They put bacon on my sandwich when I literally said just egg and cheese. I’m literally highly allergic to pork. They need better training!! Do better

My wife and I ordered a pound of Chicken Salad two days ago and We’ve never tasted anything so sour and bad before. I don’t know what was in it that went bad because it tasted like a chemical. Very unfortunate because we just moved to the neighborhood and need to find another Bagel place.

I feel that this place deserves ZERO stars because i feel it was the worst bagel that I ever tasted. I feel that for a bagel store that it did not represent a traditional or authentic bagel. I honestly feel that the only thing good that I can say about this bagel is that I thank God I was able to puke it up. I feel that it is truly a shame that this place wasn’t forced to close permanently.

First time at this specific location. Usually go to Farmingdale. I texted my order which was new to me but it worked out great. I went in, got my drink, lady asked if any one else needs help, I told them my name that I wrote in the text. Order was ready and correct. People are complaining about the price but I think its very fair. $7.85 for a loaded bagel with 4 types of meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, a coke, and a side of macaroni salad. Bagel was meh but the meat n stuff made up for it.

Service here is awesome, awesome & food is great, homemade tasting. I go here about 3 times per week. When I walk in my order is ready.

The staff could be more in sync and the bagels could be toasted a little more.. but the rest of the food on their menu taste like authentic NY style deli food

I ordered #6 egg bacon cheese sandwich that cost $4.40 on menu screen. They ring it up $5.87 and I ask why so much.. they say tax. A $1.47 tax on $4.40? I ask multiple times.. and explain it should be $4.88 with tax. They can’t explain...and look at me like I’m crazy..

Been here a handful of times. Tons of bagel options, select baked goods, and a fantastic selection of breakfast options. This is a new favorite spot.

I ordered veggie cream cheese on a bagel. I called after I had received the order because the cream cheese was soured. I spoke to a manager and she just said we are trying a different cream cheese.If they are actually trying a different cream cheese I suggest not getting anything with cream cheese from here !I had my family members also try it and the cream cheese was definitely soured.I also received no refund or apologies.

The men were very nice minus the young one. The young female and older female were very rude. Please work on customer service skills.

I frequent this establishment twice a week because the food, and staff are amazing. It is really one of the best places in the area to eat.

Just had my order taken, sat in there for 20 mins and the kid didnt even bring the order back to be made. Waste of my time and I didnt even get the food because I couldnt wait anymore. The last time I was in the summer and there were bugs everywhere. I still was willing to give it a chance again because they were doing construction in the parking lot and I thought maybe there was bugs because of the construction.Place is a joke.

In the last few years, it’s been increasingly unclean and last month while waiting for my order there was a roach in the dessert cabinet! I won’t go there again

Ive gone there at least twice a week for the last 6 years. The bagels are always fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are thick and reasonably priced. Its a gem to have in the neighborhood.

This is my go to place for breakfast when I visit my family in Massapequa. Their bagels are the best and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Very friendly staff.

I dont usually give bad/negative reviews, but its the 3rd time theyve failed me.1st time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I dont know if it was the cheese or the bread or what it was, but something in the sandwich was sour. The bread wasnt even warm. Not even sour dough bread seemed as sour.2nd time, my bagel was burnt. I specifically asked for toasted crispy/crunchy but not burnt.3rd time, today, I went on the website to check the time they closed and it said 3. I called them for over half an hour and no one answered. When someone answered, no one spoke. Seemed like they had it in their pocket and mistakenly hit answer. I walked over there and asked for a hot sandwich and at 1:45 they said the grill was closed. When I asked why the grill was closed so early if they close at 3, the 4 kids working there looked confused/shocked and just said sorry. I also told them I was calling and no one answered and they looked at each other and apologized again. The website should mention something about the grill closing way before closing time.The only reason why they get 2 stars was because the bagels and wheat rolls I bought 1 time (not toasted or with anything on) were great!

The bagels and cream cheese are delicious. I got my pumpernickel bagel toasted, it was perfect. And the scallion cream cheese was exactly what I was hoping for, none of that dried chive business. The coffee is self serve, which is fine. The ppl behind the counter are reasonable. Prices are average for this area. Plenty of parking. Lots of construction in the area now, but if ur going to be sitting at the nearby DMV for three hours, this is a much better lunch option than Dunkin.

Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich was served cold, cheese unmelted. Brought it back, staff asked if I wanted to microwave it or make a new one — requested a new one. Handed me back the same sandwich microwaved. Lame.

I’m really disappointed… I always order from this place 2-3 times a month and most of the times it comes out fantastic, yeah sometimes they might forget a bagel but it happens especially when I have a big order, I understand. Today I ordered 4 breakfast bagel sandwiches and 2 of them had an insane amount of eggshells in every bite I took, I really couldn’t enjoy it because it is really uncomfortable to chew on I had to throw out the whole 2 bagels because I only took 2 bites and that’s all I felt I was eating EGGSHELLS! The picture I posted shows 2 big eggshells on my first bite…. That’s not okay.
