My consultant was Danielle and she was very helpful.I also got my jewelry for my wedding gown from them too.The entire process for alterations was smooth and stress free for me because they were able to accommodate me because of work.

I had the pleasure of working with Jody tonight trying on wedding dresses and I finally said YES to the dress!! Jody is such a wonderful person and knows her stuff! It just felt right because my sister also said yes to the dress with Jody 2 years ago. She made me feel special and she was patient with my decision making..I also appreciated her honest opinion on the dresses I tried on. I had the nicest experience with Jodi who found my dream dress for me! She made me step out of my comfort zone and showed me a dress I never thought I would look beautiful in. She was patient, kind and had a lot of experience with styling. This was the third bridal salon I went to and definitely the nicest quality dresses.The alteration department was less of a dream of an experience. For two of my fittings I waited for over two hours. Although they have signs posted saying Covid brides have made this year two years in one, and while I understand that. They should have called to let me know they were running so far behind. ZIZI was AMAZING and if it weren’t for her I would not have left after each fitting with a smile. She was INCREDIBLY experienced, TALENTED and took her time with me during each fitting. She did WONDERS for what I was looking to change on my dress. Love her!

It was a very smooth process working with Bridal reflections through all the Covid changes and the staff was always friendly and attentive. These dresses were ordered right before the shutdown and somehow still came in within the 4 month estimated timeframe. Luckily, when I postponed my wedding by 9 months they had no issue allowing the girls to hold off on dress payment and pick up and allowed them to store free of charge during that window. There were also a few last minute alterations that they were able to handle right on time for the wedding.

Back in July 2020 I purchased my dress, I had a great experience with Danielle, then June 2021 I had my first fitting, the seamstress said all I needed was the top altered everything else was fine, came back in September, it was too big and the dress was too long so they were going to take it in more and I came back a week later and it still wasn’t fixed properly so they got a different seamstress to do the job and I came back in a week before my wedding there was a hole in the dress and the buttons were lose so she put a piece of fabric on top of it to cover it and I just came in today to pick up my dress and the buttons were lose and they didn’t put hooks in like they were supposed to. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do and my experience with them was just horrible, and every time I went in there another bride was complaining that their alterations weren’t correct.

I am so disappointed in my overall experience thus far (still not over, unfortunately) with this company. Especially since it was so highly recommended by friends and family.I went to visit Bridal Reflections-The Showplace at the Massapequa location on June 26th 2021. I have four bridesmaids total in my bridal party. Our sales associate was very patient and helpful and the initial experience was overall pleasant. We left that day with placing an order for one dress and paid in full. They had everything they need, contact info, measurements, the payment, etc. We left only purchasing one dress because the other girls were not sold yet on their choices. On the way out of the store after purchasing, the sales associate let me know that the dress would take about 4-5 months to come in ( based on when we paid in June, 4-5 months later would be around October/ November 2021) which was more than enough time for my May 13, 2022 wedding. Two weeks after our initial visit in June, another bridesmaid had decided on her dress, which was the same designer as the dress we purchased in June, so she called and placed the order with Bridal Reflections over the phone and paid in full at that time as well. They already has her measurements and necessary information, from the first visit. The last two bridesmaids decided to purchase from a different dress store. Fast forward to October 20, 2021. I received a missed call and voicemail from a Bridal Reflections sales associate, asking if the two remaining bridesmaids would be purchasing with them or from somewhere else. I called back on October 21st to let them know that the other two girls would not be purchasing with them. I was then told that the order with the designer would NOW be placed. Now as in October 21, 2021, 3 months after our initial visit, after receiving FULL payment for TWO dresses. Immediately, I go into a panic and become very upset. How could you take the money and not place the order. I was then told over the phone that Bridal Reflections will hold the entire order or dress until all of the bridesmaids purchased and paid with them or until they are notified about who is proceeding and who is not.NEVER was this mentioned at the initial visit in June by the sales associate. NEVER did I sign anything acknowledging this policy. NEVER was there any signage in the bridal store sharing this policy. As I am sure we(Brides) and Bridal Reflections is well aware that EVERYTHING for weddings has to fall within a timeline. And even though I was extremely upset that Bridal Reflections was JUST NOW reaching out to me to clarify the order and I was JUST NOW finding out about this absurd policy, I thought we would still have enough time for the dresses to arrive because the dresses would arrive (based on a now order date of October) in February/March. But the saga continues...I received an email on November 3rd from Bridal Reflections stating that my order has been processed and placed with the designer. This is now 13 days after I called and spoke with Bridal Reflections, and was told about the order hold policy, and after I had confirmed that two girls would be ordering with them and two girls would not be ordering with them. This email also let me know that the expected delivery for the dresses would be APRIL, and that I can no longer change or cancel my order, because it had been placed with the manufacturer. But they also wanted me to reply to the email to confirm my order. So now you are telling me that not only can I not cancel or change my order but the dresses are being delivered, at best, a month before my wedding! At this point I am BEYOND infuriated, the lack of communication and explanation of how the process and the placement of orders, makes absolutely no sense and is not conducive to the time restrictive nature of the wedding business. I am running out of characters for the remainder of this review, but essentially, I am forced to keep the order with them. And must hope and pray the dresses come in early. So very very frustrated and disappointed.

Two of my bridesmaids had the best experience here. I was unable to be there in person due to being out of town, which was a bit worrisome to us. However, all of our worries were subsided with the help of the Celine, who was helping my girls that day at the store. She was very good at listening to what colors we needed, as well as the styles. She was also incredibly kind and patient as they communicated with me via texts/phone calls throughout the appointment. In the end, my girls got dresses they loved, and Celine even followed up with me after the appointment. Highly recommend this store for the variety of dresses and the helpfulness of Celine. Thank you so much!

Flawless experience from start to finish. Susan was a pleasure to work with. Joe made the selection of bridal dresses a 5 start experience. Not at all pushy and had great feedback. He made the bride to be feel so special. Definitely request to work with him.

My experience at this store was not the best. Even though I manage to find a dress for my wedding but the consultant Emily was the moodiest, grumpiest ever. She looked like she was not in the mood for the job at all, she did not try to make eye contact throughout my visit and even left me alone in the fitting room to handle the delicate/intricately designed dresses. The store has a decent collection of dresses, just make sure you ask for someone else if you happen to get Emily as consultant.

Did not have the best experience here. Overall the store was nice and they had a good selection, but a lot of the dresses were dirty and broken. A lot of dresses had broken zippers and clasps. My consultant was Jody and she was very brash. She did not do a great job at clipping the dress to demonstrate how it would look, leaving me to imagine, but then becoming annoyed when I couldn’t envision what it would look like. She was slightly demanding and got annoyed if I didn’t step on the platform the right away, or pick up the dress the right way while stepping off the platform. She seemed annoyed I wasn’t a pro at trying on dresses. She also shut the door on my friend when trying to come into the fitting room. Did not like her vibes and trying on dresses here was not so pleasant. Did not purchase a dress here. Overall, I would chose elsewhere to shop.

I have had multiple experiences. As a bridesmaid, bride and with my Mom. As a bridesmaid I was very satisfied with all the help they gave us although they didnt give as much as they would for a bridal experience. With my mother on the other hand she had almost no help picking out dresses and we were very dissatisfied with the service we received. On the other hand as a bride I thought there was great service but being placed in a higher budget area then we had spoken about made it more difficult to choose without wanting something that looks like those.

I said Yes to the Dress at this location I ended up here randomly and fell in love with my dress.The first attendant was a sweet heart she was open to what I liked and didn’t.I also purchased my veil from here this was done with Joe! OMG he is the sweetest EVER.I went for my first fitting with ZZ and she’s a little tough BUT she’s honest which I need and appreciate. Don’t have the dress yet in my possession have one more month to go but I’m excite the level of service they provide is a good one!

Today was my second visit, I had my heart set on a Portia and scarlet dress for my brides maids. I found out the designer was having a trunk show today, and since love her dresses I wanted to see if I liked anything else. my consultant Brooklyn was extremely helpful and knew that I liked the dress that I had chosen, but understood that I just needed to see the new collection. she was extremely patient, helpful and very entertaining.After deciding to stay with the original dress she helped me select the dresses for my JR bridesmaids, she brought out the perfect dresses for them and made the experience an easy and quick ride.I was very pleased with my visit today and even more that I decided to bring my bridesmaids to this store. Thank you Brooklyn for being so helpful and sweet.

I bought my Bridal Gown and Bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and the entire process has been so smooth so far! My dress was delivered way ahead of schedule allowing me plenty of time to get my alterations done and Bridal Reflections has been so communicative throughout the whole process updating me every step along the way. I live in PA but my wedding will be held in NY and they have been so accommodating and have worked with my schedule to ensure that my alterations will be complete before the big day without needing to travel to NY multiple times. PLUS the entire experience of trying on dresses was a DREAM. The consultants are so knowledgeable and give you undivided attention and great service, making you feel like the only bride shopping! It was a much better experience than other bridal gown stores and you also just can’t beat the quality of their gowns for the price! Overall I’m so pleased with my experience with them so far and can’t wait to wear my dress again on my wedding day!

Bridal Reflections Westbury was my first stop for my wedding dress. I couldn’t believe after I showed Jackie the picture of my dream dress that she was able to find 2 dresses that are 90% similar. I fell in love with one of them and she made my experience a wonderful one. She is very hands on, attentive and promising. She knows her stuff!! Helped me pick out matching veil and other details. She is like a designer and I wasn’t even expecting someone this detail oriented. Thank you Jackie you made this experience so easy and fun :)

Bridal Reflections was wonderful and their team is really dedicated to helping you find what you want. I worked with Emily who had a great eye for gowns that would look good on me. She picked out a few gowns that didnt look like much on the hanger, but were stunning when I put them on. Her background in fashion design was really helpful because she could clearly explain how a dress was constructed and also weigh in when I had questions about possible alterations. She was patient, great to work with and helped me get clearer on what I was looking for in a gown and the designers and details I should be paying attention to.

I purchased a brand and model of dress sold by their store but from another bridal shop in NJ, they will not alter my dress. I live here and would be easier to have all alterations done here on LI. It is unclear to me why a bridal shop would not want business and money by doing alterations.

Bridal Reflections went above and beyond to help me get the perfect dress! I had actually tried on this dress at another store, but I had such a bad experience with the consultant there that I went out of my way to find another bridal salon that carried the dress. I knew I was working with a short time frame (ordered early January for my wedding in early May), so I went into the salon when they opened at 10 am following New Years. I was greeted with a smile from the moment that I walked in and I explained to them my situation: I knew the dress that I wanted, but I didnt want to order from the place that I originally tried it on at and I had a short turnaround time. I went in fully expecting to have to come back another day for measurements, etc, but I just wanted to be sure that they had the dress and it would be possible to get it in time for my wedding. To my surprise they I knew exactly what dress I was talking about without even having to look it up and led me back immediately and pulled the dress for me to try on again. Measurements were done right then and there and the order was placed for the dress! The dress came in with perfect timing and the measurements were perfect as well. All that ended up needing done was the hem. The dress fit perfectly and all other aspects! I am so thankful to Bridal Reflections for helping me make my dream a reality and making the whole experience completely stress-free! From my first day in Bridal Reflections (Massapequa) to picking up my dress before my wedding day, hands down best experience ever! They special ordered a dress so I could try it on again when my mom came to town, and then when I changed my mind- no problem at all. The seamstress who altered my dress was lovely and they were so easy to schedule with. I really could not have been happier with my experience and with my dress. First let me say Im not a family member. 😀 After my experience with Massapequa Bridal Reflections they are stuck with me for life! 😊Due to covid we had to postpone my daughters wedding last year. Bridal Reflections went above and beyond to assure us everything will be ok and that they will make sure all goes as planned. Fast forward...We are getting ready for the wedding. Our dresses are in and beautiful!. The problem was I could NOT find shoes to match the dress thanks to covid again! I searched EVERY mall on Long Island, spent an hour on the phone with Zappos. I called Bridal Reflections with my issue and as busy as they were Gia said hold on...let me check something. What size are you? Wala! Gia came to the rescue!!! Days of crying and sweating fixed in minutes!I ran and I mean ran to go to try them on. I walked in and they were busy. I mean BUSY! I was greeted by Brookelyn with the biggest smile! Both girls were SO accommodating that I had goosebumps! Everyone complimented my shoes in the showroom and asked to see them! Uhhhh another happy moment! I went home with a huge smile and no more worries. Never once have I been rushed off the phone when asking Gia or Brookelyn a question or rushed when in the showroom. The best experience! What a wonderful experience we had at Bridal Reflections! I was lucky to get Jody as my consultant and she knew exactly what styles I would like and what would look good on me. She wound up taking a dress off a mannequin and asked me to try it on. Im so happy she did that, because I wound up falling madly in love with the dress and now I cant wait to wear it on my wedding day! Jody is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, super helpful and warm. I could not recommend her or Bridal Reflections any more highly. We had such a good experience, we are planning to buy the bridesmaid, MOB and flower girl dresses from this shop.

I Met Amy for a bridal appointment to try on wedding dresses. She was very sweet and accommodating with everything from trying on dresses to making the experience so much fun. They have a great selection of dresses that are so beautiful. I was even able to Request dresses ahead of time that I saw in pictures that I wanted to try on. There was absolutely no sales pressure in buying a dress. I fell in love and bought an Eve of Milady dress. My experience here was AMAZING!! I met almost everyone in the building (from how many times I visited lol) and each person was sweeter than the next. I loved the red carpet set up and the place was FILLED with mirrors which gave me a nice easy viewing of any dress from all angles.

This was the third bridal shop I went too and it was by far THE BEST one for both the service and the dresses!It was the first place where their amazing consultant AMY had a conversation with me prior to pulling dresses and really took the time to understand how I saw myself as a bride and what I pictured looking like on that day. I had thought I answered all these questions at the prior two dress shops but I found myself really digging deep to new questions that she asked me and right away I was extremely impressed.I had cried at all of my prior appointments (although none were bad and the employees were all extremely nice ) I was lost and couldn’t put a finger on what I was missing but I just knew we weren’t on the right track. Working with Amy was different. After I answered some questions she ended up putting some dresses back and pulling some different ones and I knew she was actually listening to me. The first dress she put on my initial thought was wow she nailed exactly what I was asking for. The second dress she put on same feeling ! I thought wow this is going to be hard but in a good way ! The third dress she put on I thought wow I think this is it.We went back and forth to a few other dresses and honestly I could have chosen any one of them so she made my decision extremely hard, but again in a good way. Amy took the time to show me veils and to ask me how I felt in each one so that I could internally make a decision. Then her manager Allie came over and they were both amazing together. They made it so personal with my family and talked to me without persuading me to go in one direction over the other. My family and I were so impressed with not only the two of them and their knowledge in the industry but also with with how they work as a team and easy they make it.I have another appointment next week to find my bridesmaid dresses that’s how much I loved it there !!If you haven’t gone to see them yet GO !!! I honestly thought I was going to be that bride that just never had her “ when you know you know moment” and they not only helped me get that but the crying this time was for a better reason !!

I would love to thank Bridal Reflections for making my vision come to life. The time and patience that they but in was extraordinary and I appreciate that. They actually listen to what you have to say not overpower you with what they think you should do. I kept hearing I looked stunning not the usual beautiful which people normally say. I recently found my dream dress here. It was the first and last place I went too. Amy helped me narrow my vision down at the first appointment, and after visiting other stores, I returned where Ali and Jackie helped me find the dress. They all listened to what I was looking for and were so patient and helpful when deciding if the dress was the one. I definitely would recommend going here When searching for your wedding dress!

I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and had such an amazing experience there! Let me start off by saying I had zero intentions finding my dress that day especially being that my wedding isn’t until 2022. It was my first time looking and I thought for sure I would be overwhelmed but the whole process was completely opposite of that! Rashna was my consultant and she is a complete godsend for us brides. She made me feel so comfortable and she is incredible at what she does. Rashna is very knowledgeable about the gowns and their designers. First she picked out a bunch of different styles to see which type complimented me best and then worked with specific details I wanted. I really appreciated her honesty during the try on process, she makes sure that whatever it is you’re wearing looks amazing on you. It turned out the first gown I tried was the one I said yes to! I fell in love with this gown and I know no matter how many dresses I try on over the next two years I would still end up coming back to this one. It was everything I could’ve wanted and more. Allie the bridal manager was there to help assist as well and she was so sweet and supportive! They have an amazing team there and I really felt so special. It was like my own little hype crew! I can’t thank Bridal Reflections enough for all that they’ve done for me. I plan on bringing my bridesmaids to their other location as well!

I bought my dress from Bridal Reflections for my wedding this past summer and I couldnt have been happier. I had been there with my sister in 2010 for her wedding and after seeing the amazing dress and service she received I couldnt have even imagined going anywhere else. From selecting, to fittings, to then picking up my dress a few days before my big day their team went above and beyond to make sure that every visit was perfect. They listened to what I envisioned and helped me pick the dress that made that dream come true. They were also being honest with me about accessories and never pushed me to buy anything that wouldnt go with the dress. The seamstress who fitted me was out of this world! She made sure the dress fit me perfectly!!! Not one bead or stitch was out of place. I grew up with a grandmother who made wedding dresses for a living and even she couldnt believe how beautiful the dress came out. And believe me she is TOUGH CRITIC! Throughout the day not only did my husband go nuts over the dress but so did everyone at the wedding. One of my friends even said I want to get married again so I can wear your dress, I am obsessed!

Although I didnt end up buying my wedding dress here, I had a great experience. It was very quiet and felt like a private experience. My consultant Jodi, was very friendly and helpful and really took the time to pull dresses that matched my vision.

I have used Bridal Reflections in the past for Bridesmaid dresses and recently visited as a Bride. Lauren was extremely helpful, kind and personalable. Mu experience was perfect and I found my dream dress. I would highly recommend this location and team.

This place is nothing short of AMAZING! My consultant was Allie and she was Great! She was very conversational and took time to understand what I truly wanted in a dress! Additionally the environment was gorgeous and it felt like I was on a red carpet with the way the layout of the store is. And The greatest thing of all about this store is they have BEAUTIFUL HIGH QUALITY DRESSES for a GREAT price! I love this store and I highly recommend this store.

The service was absolutely incredible! The whole staff was truly so accommodating to be truthful. Allie and Lauren went above and beyond to make my wedding dress shopping experience perfect and so painless! I visited Bridal Reflections this past Saturday 9/21 and I had an amazing experience. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and after reading many wonderful reviews I decided to come here! I talked to Allie on the phone when i was scheduling my appointment and she was so sweet! Along with finding a potential wedding dress I was also looking for a great experience (especially because this was my first time trying on wedding dresses). From the moment my family and I walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and everyone was super nice and got us waters which was so nice! I met with Allie and she was just as sweet in person as she was over the phone! She pulled a few dresses for me after I was showing her what styles I was into. I then met with Rachna for my dresses and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was so sweet and very helpful and listened to what styles I liked and was very patient. My family and I thought she was wonderful! Rachna and Allie helped me find my beautiful wedding dress and I said yes to my dress! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Went there to look for my wedding gown and Amy assisted me and she was fabulous, very nice, helpful and pulled some beautiful dresses. I didnt get my dress there but had a great experience overall!

I had gone somewhere prior to going here to look for wedding dress and the other place I had gone to doesn’t even compare to bridal reflections in massapequa. They are amazing. I had Danielle C helping me and there aren’t enough amazing things to say about her and the rest of the store. I would not recommend going to any other store to look for a wedding gown. They take your vision and they find your dream gown for you. I found my dress here, the pricing for my gown was within my budget but my dress looks like it’s worth even more than what I paid. Thank you again to them all. The experience I had at this store was unforgettable.

Nadine is wonderful! She remembered me from my initial phone call and made it a point to take my appointment. Both Nadine and Allie were invested in making my dream dress happen and celebrated with me when it was available. Highly recommend this salon for their kind, attentive nature!

I cant express how amazing my experience went at Bridal Reflections! I purchased my bridesmaid gown with them, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole process from beginning to end went very smoothly, the gowns were absolutely beautiful. When my time comes I know where Im going to purchase my bridal gown!

Amy helped me find my perfect dress! Amy made the whole experience fun and stress free! I also didn’t feel so rushed like I have at other salons. After about 30 dresses later (this was over the course of a few days and a few bridal salons), my mom and I got my wedding dress here and couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait for my first fitting!

Words cannot describe how sweet the manager Lauren was and Allie. Lauren knew exactly what i was looking for. They both were incredible in finding my dream dress. They made the whole experience so painless.

Absolutely terrible !! Avoid this place at all costs! I placed an order for a size 8 dress and they messed up the order and got me a size 4! Then they had the dress for two weeks and did not have alterations done when I called for pick up. When you pay for a dress that is made to order, I would expect them to order the right one.

Yesterday my bridesmaids and myself were out dress shopping at Davids bridal where we had an appointment, but we had terrible service and actually had to do everything ourselves. When we found a dress there I loved and had the girls try on the lady tells me they dont have the color wine I wanted and I told her I wanted that color from the beginning when I walked in the store. So after wasting two hours there and leaving upset and annoyed at the service My sister mentioned bridal reflections in Massapequa, so we called to see if they had the color and style dress I was into and they said yes. We took a ride there without an appointment so I didnt expect much. But when we walked in the lady Debi started helping us immediately walking around with me pulling all the dresses in the style and color I was looking for. I was so thrilled with her amazing and professional manor. I found two dresses I loved so I had the girls try them on in a huge fitting room that Debi got for us almost instantly. After deciding on these dresses for my girls, we went up for everyone to pay and Debi gave everyone discounts on there dress and measured everyone immediately! It was an amazing experience I wish I knew about this place before I bought my gown but still was an amazing experience. The entire staff was excellent! But Debi really made me feel like the bride and whatever I wanted she would make happen for me and my bridesmaids! I definitely recommend this place for any bride and bridesmaids who wants to have a fun, relaxed and amazing experience dress shopping! Thank you Debi, and everyone at bridal reflections!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Bridal Reflections and, in particular, Amy. From beginning to end the experience was a pleasure. The selection of dresses was amazing and there was sufficient privacy as well as area to view oneself in the dresses. I found a dress I was going to purchase but had one more appointment elsewhere, so I didn’t contract that day. They were very gracious and I felt no pressure at all. In fact, I wanted to buy my dress at Bridal Reflections just because I wanted Amy to have the credit for the sale. Completely to my surprise, I ended up finding a dress at the last appointment I had scheduled. I was so disappointed not to be able to give the business to Bridal Reflections and when I spoke with Amy she could not have been more gracious and understanding - genuinely so! You can’t go wrong making an appointment with Bridal Reflections and I recommend them with enthusiasm. Thank you again, Amy!

Shopping for your wedding dress is an incredibly intimate part of getting married. It involves trust and teamwork, patience and careful listening. Its also a precious bonding moment for mom and daughter; a milestone in their relationship. Jody made this entire experience possible for me. Not only did she give me her undivided attention, she really listened to me and made me feel like she cared. She paid attention to how my mom and I felt about each recommendation she made along the way. I cannot recommend Jody enough, she is an absolutely wonderful woman and a caring, smart bridal attendant.As for Bridal Reflections, they are the best. So accommodating and organized.

Cant help but express how wonderful my experience has been. I feel like everyone i encounter at this salon really wants my day to be special. There has been no other bridal salon that can compare to this level of care. Thank you for everything!

Sales help was awesome when I first arrived, not so much when I went to pick up the dress. They made me order a dress three dress sizes too large just so they can charge me the$ 225 or alterations. If I put the dress on and wiggle the dress Falls right down to the floor. Dont let them talk you into that its a scam.

Allie is a manager at this location and took me as a client for the day. She spent over 3 hours with me to help me find the perfect dress that matched my venue. She took the time to pin me into every dress to make sure I could see exactly what I would look like once the dress was fitted to me. She even had dresses waiting for me by the time I arrived so I wasn’t sitting around waiting for her to find dresses and wasting my appointment time. I flew all the way from Colorado to find a dress and Allie made my trip soo worth it! I cannot say enough how wonderful the woman is!! By the end I felt like I had known her years. She makes everyone feel so comfortable and never pressured me into a dress that I didn’t like or was over budget. I can’t thank Allie enough for helping me find my dream dress!!

Bridal reflections was the best wedding experience that Ive ever had. My consultant, Darnelle, was sweet, patient, and on point. I honestly felt like I had known her for years- she was so personable! She picked out dresses in my style and within my budget. And let me tell you each dress was absolutely stunning. She was supportive and did not rush us or pressure us at all. I left with the gown of my dreams. Ive recommended this place to at least four other friends already. If you want to feel beautiful, special, and truly supported, come here. I came here looking for my wedding dress and I was not totally sure what I wanted. Rachna was so extremely helpful!! I picked out a few dresses to try and then she brought over a variety of other styles. After trying the various dresses on I truly fell in love with one and ended up buying it! I absolutely recommend this store for anyone looking for their wedding dress and for bridesmaid dresses. I was here previously and bought a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding as well, no hassles!

Bridal Reflections did an excellent job helping me find my wedding dress. Everyone at the store made me feel comfortable trying on multiple dresses. They helped me to find the style dress I was looking for and gave me multiple options to try on. Even though I was working with one employee, multiple employees assisted me in finding what I was looking for. I highly recommend bridal reflections. Not only for the quality of dresses, and store environment but for the asssiatnce and help provided. I can’t wait to go back for my dress fitting!

Danielle was amazing. She helped us look at so many dresses. She was endlessly patient with us and our constant flip flopping and interupting. We put our deposit down and cant wait until it comes in!

My experience at bridal reflections was absolutely fantastic. The consultants are kind and thoughtful, taking everything I cared about into account. My visit was so personal and intimate, with a stylist just for me who helped me put on the dresses and pinned them to ensure the looked as they were supposed to. I bought my dress there for under $1500, and it looks MUCH more expensive than that, so they definitely cater to price points for every budget and never tried to get me to try on anything above the number I had given her. I have not started my alterations yet, but they have said that they cap the alterations at $600, which is huge as Ive heard some places like Kleinfelds have a minimum in alterations that result in it being much more costly. I would 100% recommend bridal reflections to any bride!

I had thee most beautiful amazing experience at bridal Reflections in Massapequa they made me feel at home just with whole lot of beautiful dresses. My wedding is in 6 months and I found a dress immediately after a few try’s of course they made it happen for me and give me options to what I can do with my dress they are very patient and kind. The consultant manager Jody was a gem she treated me as mother even though my mother didn’t make it she made the experience very memorable.. Customer service was on point and the manger Vita was awesome she also treated me as a sister it was great experience...

My sister bought two STUNNING wedding dresses from this location as well as her veil and headpiece. The customer service was amazing, my family and I were paired with Ally and she definitely grasped my sisters style immediately and made great suggestions to accomplish her vision. She was so personable, sweet and accommodating. As we have gone to two fittings with her, she continues to stand out with my sister, mother & I. If you come to this location ask for her specifically, you wont regret it.

So I got a dress size smaller than they suggested thinking that I knew what was best for me but I was so wrong. With one week left for the wedding I am attending as a bridesmaid, Bridal Reflections not only treated me so professionally but they are going above and beyond to fix my dress. Trust the size they suggest for you beforw ordering your gown. It is so much better if they have to cut than to add fabric. I cannot express enough how much this place is doing for me on such short notice. All of the ladies there are so helpful and please follow and trust their advice. They definitely know what is best for their customers. Overall a five star rating from me on all aspects of my experience. That is why this place is number one on all bridal magazines!

I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and i was worried i wouldnt get the time i needed to find the dress i wanted, my consultant was Jody who was amazing she listened to what i said and got me exactly what i was looking for and made me feel so relaxed through the whole process and after 2 dresses i found the one and bought it that day and i couldnt be happier!
