A great B&N location with a fun games section. They have a great kids section too with toys and games to keep the little ones engaged.

The staff at Barnes & Noble are friendly & knowledgeable. I know when I go there I will always fine something I like. Whether its a good mystery, quick summer read & a fun magazine the staff is there to direct me. Pick up a refresher from the cafe on my way out and I feel like Ive been on a short vacation.

What can I say. A great bookstore. If they dont have it theyll order it for you.

The staff was helpful here! A plus! Seems like an old Barnes and Nobles. Has a nice selection of books. If youre looking to sit at the Starbucks here, this isnt the place. I generally go to the Westbury location.

I like this store! Plenty of parking and I always find good deals and interesting books here. Found these devotionals in the book annex at a good price!

I always enjoy my visits to this Barnes & Noble! The staff is incredibly helpful with finding what I need and have given me and my family great recommendations throughout the years based on our favorite genres.

The massapequa barnes and noble provided me with excellent customer service, they are awesome.

I took off 1 star due to long line during covid 19 but it did move quickly. Nice book store and the staff was pretty helpful if I had any questions.

The staff at this location is great, always so friendly and helpful. I dont get to come here as often as Id like, so when I do I can get lost in the books/manga/games/etc for hours. This location has a coffee shop too, which is an added bonus. I personally enjoy going here alone for some peace and quiet, but its also a great place for kids with all sorts of fun and educational books, games and toys for all age groups.

Your standard barnes & noble well stocked with all the impulsive buys you can want the only gripe was the the starbucks in I asked for a green latte but they used a tea bag I should specified macha but oh well not gonna fault them on that.

The staff is very informed. Very clean and organized.

Its pretty good in its current state. The line is a mess and there no are no real rules with the pandemic. Wear a mask and youre good to go. I would just prepare for some confusion and no one to help you

I enjoy books. I walk around the store to see everything from books to collectibles to gifts. I would recommend this BN for its location and the ease of walking around the store.

I visit B&N infrequently and everytime i go in there i an always amazed at how much i miss in store shopping. I usually have to ask for help finding what I am looking for but they are always quick and helpful.

Decent book store. Chill ambiance and they are working on a coffee stop within the store. 3 stars for some employees on a few occasions pushing their opinion on me in regards to the books I was ordering when I didnt ask for it. Lifes great because we all like different things, right?

Really surprised there are still B&N stores. This one has a small Starbucks, which was nice. Lots of books and games. You can see a small move towards the toy business as well. Lots of current toys. A good place to pick up gifts for a birthday or anything else.

Love how they have a big selection of manga, pusheen & sanrio things.

Clean, welcoming, pleasant. Staff is polite. Informative and not intrusive. It was a comfortable nice first visit to browse, have a cup of coffee and buy a magazine. Would have liked a bit more seating .

What a wonderful store! Its large but very organized and has large variety of books and music w many topics and artists.I bought my friends granddaughter her first childrens bible. There was a good variety for all ages, and w the help of an informed friendly, employee I was able to make a good choice.It is also located in a convenient shopping center.

Super size selection of books, games. If what youre looking for is not in stock they can order it for you.

Large book selection however the cafe was a bit small and seating in the store is not great compared to other Barns and Nobles around the nation.

No matter how much society moves over to electronic books the smell and feel of a physical book in hand is the best and this is always the best place to go to find a good read. I would rather physically go to the store and get a book instead of shopping online for one! Please stay the same forever!!!

The new cafe/set up is great. It’s an awesome place to get out of the heat and read. I also love that they added the cafe with chairs because I always find myself sitting on the floor reading there so now I have chairs to read. The workers are nice and they always have great recommendations!

Easy to get lost in good books, simple store layout, fair prices of $10 or less with discount books.

They wont not match up a price on the same book that was in Barnes and nobles.com

Love this traditional bookstore -carries tons of accessories, learning and playing toys and activities. They sponsor fun events for kids like robotics, authors, and a free treat on your birthday for club members. Good parking and good location near lots of dining choices.

Good staff, friendly and always asking if you need help. I love the new Starbucks. The smell of coffee makes it feel like home somehow...and I dont drink coffee.

I did not know that there were book stores that did not have cafes in them. It was sort of refreshing to visit an old style straightforward bookstore. Im not saying I I wouldnt mind it having a cafe however far as doing some simple straightforward book perusing this place is great.

Lots of books, good help counter to help you find material. Has toys and games. The games are nice quality. Dont carry all the new graphic novels, big magazine section,big childrens book section,could use a CD section,they do carry music on vinyl though.

I love this particular Barns and Noble is usually pretty quiet, like the public libraries used to be. Not filled with obnoxious loud people talking their business on their cell phones the whole time. Which franklyNobody cares to hear. Speaking for myself and those few that still have some common courtesy and respect.

The staff was very helpful in finding my book that only had 2 in stock. Very nice. They even have a Starbucks inside.

Book bargains always, best sellers yes, nothing like sitting with children & a good story book. REAL PAPER books win hands down. I do read on line books & news, but real comfort is reading a book in a nook of your home dreaming dreams.

All of the employees are very nice and helpful. I love getting comic books and I understand a lot of book stores that offer them know little about them or typically have a very small selection. They have a whole isle with lots of these so needless to say its my favorite place to get comic books.

I love this place because it gets me all the books that I need. One thing I would recommend is putting a little sitting area. Some stores may already have this but at my location it does not. Overall, this bookstore is amazing. : )

If you like to read, they have a wide selection of books for all ages. They will also order any book you need. If you like to listen to music, they sell CDs and actual old fashion albums. There are various toys and collectibles. Staff is very helpful.

I had called the Massapequa store to see if a book was in stock. Luckily for me, Bill answered and was extremely helpful. He was so polite on the phone put me on hold only for a brief moment and came back to tell me that the book was in stock and he was holding it in his hand. I came to the store 20 minutes later to get the book. To my delight, Bill was there and I was able to shake his hand and thank him. He saved me a trip to the store if the book was not in stock and he saved me from walking around looking for the book. He was awesome and a great employee.

Love coming to this store has surprises in new material but with the computer age books are quickly obsolete after even 1 month on the shelves! Got to give it to this store still a wealth of info of merchandise abounds! Just be on the guard at the check out counter the cashiers seem to hear one sided from my experiences (watch for the promo deals). Good store nonetheless.

The restroom did not have enough soap and no paper towels to dry my hands.

In the Amazon age, the feeling of navigating your way around physical books and perusing them in your hand, is not lost on my generation. Extremely helpful staff, library-like atmosphere, and of course deep Tuesday discounts on new releases. Plus, a Starbucks, if you need one.

Took my mother here to get 1 book and she bought 5. There is nothing like the smell of a bookstore. Variety is key here as they have everything and will order for you if not.
