Bright and clean. Has many good fresh made soups and other foods. One of the grocery stores we frequent.

Still trying to get acclimated with this new store. This is my 3rd time there. Still missing the West Babylon location. To be completely honest Im not happy with the fruits. The rest of the store is okay.

This store is neat and well stocked. The prices are good and I think they need more cashiers.

I go here mostly for the Bakery.The store itself is always well stocked and clean. The produce is fresh and has a good selection of meat from the butcher. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Love this particular store. Its very Clean and they have a lot of stock. The only complaint is they are a bit more expensive than other supermarkets but I dont mind because I know where everything is and its just very convenient being its in the neighborhood.

Lines are just out of control, been shopping here for years. Can’t see continuing. I am sure it’s issues with the job market but lines 15 deep with 1-2 registers open isn’t functional

Overall, I really enjoy shopping at this location, good service, friendly staff, honest pricing, clean and comfortable. My only complaint lately, on occasion they seem to run low on sale items. Compared to the others the Shop Rite in Massapequa is a pleasure to shop at.

I like shopping at shoprite very much, but last week shopping experience was very bad. When I checked out, it was unpleasant. I think the most important thing in the service industry is the service attitude. I think the female cashier is racially discriminatory, and my English is It was not very good. The communication was not very accurate and caused unpleasantness. From the time I queued, I was asked to step back and keep a distance because I walked a little earlier. I did so. When I checked out, I needed an ID because I purchased beer, but I didn’t have it with me. Carrying me first ask if there are photos in my phone that I can use? When I was told that it was not possible, I asked again if I could wait for me to get it in the car? The attitude of the cashier has always given people an impatient and uncomfortable attitude. I started to have unpleasantness with her. At this time, the manager came to understand the situation, but the manager’s attitude was very good. The cashier kept saying I’m not there. Taking ID, I told the manager that it was not the problem of id. I felt that her service attitude was not good. I just felt that because I was Asian, she had a bad attitude, and her attitude towards previous customers was completely different. When I explained to the manager, she was still laughing there, a kind of mockery. Later the manager said that she was only working the next day and called her away. This is the first time to have such a bad shopping experience and service attitude

Store was clean, but not many registers open for a Friday evening. 4 and 1 didnt even have the light on to let you know they were open. The Shoprite by me is closing and thought this would a good choice but will be going to Deer Park as its bigger and seems to have more staff.

The Shop rite at home is horrible. Every single protein was out of stock. Not one meat I ordered waa in stock. Chicken thighs, ribs, ground beef, turkey, cold cuts, NOTHING!!! THERE WERE MORE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS THAN AVAILABLE. ABOUT $125 of unavailable items. I CANNOT MAKE MY FAMILY DINNER BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO STOCK IN ANYTHING. IM SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bread on shelves was outdated and I needed to return it, but it should have been off the shelf in the first place. Easy return though and a great big store otherwise

I have been going to this ShopRite often for as long as I have lived in Massapequa, which is about 5 years. It is very convenient for me since it is on Sunrise Hwy right after Unqua Rd., also whenever there is going to be inclement or severe weather it is the only food store that doesnt get to crowded or two full of cars. Also I find the workers, and shoppers very polite and friendly unlike other stores that I have gone to.It is just a more enjoyable experience there. 👍🤠🙂I also found good variety and sales on many items that I buy.

Crazy lines. This is the view from the middle. All the lines are this long. Youd think the manager would have all hands on deck to accommodate...?

Awful..lines similar to pre pandemic, no help, no manager insight.Many items out of stock.One woman on the self-checkout She was the only one in the entire store that knew she was doing felt so bad for her she was ready to pull her hair out.

The supermarket is wonderfully located in a mini mall on Sunrise Hwy. I often shop there because its on the way however when busy, youll have to park a bit far because it gets packed. Its very clean and sometimes has good deals. The only downside I would say are the brown paper bags you get at the cashier, they rip so easily. Id suggest you bring your own.

Got to be my least favorite shoprite but with that said it’s not bad. Just terrible lines and always a hassle otherwise the actual store is fine.

Some of the best Grass-fed beef (Grass run farms) Best grassfed milk on the market (Maple Hill organic grassfed) and the best grassfed imported cheese ive ever had (if its not 100percent grassfed i get very sick and i cannot eat other foods due to the diet of the animals) always a good experience, well staffed, professional management

Appreciate the convenience of having them shop and pick up ! But I asked for 20.cans of assuming variety of cat foodAnd got 20.cans of all.turkey?? Ordered 3lbs of chop meat and only got two? Other than that under the current circumstances it was great 👍

Don’t come here unless you have an hour of your time you could dedicate to waiting in line. Any time of the day you come in, morning, afternoon, or night, you will be waiting in line. I love ShopRite but it’s become way too inconvenient to shop here at this location.

Lisa. Customer service is horrible. Lucky I dont call your manager and union rep for 1500. You know exactly what you did and its grounds for termination. I wont give you the satisfaction of collecting unemployment

The store itself is great and their prices and selection are very good. The self check out is a complete nightmare and we didnt even realize that we were waiting on a separate line for it because there are no signs at the end of the line. My experience here with the cashiers has always been great, but Im never using self check out again if I can help it.

I do not really have bad experiences in my day to day but who ever works the night shift for tonight. Extremely rude, and arrogant. The time closing is said on here for 11pm. Was inside the store 9:50.. I was leaving and saw this customer get screamed at to leave by what looked like the manager. Not even asked nicely. The girl cashier was a nasty little one too. First and last time at that store. Very unprofessional and corporate will be called and I suggested the women who got screamed at too to call corporate.

I like this ShopRite because it is larger then the Bethpage location. The Isles are nice and wide. The store is always Immaculate as well.

Store was super well stocked, and had every single thing on my list that I needed. Store is pretty big, but definitely not the biggest supermarket I have seen. But they had a little of everything and the employees were all super helpful. I only wish there were a few more self checkout registers, or even just a few more regular registers to help the poor cashiers catch up and not be stuck helping endless lines.

The lines are always backed up, not enough open checkouts. After a few years of going cuz Im a shoprite guy Ive now decided to go to another store indefinitely.

Have been using the pick up service at shoprite to get groceries for my mother in law. Very convenient and fast. You arrive, send a text, they come out with your order. Recommend for those who like the convenience or dont want to shop in store yet.

It is the place to cash a good sale. I like to shop there because the line is quick and the cashiers are very helpful.

There are always lines since the pandemic began. And the 20 items or less sign for the self scan machines isnt large enough. The woman who operates the self scan specifically on Tuesday mornings, is very helpful. But shes short with the customers.

Im a 30+ year member of the local 342 meat cutters union, applied to the location, and interviewed, the hr manager was polite, but insulted me with the rate of pay, it was $14.75 an hour, to a person whom has supervisor experience in the department applied for, on top of that, it was p/t, 17-29 hours, not even close to rent and you need to pledge open availability, and they wonder why that location is understaffed

Definitely needs more cashiers. Wait time is extremely too long. Only 4 registers and self check out open is ridiculous. Making social distancing a little difficult while waiting on these long lines.

This Shop Rite needs a lot more cashiers. There are 16 registers and every time I come here there are no more than about 4 registers open not including self checkout. That’s unacceptable for a store this size. At the moment I am on line and it appears that one line has closed down. There are 3 registers open. They need to do A LOT BETTER than this. Probably not coming back here anymore.

This shoprite is always nice and clean I needed help with my card and the young lady at customer service was very helpful and so was the young man in the frozen section I asked for help in dairy but he helped me instead keep up the great customer service with your staff

Nicely laid out. Greatly appreciate the separate line for seniors that shop there ! I had a very friendly cashier on that trip. Found items I wanted w/out a problem.

Long line to get in at 820am. But everything was orderly, and the gentleman directing traffic in front was very helpful. I even found a tube of Lysol wipes! Unheard of these days. They were well stocked with everything I needed. The meat section was light, but thats to be expected.

Produce here I will have to say is the best and the store is always clean. Your cashiers on the other hand are rude and unprofessional. Its not all of them, just a few and its actually a disappointment...stop hiring these unmotivated kids, hold them to a standard or they will never learn.

This store is always good to stop at. Getting something hot and ready to eat or some noodles for later this place has it. I come here often. My only complaint is certain cashiers come off as rude while others are quite pleasant. Overall a great place to come.

Clean and organize huge parking lot and easy to in and out to the main road.

During this pandemic time, they are very unorganized, they have X marks on the floor but not spaced out, i stood on a huge line, very confusing as to where the lines were, no staff around to organize until enough people complained, I stood in line longer than she stood to help! and no social distancing. I was able to type this long review while waiting online, and I still have 3 ahead of me!

Way over priced. I guess thats how they stay in business. How is every other supermarket who sells turkeys for Thanksgiving sell them for half the price. They sell them for twice the price. Shame on them especially with so many people out of work.

There is no express lane. The self checkout does not accept cash. This shows a complete lack of respect and appreciation for customers. First and LAST time will ever set foot in the door of this noxious establishment

A pallet was left empty in an aisle & a woman fell over it while pushing a shopping cart that then fell over! She was lucky it didnt fall on top of her! She cut the heel on one of her feet. It was very careless of the store!

Clean. They always have handicapped motorized carts. Hot food is fabulous. Restaurant quality. No disappointments here.
