Loading hours are from 0700 to 1530 only. It is a very large facility, so make sure to pay attention to directions. Loading is slow at best, so be prepared to wait all day.They do allow overnight parking in the staging area outside the main gate, and there are a few food options nearby.

I picked up from Alcoa but it is same check in.the guard lady was very nice, real quick loading i was in and out in about 45 minutes and they have drivers restroom, as a 🚚 driver there is nothing else i can ask for

Not a good place to get loaded you can’t get out of the truck and of course they didn’t put the load in the middle I had a very rough trip
