Service Department replaced a set of tires on my 2010 Triumph Scrambler. They also arranged a private tow truck to pick up the bike, which was pretty pricey ($225) to go less than 10 miles away. The work was very professional and done in a reasonable time frame. All in all not a bad shop to visit or get work done.

This dealership has a little bit of everything. From gear, to all type of bikes, & people ready to help you at anytime. Danny (one of the sales guys there) gave me info to pick out my first bike. Here I am now with my MT-07 in love. Would recommend anyone interested in a bike to come here.

Purchased a used bike sight unseen (took a chance due to distance from me and price) . Could not find one locally, so purchased through cycle trader. So far I am happy with the bike, but it had a significant blemish that was not shown in the photos or mentioned in the write-up. When I picked up the bike, I almost left without a part the service department left off. But, Jimmy was very responsive in fixing the problem and was great to deal with.

I had the best experience at Island Power Sports. Danny was literally the best sales rep you could ask for. He was patient, kind, informative, helpful and most importantly... not pushy!I felt like I was able to take my time to really decide which bike was best for me and Im glad he helped me to make the right choice. I wasnt able to take it home that day because I didnt have the trailer but he knew I was eager to get on it and ride. After waiting forever for my bike with another dealership I started to call around to see the a availability. I got Monty on the phone & he instantly took my name & number down even though someone had the bike on hold. About an hour later he called me back letting me know the bike was available & It could be mine. In a matter of 30 minutes we sent everything back & forth via email to get my approval done & the next day I was able to take the bike home. After requesting information for a personal watercraft, I received no answer. Then I tried again. I received an automated response email. I responded. Again nothing. I cannot give this place anything more than one star, it would be 0 if possible, because I cannot get any help whatsoever.Now the boss responds with what you see. So I tried to contact her and got what you see in the picture. Now you tell me how Im supposed to respond. Do they seem like a reputable company to you? If they cant get an email why would you trust them with anything else. How is this place still even open if they dont sell anything to anyone?

Very accommodating dealership. Best dealer experience i have ever had buying multiple toys from multiple dealerships. I drove from Buffalo NY to pick up a 2020 r6. When i got there me and the salesmen realized that we had worked out a deal for a black one and i originally wanted a blue one. No issue with them, called and changed the vin on insurance, then called again to change my name to match my license. then again to change my town to match my license. throughout the whole process of me doing so, they were super helpful with giving me the details on what needed to be changed. also while my salesmen was occupied with another customer when i first arrived all of the others had small talk with me or showed me cool accessories i could pick up for the bike either then or down the road. Danny was a great salesmen and super charismatic, excited to help me load the bike and even called me half way through my journey home just to make sure everything was going fine and i didn’t run into any issues have the bike in the bed of my truck. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and if needed i would do the drive all over again just for the same experience as a buyer!

Well friend of mine was looking for a used Motorcycle. We found one advertised on their website for 3999, then a $100 discount for Sams club members. We went to look at the bike. All seemed OK, and then when we sat down to make a deal, it was 3999, +195 shipping, and 795 for prep, on a used bike!. I was ready to walk out, but my friend really wanted the bike. We talked them down to around 4100. My friend wanted the bike and he bought it. Book on the bike was around 4100 so we thought we got a decent deal. Then delivery came, we gave them 4 days to get the bike inspected and cleaned up after being on the showroom floor.We arrive to pick up the bike with a trailer, because it was cold out and we had a long ride home. The bike never left the floor. We were told that they cant inspect the bike before its paid for because of their accounting system. Sorry I dont believe that. Then while the bike is on the trailer, they come out with the license plate, and an inspection sticker for the bike. And put them both on the bike, while its on the trailer. So I now believe this bike never even went through the shop.We get it home and my friend decides to take a maiden voyage and enjoy his new motorcycle, 3 miles in and the front tire looses all of the air in the tire. Call a tow truck and the dealer, mind you its 5 PM at this point on a Saturday. We get it back and we find the tire is leaking around the bead of the tire, no nails or punctures in the tire.During the week, they send a truck to pick up my friends bike and they take it back and put Bead sealant on the rim and fix it that way. We come back the following Saturday to pick it up and the Salesman will barley even speak to us.In conclusion, they wanted to change freight and prep on a used bike, and never did a proper NYS Safety inspection on the bike.Tom the sales manager is a snake in the grass. I will never send anyone there again, and will make sure everyone knows about this situation. They are the worst.Do not walk, but RUN away from this dealer! Illegal inspections are only the tip of the iceberg here.STAY AWAY, You have been warned!

Its like they don’t want to make sales. Customer service is useless, I called for a price breakdown for an off road ATV and he put me on hold. 20 minutes later. Nothing. Literally left me on hold because no one can actually provide decent customer service. I haven’t even walked in the door, just needed more information perhaps an email would be nice. You’d think they would help with COVID. I have to physically show up I guess. Let’s see how that goes.Update: I walked in, there were three men sitting in a table just chatting. “Understaffed”....anyways I just wanted to buy a Maverick mind you this is a 30k dollar machine. The only helpful person was one salesman, Monty. If you want someone to help you he’s definitely the person to go to here. He was actually at his desk and provided Amazing customer service the only person who seemed to care to help a customer. He was patient and broke everything down for me and got me what I needed. I put a deposit on 2 Seadoo Jetski’s in March, they decided to tell me right before Memorial Day weekend that I needed a large amount of money down and the monthly payment was around $730. Poor customer service and Tom was extremely rude. They are using the ski shortage to their advantage. I ended up buying 2 Yamahas for $128 each a month with no money down, zero interest, and no payments for 4 months. It best to stay away from this dealer.

Stay far away from the service department. Brought my can am renegade 800 in for a service, later to find out they cross threaded my oil drain plug, completely destroying the threads. The mechanics are clearly unqualified and unprofessional. Plenty of other shops to go to, don’t waste your money here!

Danny and Tom were awesome. They went out of their way to make my wife, my son, and me feel like family. They were even able to get the bike I wanted by getting one delivered from out of state. Now, the price was quite high compared to other dealerships (msrp, freight and prep fees), but at least the total price is laid out in the open, instead of sneakily trying to add extra cost after making a deal. Also, the experience was way better than the other places I went shopping.

Just purchased a new 2018 RXT x 300 seadoo jet ski from them. They were a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about the machine. I just bought a 2019 Suzuki TU250X here. The price was fair and the dealer was able to locate the bike and have it delivered in a few days. The dealer secured 1.9% financing for me and they tried to get me 0%. Alex worked with me on the price, Jimmi worked out my financing and Sean made sure the bike was correctly prepped and walked me through the bikes features. When its time to buy a bigger bike...Ill go back

I spoke to Monty about the 2016 R1s he lied and try to cover up a lot of issues. I ask does the bike have any signs of being dropped or Mechanical issues he said no, so we agreed on 11500 and I pick the bike on 1/30/2021 so I rent a trailer drove 7 hours from Buffalo NY to Long Island NY to get there and tons of red flags.there was 3 broken fairens, skuffs on clutch cover sign of being dropped whole lot missing bolts an to top it off a twist tie hold up 1 of the parts on the bike, I told Monty we have issues with bikeHe said well I have 3 other people ready to buy the bike 1 is in Delaware very unprofessional so I wasted i 14 hours of driving and 350$ in travel expensesMy reply to owner commentI have a Android,he never FaceTime me or any other type of video chat all lie never buy a used bike here only brand new they’scammers

Great dealership, everyone there was very polite and glad i chose to do my business with them. I had my own financing set up and there finance side of there dealer ship worked with my guys and made the transaction seamless. I bought a Polaris Ace 900 SP, Rammon gave me a rundown on the machine and loaded it in my truck for me. They have great prices, saved me almost $1000, and they threw in $250 worth of free Polaris accessories. I drove 3 1/2 hrs to buy from these guys, and it was worth every mile. A+++ Check them out if your thinking of buying a new toy. If your need some accessories for your new toy talk to James or Kevin, they know there stuff, and can hook you up.

Back in early 2019, I had purchased a leftover (still new in box, had not even been assembled yet) 2018 Seadoo.When I purchased the machine, the sales team assured me that in order to keep my Seadoo running strong, flush out the motor for 3 - 5 minutes with fresh water in order to get any salt or contaminants out. After the second flush, a check engine light came on and stayed on, as the exhaust was overheating. I called the dealer to ask about clearing the light, they told me this was an operators error, and would not clear the light for free, as diagnostic tools are not free. This ended up going away after the ski sat for a few days, but this was the beginning of the end.Continuing on, I put 5 hours on this machine, and another issue arose. The throttle was getting stuck, so when you would take fingers off the throttle to halt acceleration, it would get stuck in its last position, and would only get unstuck if you forced it. I brought it back only a few days later, too which they had the mechanic lubricate both the throttle and the throttle cable. I was assured by Mike that if this issue came about again, as long as it was still under warranty theyd replace everything for me. This included the throttle itself, the throttle cable, and anything else that can cause this. I was fine with this answer, signed the paperwork, and left free of charge.I continued to ride the machine, and with only a few more hours being put on it, the throttle began sticking again. When I called the first time (July 2019), I was told by Mike, I apologize, but our shop is swamped right now. We are currently doing rebuilds on the supercharged motors for the bigger skis, and do not have anymore warranty appointments. Call back around September, and well get you right in! While I wasnt happy to be riding a defective jetski, I did not want to lose my riding season, and rode on. When I called back in September and spoke to Mike, I was told, We are currently swamped right now. We just started winterizing all of the skis. Call back in December, well get you right in! So, I winterized my ski, changed the oil, and had plans to call back in December. Well, what do you think happened in December when I called? Were currently swamped right now. Were getting the snow mobiles and other snow accessories ready. Call back right before the season starts, and well get you right in!This continued happening and as recently as just last month (December 2020). When I went to make an appointment, I heard the same story, just this time in person. When I complained, I was told by Mike, If you are unsatisfied with our service, go somewhere else! Tons of other dealers thatll be happy to serve you. After going back and forth, Mikes manager Dave came in, and finally gave me an appointment for January 4th, 21. Now, lets fast forward to January 4th.January 4th came, and I dropped my ski off. My ski had a maintenance light on for an oil change (as I do them myself), as well as this prominent throttle issue still. Mike assured me that this will be warranty repairs, and if god forbid they were not, he would call me before any work was done to see if I authorized the charges. January 5th they diagnosed the ski, and did the repair work without calling me. Mike called me January 6th to explain that this was not warranty work, as throttle cables sticking was wear and tear. They were going to charge me $65 to lubricate the throttle cable, and $65 shop minimum to go over the ski and make sure their was no issues with it before clearing the light. After back and forth arguing, they gave me the work for free as a warranty claim. They also tried charging me $50 as I was in my extended warranty period now, no longer regular warranty. What good is a warranty if the people who gave it to you will not honor it?While I can continue on, Yelp will not allow me to anymore. Moral of the story, go to a different dealership, and do not waste your money on any sort of extended warranty with these people! They will not give you an appointment, and not do the work!

Danny and Tom were great !they were all super nice and helped get me exactly what I wanted. I left that same day about an hour later with my bike and didn’t have to spend hours there.

Great price and service on my new 2021 Kawasaki kx 250f. Very recommended

I bought Kawasaki stx160 a month ago. A week ago he started not to malfunction and came to repair it. I did not get answers to the phones. They did not call and report what kind of problem it was, and I decided to go to another repair house and got it. When the repairman examined, we saw that they sabotaged the ski. We notified where necessary and initiated the necessary legal actions.

Call you back in 5 minutes. No call, waited 3 hours. Walk in store, bunch of lazy salespeople sitting on their phone while you stand there waiting for anyone to even ask if you want help. Walked out, I’ll shop elsewhere.

I had the best experience with the bike I bought today. Danny is a warehouse of knowledge about the bikes and he is nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Jimmy was great making sure that everyone was happy.I have bought several toys from these guys and each experience is better than the next.Thank you Danny and Jimmy!!
