Very rude service. Ask to do a new watch battery. The lady acted like she didnt want to wait on me. And said they couldnt help. And didnt even ask if i wanted to look at any jewelry. And the lady said why dont you go elsewhere. If i could gave 0 stars i would. I will NEVER buy anything from this store!

Ask for Harris. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and wonderful customer service. I came in looking for earrings to match my necklace and left with a wonderful pair and a beautiful ring to match. Such a pleasant experience.

Kristen was very helpful and very nice. She made great suggestions about gifts to buy and pairings. Very insightful. Will definitely come here again.
