I really enjoy this store. They have a good selection of back issues as well as some modern/current titles as well. They also have a really good selection of wall books. I find most of there books are around FMV and depending who’s working the counter that day they will work with you on price. My only real con about this shop is the parking, but that’s out of the shops control. Definitely worth checking out if you are a comic collector.

The man working at the shop was very knowledgeable about the issues and helped me pick out which ones I wanted. Very, very good pricing. Best pricing in Hempstead or massapequa from what I checked. I was able to get four issues for only fifteen dollars, when Amazon or the malls would have one issue be that much. I highly recommend this place, and they had a lot beyond Marvel and DC. They had things like Assasin’s Creed and some other video games. Definitely recommend. Made my summer coming here.

I purchased some comics from the Comic Box back at the Cradle Con some time ago. I had a card and figured Id come check the shop out since they had a great selection at the con. Mike helped me out and is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the Comic Genre. They have a nice selection of books Golden, Silver and current as well as toys and records. A hidden gem on Long Island. I was happy with my purchase and definitely will be back. Thanks Comic Box!

Great store with a vast amount of comics from the golden age to current. George is a great guy and is always willing to work with you. One of my favorite stores to visit when Im in the area.

One of the best spots on the island for silver and golden age comics. More importantly George and Mike are honest owners and run a great shop full of goodies.

This is the best place for golden, silver, and Bronze Age books on Long Island and probably New York for that matter. Owners will go above and beyond in getting you what you want. I don’t go anywhere else for my stuff. Check them out ASAP!!
