I went to this location yesterday and was thrown aback when I needed help finding charcoal and the store manager was slightly rude, he acted as if I was disturbing him, but Pointed and Told me where to find it, went back his merry way. No - Id be glad to help Would you like me to show you or Yes maam, Id be happy to help. But I digress. So as I find flashlights for this impending Hurricane I find them. Not only were they covered in cob webs and dusty(I do have pictures) one of them were missing the batteries that came with it. Mind you, I was buying 4 flashlights 3 @ $13.99 1 @ $8.99. Went to customer service with ALL 4 and asked the young man if he could give me a discount for the one flashlight missing batteries. I had all of them up on the counter. He said he had to ask Manager. Again enter manager Steve Zagorski. I ask him the same question. His reply to me was Why would I do that when I can send this back and get a full credit from the companyIve supervised in restaurants, retail store and even Customer Service reps. Even though what He said was correct - who tells a customer this. Every In Service training - Week 1 - thats the wrong answer. 100% hands down wrong. I answered OK, np. Took the other 3 flashlights and my merchandise in cart put my granddaughter in cart, paid and left. As a people, were surviving a Pandemic, Hurricane was about to hit and this is the Person representing King Kullen? Its absolutely disgusting.

Quick in-and-out. The cashiers are apparently too efficient whatever that means. Also a beautiful plaza to celebrate the weekend. Pizza cocktails and a beautiful park nearby (John Jay Burns) Beware of high school numbskulls.

This is a nice supermarket. Its clean and well stocked. I was a bit confused that all of their organic/natural/non-dairy and gluten free items are all in one central location in the store separate from similar items. Once you know, its easier to shop organic.

Its my first time coming to this store…The service excellent…I just feel so blessed to find this store…Thx for all crew who work in this location..

Good location, clean environment, definitely not what I remember business wise, it was very empty, competitive businesses definitely ran this establishment to the bottom of the totem pole, its definitely a shame, king kullen always had great cuts of meats not to mention a great bakery with sweets made to perfection, I hope they make a comeback, but that I really do have my doubts

Web page indicates that masks are required and sign at the door indicates that masks are required however I was in the store today and several workers were not wearing masks. I asked a cashier and he indicated he had been vaccinated. Asked him if he could provide proof of that and he indicated he was not required to show any proof.If shoppers are required to wear masks why are the store personal NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS.I will no longer go into this store any more as long as they DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES!!!!!!!You have lost a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything clean and shelves are usually well stocked. Staff is normally well Mannered. However, it is Just way overpriced. They’re are very few items ever on sale. They can’t compete with stop n shop or shop rite in terms of prices and variety. So while the store is a pleasant place to shop you are simply being ripped off. It’s why king kullen keeps shutting stores down and won’t be around much longer.

Love this particular store. Its very Clean and they have alot of stock. The only complaint is they are a bit more expensive than other supermarkets but I dont mind because I know where everything is and its just very convenient being its in the neighborhood. Stop by today and see for urself. U wont be disappointed

Excellent service and kindness at this King Kullen store.Even after I accidentally left my purse with money, credit cards and the like in a shopping cartIN THE PARKING LOT. The cart boy found it and returned it to Customer Service. Afterwards I wanted to give him a thank you offering, but couldnt find him.What a doubly, wonderfully beautiful experience today!😊😊😊

KK always has a great variety of fruits and vegetables. Well stocked sale items, fresh fish and meats. Its easy to find a way to make dinner

Overall a good supermarket. The store is clean and the food is fresh. The store really needs to put pressure on AT&T or the major cell carriers to provide cell service. Either that or open up the wifi to customers. The entire store is one huge dead spot. In this day and age I use online apps to shop and I often have to call home or text to say honey, they dont have this or do you need anything? . I also like to refer to the online circular. Honestly not having cell service affects my ability to shop there.Years later and no change to cell phone service. It’s still one big dead zone. If your shopping you are off the grid.I am an early shopper and despite the supermarket being open early you won’t get stuff like baked bread if your too early. Before you load up on cold cuts check to see if the bread is out.

Great store allways spotless and you can tell that the staff take great pride in there store. This I presume comes from the top down. Great selection and yes a few pennys more but for that you get choices, which you have to consider when you support this local store. Its a pity its being swallowed up by Stop n Shop.

Great local super market to serve the local area. A lot of customers dont even have to leave the neighborhood which is great. The food is always stocked and the staff is always friendly.

For the horrible new paper bags that broke when I was taking in my groceries and all my eggs and food broke and fell all over. Collect 5 cent for the plastic bags but yet they using paper and still charging 5 cents. I don’t get it.

Shopped here large selection of food, good choices abound just felt I got the cold shoulder like I entered on the wrong side of the moat in a castle. Too bad most supermarkets dont treat you like your in a castle but if you know where the drawbridge while shopping youll get what you want and lower the anchors to get out with what you want.

Very fresh organic produce. Customer service is excellent!

Started carrying more exotic goods in the past few months which is why we started weekly grocery shopping here again. Not only exotic as in asian(Thai, viet, Korean, etc.) but also mass produced exotic like Belle & Evans chicken and Schweid & Sons ground beef. Maybe shouldnt be classified as exotic but for some reason it is around these parts.
