They know how to truly value you as a customer, and I have seen them really put in the time and work to make sure my vehicle and I were taken care of. This dealership is a joke. Not only do they not know about many options available on models, they dont know how to properly rotate the tires on a dually GMC truck and had to go to the GM website to look it up. Then being a brand new truck, it was delivered back to me after the GM provided oil change and tire rotation with badly scratched aluminum rims. These are very expensive clear coated factory aluminum wheels and were severely scratched with what appears to be grinder marks. They accused me of doing it with a dirty wash mitt and fully blamed these types of marks on me without even seeing the rims to know what Im talking about. I also had them install the $1500 factory cameras on the mirrors, 3rd brake light and the horse trailer. They had no idea how to install them or what they were about so they had someone from Syracuse come out to do it. They removed the chrome trim pieces that were on my Denali, and replaced them with the regular black and the chrome pieces were not given back to me. When I asked where they were, they said the installer threw them in the trash. They ordered the wrong camera system, so now my radio is all static, no idea how to install it, took chrome trim off my truck, no idea how to rotate my tires and took no blame for damaging my rims. One star is too good for these clowns but they dont offer no star rating.

Honest, courteous and fair. They went out of their way to treat me with respect and to make sure that the mechanical issues with my GMC were addressed in a satisfactory way and that I was informed at every turn. I really felt like my service was valuable and important to them, not just another paycheck.

Excellent, efficient Service!

Convinced my grandmother that her struts were leaking by spraying shop solvent on them! And told her they will put new ones on for over 500$!!! My father put them on for her and they only cost around 200$ for the whole assembly arm. It also took them over an 1 hour and 1/2 to get snow tires off of the rims and put summer tires on the vehicle. It didnt take that long for my father to put on the strut assembly!!!! She will never go there again! It

I, Ricky (Tommy) Cook was a bit surprised with the caring hospitality upon arriving on 10-25-2013 to Fay Motors Inc. I browsed the internet before arriving and found a awesome 2014 Cadillac ATS AWD. I was professionally greeted by Anthony upon my arrival. My purchase experience with Anthony was unlike any other previous automobile purchased. There was no pressure, no gimmicks or attempt to sale me something I didnt want or need. The sale went extremely fast and was out in no time as a very satisfied customer. A family owned business that truly cares about each and every customer.
