Very good customer experience with Excellent customer service.

I found the prices a little high for items like car oil and steering wheel covers and car mats. Otherwise the employees were polite and the store was clean.

Kevins customer service & job as a manager to satisfy the customers is great & knows where to look for the right parts, if not in stock he will order for you & make sure you have it in time.. Also only come when they are on schedule, just call in advance to make sure they are there

My go to of all auto zones. Has great recommendations and mostly anything you need. Just in case they dont have it they are honest in research and pointing you in the right direction. Highly recommend

Said they couldnt find Scion make on the computer. Didnt ask any senior members for help. So, I went to Advance instead...they heard of Scion there. Actually, first time I had a problem, usually very happy at Auto Zone.

I needed to replace all three wiper blades the young lady found the blades I needed and took the time to replace them for me I will definitely return for any future auto needs and will recommend this location to family and friends

Always a wait in line waiting for people to man the registers, whats even more annoying is the one slow moving guy on the register with a line out the door, and you can here 2 to 3 more people talking behind the shelves I guess taking breaks or a card game. This store has been like that for years, they really need to rethink their management at this store. awful

Really nice store, well stocked with probably any and all the automotive hard parts you could need. If they dont have it at that moment Im sure its only a couple clicks of a button away. But the one thing that stood out more than anything else was that I had car trouble in their parking lot today and the young lady rep went more than over and above to get tools out of her own car to help me fix my car and get me back in my way home. Thank !

Awesome experience at this place, they were very helpful and were able to find the parts I needed quickly but also offered to help me change out the wipers for me. When my engine light came on, I was very worried about any future repairs for my car. Someone recommended AutoZone for a free diagnostic. I couldve saved $140 which the Toyota dealership charged me, but now I know better. When I went to AutoZone, they gave me a copy to take to my mechanic. And on my most recent phonecall, the guy was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Very good store for the most part, very expansive inventory some merchandise goes for a way but out there though. The check out is pretty decent just you feel a little (overhauled) by the disconnectedness of the store and its employees. Go to the store with an eye on the prizes and youll do good.

Very helpful and honest I buy a lot of parts from them.They tell me if absolutely if necessary to get Mercedes parts or higher grade parts they have. You can get get cheap parts or better parts like brakes example.
