. He would not even admit that he had told me that information over the phone; he blamed it on his manager who surprisingly enough doesnt have a cell phone to call. This place is a joke.

Was just back there for the ump-teenth time and the guy behind the counter gave me an answer I didnt like. And unfortunately for my ego he was 100% correct. Blerg! :DI bought my Stihl trimmer there, Ive rented all manner of equipment over the years, and Ive gone in for advice because the team there knows what they are talking about.

I have rented tools and purchased tools from this company and they are what you want in a tool rental business. They keep their equipment in great condition and any questions I had were answered fully. I will go there again when I need to rent a tool or a piece of equipment.

Bad customer service. Have been renting from for years. Will not rent from again. Called to tell them I was bringing a tool back at 4:50pm and would be cutting it close to closing time (5:00pm) was told if I didnt make it by 5:00pm that I was sol. Made it by 5:00pm and he had already shut off lights and locked door.couldnt wait 1 min when I called and told I would be there. Had to get up early to return tool after 3rd shift job . I wont recommend and I will be taking future business to nicer people.
