Pretty nice store have the best selection in the mall, good staff and pretty inexpensive compared to other places!

The problem I have with this store is I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers for my daughter and my son. I took them home, I tried on one sneaker and because the sneaker was extremely big I took them back to the store the next day. Now the guy said that because there was a little dirt (not even noticeable) then he couldnt give me a refund or exchange them. I told him people come in shoes stores all the time trying on shoes and yes they get dirty from that. He tried to make it seem like it was my fault. So I went and got the other sneakers I brought and Im just not gonna return them both. Champion need to change their rules for something like this.

I am a frequent visitor of this store and for the most part the staff is great.. however today I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by “Randy” who claimed to be the manager. .. long story short I went to use my Miltary discount as I have many times in the past ( I am registered and have used at location before) For some reason there was an issue with verification, I asked him to please input again as System notoriously can have issues.. Randy told me “no”. Due the time of year and other shopping requirements I still made purchase. It’s a shame because places like this honor veterans with a discount, but apparently “Randy”.. did not have the time. I am embarrassed for Champs if he is the manager.
