Staff is excellent Jim and Keith are always a great help to me. They are good at finding a box for your shipment. I had to send an item back to Verizon and had no box. They were quick with a solution and I left quickly.

I havent had any issues here. The parking is terrible, but I cant blame the business for this. People like to drive through the parking lot to avoid the traffic light right in front. I usually only go here as a last resort because they dont scan drop offs into the UPS or FedEx system, and I like having a consistent chain of custody with shipments.

When the Walgreens in Potsdam said they wouldnt ship biological materials (smh zoom in enough and literally every package ever is covered in biological materials) the Ship-It Shop said...you guessed it......SHIP IT

I gave the Ship-It-Shop a neutral rating because my only experience has been bringing returns from online shopping. Since my items were pre-paid and already boxed, I had minimal contact with the staff, and I was in the store for maybe 30 seconds each time. But they did greet me with a smile, and said thank you for stopping in.

The two kids at the counter were really rude. I tryed giving them my address and they kept at the same time asking me questions like if it was a P O box number and my name and how there is no name. I didnt get all my packages bc by then I had enough with being treated like I shouldnt expect them to do there jobs... That place use to be nice... But now its a joke
