I wear primarily two brands recommended by my podiatrist that have offered me a lot of relief and which provide a lot of stylish options. I came in looking for shoes for a formal event. The woman working told me the brands I wear are no good, a waste of money, and that everything they have is better. Just a sales tip - when given the opportunity to bring in new clientele maybe don’t insult them, their choices, and their preferences. I won’t be back.

Foot Solutions is the best store if you want to buy shoes that give you support and help with probation problems. I have bought four or five pairs of shoes from them, and the shoes were worth the money.

I went to this store on the recommendation of my podiatrist after being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Spent 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon only to leave with a pair of shoes that were too big for me. The salesman insisted they were the correct size for me and that I have been buying my shoes to small. The salesman was constantly distracted by other customers coming in and repeatedly asked me the same questions. He also continued to ask me if I wanted to order some sandals which I had told him I was not interested in. I returned the shoes the next day and found out that the store did not have the shoes in my correct size, hence the reason he pushed me to buy the wrong size to begin with. During the second visit, I was shown shoes I had no interest in because the store inventory is so low that they cannot accommodate their customers without having to special order everything, which takes up to 2 weeks and yet another trip to the store. I immediately pulled the shoes up online and not only were they cheaper but I could get free 2-day shipping. I cancelled my order and told the store owner that I could not afford to wait 2 weeks for proper shoes to treat my foot condition. The owner was very offended and said she would report the online store for undercutting her. I would NOT recommend this store for anyone with immediate needs and feel the customer service is substandard and dishonest.

Pam the sales lady and the other woman (forgive me I forget her name) were helpful, friendly and had excellent advice for someone recovering from a serious fall and multiple broken bones in both feet and ankles! It was the best shoe buying experience Ive ever had!!

I have been having issues with pain in my heel, I told the associate at the store my problem and he suggested a very nice pair of gym style shoes. They were very comfortable and seemed to relieve the heel pain, but I needed something more like work shoes. So he suggested trying a flexible arch support, I was able to put these in my work shoes and it seems to work very well. I have had several other arch supports, and even had one set custom made, but most are very ridgit making them very uncomfortable to wear. These are ridgit, but also flex at the arch to take away the pressure on the heel. I am very happy with the associate at the store and the new insoles!

I tried to go in and buy a pair of shoes last week. So I go in and a lady comes out from the back after a few minutes. She comes over and I tell her I want shoes for vacation. She asks where I will be going. I tell her Mexico. She then told me that I wouldn’t want almost all of their shoes bc I would be near the beach and water. I never said I wanted shoes to wear to the beach or water but okay. She then asks what was my budget. I did not have a budget, I just wanted a pair of shoes. The next question she had for me was if the shoes I was wearing were real Birkenstock’s or not. Not sure how it was relevant to the conversation but ignored it and still tried to get a pair of shoes. So finally I just picked an entire brand of shoe and asked for ANY color or style of that brand in a size 9. Without hesitation or even walking to the back room she just replied no, they don’t have any of those in a size 9 and I should try somewhere else. My experience in the store was disappointing and I would not recommend anyone go there.

Looking for custom orthotics but they only have one style. Nothing better than any of the other places.

They have gone above and beyond to serve both me and my mom who has a physical disability that affects her ability to walk. The customer service is top notch.

JoAnn and Pam helped me remain in my career. They put in a lot of effort to get orthotic inserts that sharply reduced the pain from my required industrial work boots. They helped me more in the first 15 minutes than the previous 5 years of podiatrists put together. I would never bother with a podiatrist again, ever, and I have been to the best in town. Foot Solutions is great for dealing with debilitating foot pain. They stock great shoes and sandals that make a huge difference in comfort, and they never try to sell me anything I dont need or want. Ive never regretted a penny Ive spent there.
