Two men and a Truck did a terrific job in my lasted move. Shaman, Chris and Thomas showed up on time, and they are professional and are very careful handling the large furnitures. In the end, I paid $400 less than the original quote because they finished the job way faster than expected. Overall, I recommended Two Men and a Truck as a go-to moving company.

Two Men and a Truck made my move seamless. With the stress of closing on a home and moving, they kept me informed and made a confirmation contact two days before the move. The two gentlemen who moved me were very polite and hard workers. I was hesitant to pay by the hour, but the cost came in lower than what was estimated. Very pleased with the entire process all the way around!

These guys were awesome. Got a call from them when they were 30-minutes away letting me know their arrival time (which was spot on to the estimated time they gave me the day before). They were very professional and handled everything with great care. It couldnt have gone better. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We hired 3 movers to move out of an apartment into a home. Two of the movers were good. One of the movers did nothing but stand there and was on his phone regularly. Because of this, the move took much longer than it needed. Furniture was not wrapped and was damaged when they loaded unwrapped furniture on a dolly and took it down a flight of stairs. Very poor moving day experience. Would never use Two Men and a Truck again.**Update 1 week after my initial correspondence with my move consultant. She told me that an operations manager will get ahold of me in the next 2-3 days. I still cannot get a call to resolve this

Two Men and a Truck is great for local moves. We have used them on several occasions and would would use them again without hesitation. The teams that do the move call in advance to advise you of the estimated arrival time within the scheduled window. They are helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!

Better make sure you count every piece of furniture you want moved. Scratched up walls and furniture. Had.to fill out.a damage report. Took about 30 to fill out paperwork which Iam being charged. Not worth the money. never again

I cant say enough good things about our experience with Two Mean and a Truck. From the beginning, they were phenomenal! Renee was who helped us schedule our move and she was great. She also called the day after the move to see how everything went. We were so impressed that they cared enough to call and check in afterwards. Jason and Freddy were the two men who came to move our belongings, and they were the BEST of the BEST! Absolutely incredible. They moved quickly, but took great care of our belongings, they always had a smile on their faces and were amazing to work with. I truly cant speak highly enough of the two of them! Casey Monahan in the office was great. She was respectful and reassuring my move would go smoothly. I appreciate her assistance and great customer service getting me ready for my move. Caleb Campbell and Greg Childress, my moving team, were great. They worked very hard to get my things moved safe and in a timely manner. They were very courteous and professional. Because of this team, I will use this company next year when I move again.It may seem like 2 men are not enough to move, but they are very fast. Especially the unload goes a lot faster than the loading. They arrived fast at the destination and were fast when traveling to the move-in site. They have dollies and pad and wrap your items. They also respected my fragile items that I told them about. All in all great place and I would recommend.

When it comes to the actual move, our moving team did a great job, and kept their spirits up, despite the five-hour job turning into an eleven-hour job. They worked very hard, so we ordered them pizza, and tipped them $300.The problem stemmed from a couple days later, when we discovered theft--NOT loss, but actual evidence of theft. We had an unopened Nintendo Switch Lite console stored in our closet, originally intended to be a gift. We kept searching our belongings once settled in, figuring it had to be somewhere. We ended up finding the original packaging, empty, with the inside torn up, as if somebody wanted to quickly remove the console and charger before anyone noticed. We lived in a controlled access apartment building. Theres nobody else who could have taken it besides one of them.We contacted the office, and spoke with the operations supervisor. Initially, he expressed concern and understanding about what happened, and said that theft is not something they stand for. He asked me to give him a day to find out what course of action he had to take. I did.I called back the next day, close to the end of their business day, because he never called me. He apologized, saying he didnt get a chance to do his due diligence. I gave him another day. The next day, I called again several times, due to his not being available. Eventually, he left for the day before I could reach him. On the fourth day, I called again, and the front desk person said she would let him know I called. A little while later, he called me back saying that his corporate office said the only thing I could do was file a police report, and that they would cooperate. I dont have much recourse beyond that. He didnt know what else to tell me, because all three of his guys passed background checks, with nothing beyond a speeding ticket. I filed my police report, but even the officer told me not to expect much, and suggested taking civil action.Im simply flabbergasted that I paid nearly $2,500 for a local move, to a company whose slogan is Movers who care, only for one of their team to blatantly steal from us, and their manager then writes us off.If you use Two Men and a Truck to move, theyre great with heavy furniture, but pack all of your own belongings if you dont want them to steal from you!

Ive used 2 men& a truck for a work move 1x and personally 2x and all 3 were quick & efficient and friendly. Best bet low cost option to move as little or as much as you need.We were able to do 1/2 one day and the other 1/2 a few days later to allow us time to sort & put things together room by room.

Aaron, Kevin and Rodney were excellent! I got 3 men (one in training) instead of just 2! I didn’t have a lot of furniture - mostly boxes and plastic totes, but they loaded and unloaded everything within a few hours! Although they completed the job in a short amount of time, they were very careful with all of my belongings. They were also very pleasant and personable.I will definitely use 2 Men and a Truck if I ever need to move. It was affordable and extremely easy to set up, and they accommodated me when I needed to change the date.

Im 30yrs old & since I came out the womb, Ive been built to conquer two things... (1) groceries (2) moving things. About 4yrs ago I was introduced to professional movers (Two Men and a Truck). Long story-short, I WILL NEVER MOVE ANYTHING AGAIN. #Retired. The 3 gentleman that assisted with my move on 5/18/2020 exceeded expectations beyond what words can describe! To be frank, theres not enough stsrs to rate how efficient the entire team was. From the initial appointment made to the final signature once the job was complete. Theres no competition that can compare. This was my 3rd time using Two Men and a Truck (Mason, OH). It certainly wont be my last. Everyone would be wise to utilize you guys!!

Aaron, Kevin & Logan moved our office & did not stop for six hours. The cost was low for the service provided and they were nice & respectful to boot. They asked where things needed to go and made adjustments on the go all while doing nonstop heavy lifting. We are very happy with the help and highly recommend their service.

Kevin and Peter were my movers and they were absolutely awesome. I appreciated the care they took in moving my furniture. They were timely with their arrival and worked very well together. When they unloaded the furniture in my home they took great care in protecting my floors and walls as they carried some of the pieces up the stairs. They were considerate in their tone and manners. The online estimation tool worked great and then being able to talk through my complex move [involving 3 addresses and a stop at a storage unit!] with someone made me feel comfortable. The two men, J and J did a great job, wrapped everything and they were really quick with what they moved. They used creativity when moving my large desk through a doorway that I thought would never be doable. My washer and dryer had to be lifted over the counter as the space was too small to pass with the dolly. Great service, very polite and took great care of the items being moved. Highly recommend 👍🏻😁

Absolutely amazing company to work with! First off, Stephanie was the representative I spoke with. She was so caring and pleasant to speak with that she really made me feel at ease with the whole process. She thoroughly explained the cost and how it worked. The one mover called me 1/2 hour before they arrived and made sure the time still worked for me. When the movers, James and Chad arrived, they introduced themselves and did a walk through with me. Then we went over paperwork and any questions I had. They began moving my things and they were lightning fast although very careful! We got to my new place and they moved everything in quickly and efficiently! They even put my beds together! I would highly recommend this company and those men. I was so pleased and they really made moving a great experience rather than a dreadful one. I will definitely be using them again.

Its moving day!!! The guys showed up at 8:30am. Very professional look in uniform. Took a quick look at the house, got their game plan, and went from there. No accidents with any of our stuff.i will definitely call them again.

Nick and his two assistants handled the move (from a third floor apt to another third floor apartment) with ease. No damage and move went as flawless as I had hoped for. Don’t even bother on paying the additional insurance. It is a scam. They never get back to you!!! It is so unfortunate that a good work by the movers end up with such a bad taste. Move happened smoothly, even when it was done over the rain. When I was unpacking I noticed yTwo broken pieces and one noticeably scratched. I reached out the same week, they told me the Operations Manager will be reaching out and, here I am, a month after and multiple follow ups... no word!!! They just wanted the money... that’s it!

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck over a 10 year period. This was my best transaction with them yet. The scheduler was efficient and polite and my movers were knowledgeable. My final cost was less than the estimate! They took great care with my belongings and were very attentive to where I wanted things placed. Nothing was damaged, despite having some very awkward antiques and shelving. I am supremely happy with the outcome. Terry and Jonathan, the movers, made for a cute couple. They reminded me of Archie and Edith Bunker. They were personable, kind, funny, and most of all, supremely skilled in the most efficient ways of wrapping and maneuvering the furniture. It was the easiest, hassle-free moving experience I have ever had. I will certainly use this company again in the future...and I will request Terry and Jonathan! Theyre the best!

They listened very well to what I said about where things needed to go and even followed up to make sure it was what I wanted. Be aware! They wont be responsible for damaging your items, even though its their fault plus they agreed to take care of it plus valuation/insurance was paid. The movers looked polite, but unfortunately not professional and dishonest.My TV was damaged because one mover pulled it from the wall mount and used his body to weigh it. He did the same thing to my digital piano, dresser and other furniture before wrapping them. The TV together with the wall mount fell off after he moved it. They first blamed we didnt properly mount it, but the TV was safely hang there for several months and it would never fall off if they didnt try to weigh it before its packed. Then they said their manager would have someone to fix/repair it in the next day. After several days, the manager CJ had someone call us to deny the claim. We didnt see the claim at all, and no one came to file a claim.The mover violated their policy that he moved our TV before we signed the release form! The company also didnt follow a standard insurance claim process!There are out a lot of similar cases reported on their consumer affairs website. Its very common for them to damage items during the move, and if this happens, dont count on them to pay for your loss even though you buy their insurance!

Great moving experience. They were very careful with our belongings along with the house. They wrapped delicate items and wrapped stair handrails and doorways. They were quick also.

This was a very short move from an apartment that we had moved out of but we had some things that had to be moved to storage. They were able to schedule me on an afternoon that fit my schedule and when it turned out that there early movewhats going to take longer than anticipated they added an additional person to my crew so that they could get it the job done more efficiently they didnt charge me for the third person and that was greatly appreciated.this is the third time of used to men in the truck and I highly recommend them.

I was initially disappointed with my move being scheduled for an 8am start time but the company calling to tell me there was an issue and would have to start later. The movers eventually showed up at noon. However, Steve and Chris were very professional and did an excellent job despite the down pouring rain.

The two employees who helped me were terrific. Hardworking and polite.I would have rated 5 stars but upon delivering a very bulky bed to an upstairs bedroom I noticed the doorknob of the door went through the plasterboard leaving a hole in the wall. They brought this to my attention and said they didnt think they did it. I didnt see it happen.However, when I had my walk through inspection the day before with the rental agent, it was not there.We will have to pay to fix it.

The guys were right on time and never stopped working! They were efficient yet personable, and made an otherwise stressful day enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

James and Victor did a wonderful job picking up a desk unit we bought and bringing it to our house -- and setting it all up for us! They very graciously moved some book cases and other furniture to accommodate the new desk. Then -- they broke apart the old desk as we requested and carried it out to the curb for trash pick-up. Both James and Victor were exceptionally polite and helpful -- even running the cords under the desk and to the spots we needed them. Kudos to these terrific guys! Thank you very much!! We will certainly request James and Victor the next time we need some items moved.

Brandon was great. The other guy I understand was training but I think they took longer because the new guy was really slow. Overall I would recommend you all again to anyone moving.Kim

I have moved over 20 times in the last 10 years, and thus far this was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had. I was told the movers would be here in between 8am and 9am, and they were promptly there at 7:55. The two young men moving me out were polite, friendly and efficient. The company also estimated my time to be 3.5-4.5 hours, and they finished the job in exactly 3 hours. I will DEFINITELY only be using this company for any future moves!

Great experience with Two Men and a Truck. Both of the guys were helpful in assisting with the move. They explained the process and really went above and beyond. I will definitely use them again for my next move.
