The eye Dr. was fantastic and the staff was helpful when I was picking out my glasses, but I was told theyd be ready in 2 weeks and it took 4. They never called to apology about the delay or offered some type of discount for the inconvenience. It was very poor customer service.

Laurie my sales person was the best. very patient and helpful while im trying to pick out frames and explained everything to me and never rushed me. 5 star service and I will be customer forever !!

Went there to get hubby glasses the other day and had a very good experience. We were greeted pleasantly upon entering and the service provided was very professional, with All options being explained. We worked with Allie, who was a sweetheart. We have been customers of Pearle Vision in Massapequa for nearly 25 years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, patient and willing to help you until you are fully satisfied. They have a large selection of frames along with sunglasses. My family and friends purchase prescription and non prescription sunglasses for golf and tennis. The manager Dan is a real nice guy along with Dr. Seth who does a very thorough job with the exam. We are lucky to live nearby and I wholeheartedly recommend this Pearle Vision for all your eye care needs.

Ive had a great experience there with my 7 year old twins who wear glasses and have special needs. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Weve used our insurance when glasses get broken and always receive them quickly if they can be fixed.

Pushy salesmen, DO NOT GO TO PEARLE VISION. This place will rip you off, I came in with insurance I just wanted be lenses, but they kept pushing other things. In the end I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.
