For any of you that are interested in supplements and prepared clean meals, this is the place for you. Forget the online food service places, forget GNC and Vitamin Shoppe. This place has it all. Pricing is so affordable, especially the prepared meals (and they are delicious), the supplements are cheaper as well. The most important thing is the staff. The owner Darren, is one of a kind. He is in this business to help people hit their goals. Of course its his business so he needs to make a living, but he got into it because he truly enjoys helping people become the best versions of themselves. He knows his stuff, and he will share his knowledge with you. You are not getting that level of service online or at franchises that typically employ people that have no clue about health and wellness. The staff are also knowledgeable and all are walking the walk, and not just talking the talk. He has another location in Deer Park if that helps you. I will always support good people, and Darren is one of the best people I know. Cannot recommend this place enough .

I just recently discovered this place. I love the food and its so convenient. Being a doctor and rushing everywhere I am able to grab and go and heat it up at work. The smoothies are AMAZING!!! Love the healthy choices you are able to make and counting the macros are much easier since they are in the label.

The good is excellent! They have a great selection of food and the nutrition facts are already counted out for you. I lost 64 pounds eating Nutriwolf meals and keeping track of what I eat each day.

Im a fairly new customer to monster nutrition, due to my friends recommendation. I am very into my fitness and health and so is my friend who introduced me to monster, so I trusted him. I live in Rockville centre, so its a mini trip to take, but I can easily say its completely worth it. I understood quickly why my friend recommended them as a store. I walked in and the staff was very welcoming, the store was kept very well, they had amazing prices, and pretty much anything you need for fitness, my favorite being meal preps because I truly dislike to cook. Monster nutrition is a quality store, mad props to the staff for making and keeping it that way. Another great thing about monster is that each member that works there is very into fitness as well, so they all know what they are talking about, unlike many other stores. I could give monster nutrition props all day because its undoubtedly the best fitness store, but if youre into fitness and or are looking to be and you dont go to monster, well hate to break it to you, youre just doing it wrong. The best place for all your fitness needs!! The smoothies and acai bowls are delicious and they use all fresh ingredients. They also have pre-made healthy meals which are a lifesaver when I’m looking for a quick, yet healthy meal. Staff is always very friendly and super knowledgeable! Hands down best smoothie bar on Long Island. No commercial smoothie bar blends the proper fitness nutrition needs needs with great tasting flavor profiles like Monster Blendz.
