Came in last night to go blonde from my native dark brown hair, I told the guy working I didn’t wanna damage my hair to much. He chose the products specifically for my hair needs and to meet my goals. This guy is amazing! It was Friday night and it was busy but I was genuinely impressed how he helped customers, got the customers through the line and was still going. I will be going more often knowing his schedule.

I came in Sunday February 7th wile traveling back home with my fiancee, I was looking for a few things and not used to the layout of this store so I asked the employee working there and she completely ignored me wile she was on her phone. I continued to get her attention and I continue to ask her the location of this product which she wouldn’t even show me where it was. After looking around the store I found it but the service was terrible. If I could rate that young girl for her customer service skills it would be 1/10 at least she could talk, she wouldn’t give me her name, was on her phone 95% of the time, sat in the back room acting as if she was trying to ignore me, Never will I walk back in this store ever again!

Terrible, My gf went in there and nobody has a clue what there talking about and and one of the employees told her to end up bleaching her hair when it didnt need to be. Absolutely terrible and something needs to be done.

Came in there as usual to buy the 128oz of acetone. Some lady claiming shes been there for 4 years telling me she cant sell me it because Im not a beauty professional?!? Then she goes and turns around and sells me the 16fl oz. When I asked her the legal reason why she cant sell me it and her answer was its a chemical. Last time Im coming back there.

I am completely disgusted when I go into the store and are ignored for about ten minutes while the cashier talks to another customer about her jewelry business and then gives me false information. If you dont know the answer then say I dont know or find out the information! Dont give me false information.

The women that was working gave me a developer for a blue hair dye that said not to mix with peroxide. The developer had PEROXIDE in it. It turned my hair green!
