Fedex tracking stated my package was attempted delivery 2 times today. The first the office was closed the second...REALLY DID NOT HAPPEN. I was there and no truck showed up and I was in my office with the door open. After 6 too many calls to FEDEX customer service who was not helpful in the slightest, I called this location just to see if maybe, just maybe someone in the US and locally could help get this reattempted or delivered there for me to pick up.Pam was an absolute, awesome, go out of her way to help trooper. Not that we got the package yet today (keeping our fingers crossed) but at least I know she actually cares about the reputation of the company more so than corporate does with their absolute terrible solution processes.Thank you PAM for all of your help today.

Pam was incredibly helpful preparing a poster for me- which turned out better than even expected. Also Appreciate the sterile pen.- this far into the Covid pandemic, it’s easy to become complacent with protocol. Kudos to Pam and FedEx for continuing to care about public health and safety.

UPDATE : So now on 3rd March the package miraculously appeared on the recipient door in original packing, which means the person whole stole it according to FedEx did not opened it, interesting. Is there anything FedEx has to say now? may be you can say it might be under the bush and no one saw it :) which there are none around that area just so you know. I have attached the image of that long lost package which is now found. Ask your driver FedEx if they really delivered it when they claimed they did?Staff is super nice 5 star to that, very helpful people. But be very careful with FedEx guidelines, my package is missing never reached to destination. I was never told that signature required can play crucial role in filing a claim,but the way its written in letter seems like they suggest its better to do signature required so you have good control on your package. Along with that they say driver said its delivered but I was not presented any proof of it like a picture or anything that package was delivered in front of right home, instead I have been told that ask the recipient to file a police report as your package is probably stolen. If you are using them please do signature required on all your packages other wise Drivers word has more value that a customer claim. Be careful!
