Used to be one of my favorite go to places but the stores closed now :( I was sad to see that it closed!
Kenmore is still one of the best made products. All these nee companies have a lot to learn.
I was happy to find this location still open, I thought that all their stores had closed on long Island. Theyre hours are limited, open 11am to 6pm, and I think Sunday at noon.Perhaps because Covid (or downsizing?) their inventory isnt as large, and its spread out giving a sparse or minimal look to the store.However, still a nice selection to choose from making it a pleasant (and successful) shopping experience.
Bad news! Store is closing. Was there on Sunday and a salesperson gave me the details. Such a shame. Last Sears in New York!! What are they thinking? Such a huge market on Long Island. The store did appear to have a lot of cloths but as for the rest it was hit or miss affair
Their is very little help. They will answer questions. Sears should be giving away their cards to get new customers.
Its easy to see why Sears stores are closing. Very low inventory and shopping options. I went in to look for vacuum cleaners and there was one on display that was not your traditional canister vacuum. Store was ready to close by 5pm so didnt even get to check other departments. There was a time when this store was the it store to go to. I got my first set of furniture from Sears and all my vacuum cleaners are Kenmore brand. Ill have to find a new store with more product options.

As in other times while looking for one item we find a great sale on patio furniture. It always has good quality items. No complaints
I was not happy with the Sears I went to today. There system was down so it was cash only. I saw very dead looking plain blouses and not what I had hoped for. The old Sears nearer to where I live had much prettier things. Too bad they closed.
Man it is sad that everytime I go buy a cash register I hear other patrons ask the cashiers are they closing if they are still in business it looks like they will still be open. I wish those people not ask the cashiers in the sales people that question every time I have been into this particular Sears. Hopefully in a few months when does pandemic is gone Sears will hopefully be. Other than that I think as customers of Sears we should stop asking the sales people and cashiers the question of are you closing. People please use common sense.

I was very,very happy. I had to get a new dish washer. The person that helped was the best. And I should be getting the dishwasher next week, not next month.

Hardly anyone in the store due to coronavirus. This is one of the last Sears left on Long Island. I truly hope they stay in business. They always have sales on clothing. 30-50 percent off. Sometimes they will put out an item without a tag. Can be upsetting, especially if the scanner isnt working and you have to go on a search for another. All in all a good place with good people working there.
Sears is no longer the store of my childhood. Depressing place to go into. Minimal staff, lack of products and the quality of merchandise has deteriorated. I specifically went this time to get parts for my chain saw . Little did I know the parts department has been eliminated, you have to go now online to buy your parts and pay a 10 dollar delivery fee. I am talking about parts that are not stocked in the store.You can not have your parts shipped to the store to avoid that fee. Its just a matter of time now before the store is completely eliminated.Sad end to once a great store that had great history behind it.
Store has little to no clothing, everything is spaced out. Not a good variety either.
Sears has been around since my childhood days... I always liked their famous Sears Christmas catalog book... Best of wishes for surviving these difficult times....

I was denied service by a fat old lady working at jewelry because I wouldnt put my ask over my nose(my face is full of rashes because of the mask).Im there every week but never again... Macys has much better service and friendly staff.

Bought an air conditioner online at a very great price. The pick up staff was very friendly and fast. They let you park right outside the door for pick up.

Easy to see why this type of store is going by the wayside. Walked in and not one person to ask for assistance in locating what we were attempting to shop for! Decent supply of merch but if you have to search high and low for help, whats the point? Wish this were not the case. I dont like to shop online. If you still want to give it a whirl, ample parking.

It looks like this location finally got off its high horse after years of bad management . most employees and managers were napoleon wannabes but its too late because the damage is done . sears is closing their main locations . they use to think it is better to get rid of the good employees and keep the trouble makers. I know this because i worked at this location. No paint dept., no raises, no full time employment equalls 3 strikes
I went to buy new appliances and the salesperson named Laureen was amazing. She knew her products and made everything a breeze!

Went to this store and placed an order for a vacuum. When they called to pick it up my husband went. After 20 mins of waiting for someone to bring it out someone finally comes out to tell my husband they sold the vacuum to someone else. They told him they could not give him he would have to get a refund and repurchase the vacuum. They told us they would give us a 15% discount for our troubles. Definitely got a refund and took my business else where. Worse service ever. Will never shop at sears again.
Great service from Joel on the second floor in the tool/ hardware section. Very helpful. Note: not everything that there website says is in stock at a given store is actually in stock. They did have both items I needed, however. Clean and organized, good prices.

I had a wonderful experience there. This is one of the last stores to go out of business. There was 50 and 75 percent off in the whole store.I bought the most adorable 3pc suit for 5.00 from 30.00 for my friends 1yr old. There were many bargains throughout the store!

The direct parts dept had my order ready to go when I finally found its location on the second floor of the store. I realized too late when I arrived on a Thursday that was the one day of the week that dept was closed.That said I would definitely use the service again as it is very convenient with only one day lead time.

Being a weekly regular & even well known customer who spends thousands there only to be followed around & treated nastily by an under cover security gaurd who even went as far as to try picking a fight with me... thats with me wareing skinny Jeans & no jacket so its employees like that why there going outta business soon,hire people that have a clue in there job title Sears & remind them without customers there is no jobs!!!!!
Its a nice place with variety of clothing at reasonable price but the only thing is there is inadequate staff.. may be sears are closing...I dont want these stores tobe closed..Its a best place to shop.

I found a few really good sales of things I need. Craftsman tools were about 50% off! The store was clean, disappointed that their optical department had closed in the Westfield 11758 Mall. But I will go to the Garden City location, they participate with my insurance coverage. Good luck.

They has everything I needed. One stop shopping and excellent deals.I was looking for nightgowns for my senior citizen relatives and they had the perfect item, that was appropriate for them. Everything from TVs to appliances to clothes, shoes and perfume. Yardware too!
No wonder they are in so much trouble, there is no place to deserve more to be out of business than this guys, terrible customer service, terrible attitude of the workers.Sad to see places like this running out of business leaving a legacy of bad memories.

Awful service. Been buying my work shirts here for a few years. I get all my work shirts from here. This time I came. I came to buy 2 exact same shirts.The lady working the register tried to charge me 40 for one and 24.99 for the other. She treated me like I was creating a problem by asking why I was charged differently. When I asked her to explain the difference of the shirt. She became rude and lippy with me. I dont want to learn how to do your job. I just want to pay and leave. So I just settled for the one. The lady could not figure out how to get the 24.99 price back. She just wanted me to overpay. So I left and will NEVER return. Heard they were going out of business anyway so guess they did me a favor. I also had a manager involved who just shrugged her shoulders and said. They changed everything on them. Leaving them clueless. Awesome job guys! When she scanned it with the scanner it came up correct with the sale price. She insisted on entering the sku which did not reflect the discount. I saw all of this and was too upset to make a purchase after they didnt want to be of help so I left.
