I had THE WORST experience on the phone just now. I had a few questions about some of the stuff I saw online, as they mention walk-in for treats and I asked about some chocolate covered strawberries . First off she had attitude off the bat, and I dont think she comprehend English that well because she seemed very hasty to get me off the phone and telling me to go online and create my own. I just want some chocolate covered strawberries, bananas and apples. She said she had a box of strawberries but said if someone else buys it they wont be there. I asked about ordering a box and how much it costs, she never told me the price, and she kept trying to get me to go back online when I had questions about the online site.I am very disappointed because I just want to get some information about some things that I want to get for my sisters birthday tomorrow. I dont live in the area and now Im going to have to drive all the way over there just to ask my questions and get the answers from someone who is competent and knows how customer service works.Its sad that I couldnt get proper customer service over the phone and I asked if there was a manager to speak with they said no and said go online.

Callous owner, didn’t deliver on time and ruined a very special occasion without apology or care. Awful awful awful experience, I would not ever give this location your business. I loved edible arrangements so it’s a shame.

Online activation pretty smooth and seamless. Delivery on time. Dont how how final product turned out. Maybe stores can take image and share with buyer as follow up.
