I shop this store frequently and was amazed by what I witnessed today. I couldn’t believe how rude the employee behind the bar taking tickets was to the customers buying limited release bourbon. Normally the staff there is very helpful and pleasant, but this gentleman seemed to be making-fun of customers for standing in line to get bourbon and talked to them very condescendingly and borderline nasty. After reading some of the other reviews on here it seems to not be the first time. Kinda glad I’m not a bourbon drinker because it wouldn’t be worth being treated like that.

This place is awesome is big and seems to be stocked very well. My only complaint or not really complain rather issue is there spirit (whiskey) selection is very small and what they have seems to be the basics. With is not bad not many look for 200 plus dollar bottles or those rare ones they just have solid choices a few gems here and there spread out in wine cognac and so on. It’s nice not bad customer service was very kind too lovely place!

The store is large and has a nice selection of wines and liquors. It would be a great place to pick up a gift for someone if youre looking for something nice. Theyve got a lot of American craft beers, but my husband did wish for a larger selection of imported beers. Overall, great place. Will be back!

Today was my first time going to this store and I will be going back frequently. It is a good size store with a good selection. It has a good wine selection as well as a varied selection of beers. It has all the usual liquors and as a bourbon drinker I was happy with their selection. They did not have any of the rare ones that everybody is looking for like Blantons and eagle rare. The staff was very friendly and helpful and suggested that we check back on Saturday when their shipments come in.

Hands down the best selection in the Mason, Liberty Township, West Chester area. They have a very large beer cave with a huge variety and they just as much if not more outside of it. They have almost every brand of spirit you can imagine (I was even able to score some Weller). The wine selection goes on for days. Bonus points: they have a freezer stocked with frozen adult Popsicles! Those can take up to a full day to freeze in your home freezer but they are ready to go straight from the store. They also have a large walk-in humidor for all you cigar aficionados!

Wonderful place! My husband goes here weekly just to check out the new items. Ive gone in a couple times and I love the amazing selections available. Its a very conveniently located store. Definitely go here if you are looking for lots of options and maybe something unique!

Amazing selection of wine, beer, spirits, seltzer & cigars! Definitely one of the best stocked places in the region. Dave, the general manager, is very helpful and friendly! Dont be surprised to get a free sample of something if you visit with him awhile.

This is an absolutely beautiful store. The staff is not only incredibly friendly but also super knowledgeable and always willing to point you in the right direction and make recommendations. There is an extensive selection of wine, spirits and beer. There are always new and featured beers as well as year round staples. You can also never go wrong with “arrow wine favorites” labeled under certain wines. Cannot be beat.

Convenient location, great selection of beers, wines, seltzers, and liquors in travel size to jumbo. Very friendly and helpful employees. Nice selection of extras for that last minute host gift. A complete, one stop shop!

I called this morning and the clerk was very attentive and friendly..I had seen online they carried absinthe and I wanted to know if they had Pernod absinthe in stock as Im not close by. Not super busy around 7:00 on a Tuesday evening. Nice liquor store with a great selection and a tasting bar. They stock a little bit of charcuterie, cheese and crackers to make an easy one stop trip when youre looking for this kind of treat with your wine or other drinks.

Went to a wine tasting and $1 beer special they had going on from 1- 5 pm. Found the wine but nobody knew where the $1 beers were at. Until we were leaving. Another customer found them by accident. Im not a wine drinker so those beers would have been great to have. Need better info on where the $1 beers are at. Inform employees where beers are at so they can tell customers. Well probably try again as its a nice place n people are friendly and now we know where the beers are at. Lol We bought about 4 bottles of spirits upon leaving. Believe me we buy our share of liquor.

Getting some rare bourbon was organized and run efficiently but after we purchased 4 bottles/ $200 worth of liquor they said we can’t have a box. The boxes were for carry out orders. Seems to me the boxes should be for anyone purchasing multiple bottles.

Nice find in the northeastern part of town. First time shopping today. Excellent selection across the board. Customer service was spot on. Called to find out if they had what we were looking and the gentlemen took time to look which saved us time. We will be back.

The staff is phenomenal, There is huge variety, I could literally lose hours just browsing this store (and spending so much money lol), and Im not even a big drinker. I actually drive about 45 mins, pass 3 other liquor stores, to go here because they are the only place I can find my favorite wine.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, best spirit selection Ive found on this side of the Ohio River. Not the most extensive beer selection, but extremely friendly ratio of local brews to not (and there are plenty of places already available for world tours of beer if thats your preference). I cant speak to the wine selection, though there does seem to be a lot of variety. The spirits and liqueurs have an incredible selection and they are willing to talk orders if something is available but they havent stocked it. Theyre also willing to talk to you about it if it isnt available (some products sell out very quickly and others have issues with distribution to the area).The big reason I will drive 15 extra minutes to shop here instead of my closest STATE LIQUOR awning-ed store is this: In 6 linear feet of shelf those places only give you a choice of how big your bottle of bacardi silver will be. In that same 6 feet Arrow has 4 different styles of rum from at least 3 producers, Including loads of local outfits I didnt even know existed. And same for every other spirit - local seemingly wherever possible, never wasting too much space on the big names (and where they do have a big name theres nearly every variation on it, neatly organized).

They have a huge selection of wine and liquors and a very helpful staff. Best store of this type Ive ever visited!

THE WORST! WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! A few things to preface. First, I rarely post reviews. Second, Im new to Bourbon collecting and lastly, I have never been yelled at or degraded as a customer before, until now.I paused before doing this review due to Covid and the shutdown, maybe people are just irritable but I didnt deserve this treatment.This store was having a distribution of some really good bourbon and was really excited. I even brought a friend, for more business to a newly opened store. We got there super early to get in line until the store opened at 9am. We did know through the other in line that they had a 1 bottle limit per purchase.The store opens and I got pick my bottle of EH Taylor small batch and was really excited as its my first bottle. We started to do some other shopping, liquor, beer, cigars, and my friend noticed the line to get in was gone so we thought - hey lets buy these and come back to get another bottle. There was plenty of other stuff still left. Thinking no big deal, we got there early, everyone in line had a chance. Again, being new and excited by what we saw.So we make our purchase, put them in the car, run back in, like little kids, and go to get another bottle. My friend gets his fine and then I reach for another bottle and I hear this voice say, DONT EVEN TRY IT and I as pick up the bottle I turn around, not knowing he was talking to me, to this masked employee telling me to put it back. I asked about being 1 bottle per transaction and he snaps back, YOURE JUST TRYING TO PLAY THE GAME, I KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING PUT IT BACK. So I say OK, I didnt know and thought that everyone had gone through and before I finish my sentence he again snaps - 1 BOTTLE PER PERSON BEFORE NOON, so I started to get a little heated because I didnt appreciate his tone and I really wasnt trying to do anything sneaky. And I say - I didnt realize the noon rule as I dont see it posted on your sign and its my first time here - and his very courteous customer friendly reply was, IT DOESNT MATTER WAS THE SIGN SAYS I JUST TOLD YOU THE RULE.So I walked away left my cart full of other stuff there, again, liquor beer, cigars, let my friend buy his second bottle and we walked out the door. I should also mention we saw multiple people come back in, maybe looking a little different, to buy a second bottle.Right or wrong, its soured me on my hunt and I will definitely not be back to Arrow in Mason on Tylersville.
