Our a/c went out last week. Called to set up a service appointment on a Wednesday and was able to send Cody a service tech out the next day. He reviewed our system and gave me options to repair our 36 year old a/c or to replace and based on all the information and age of the unit we decided to replace with a new Trane xr 16 Was able to setup a appointment for the new install the following Monday. On Monday Fred and Ivan arrived on time and got right to work. Through the install they communicated about the process and was informative about the new new ac unit and answered any questions I had. When the install was complete they was very diligent about cleaning up and walked me through the new unit.Thanks, Quality Heating & Cooling.

John and Ryan were so professional and walked me through every step of the process and outlined all the issues with my system. They showed me exactly what was wrong, educated me about all of the issues and informed me of what could happen if the issues were not resolved with professional expertise. I think John and Ryan are well deserved of a raise for their excellent communication about issues, the fact that they educated me (I am a female with no prior knowledge) and for their professionalism while on the job. John and Ryan arrived within the time window that we were given. They were very professional and courteous. They didn’t even blink an eye when I pulled the board up out of the floor and revealed a wood staircase leading down the wall into the dungeon-like basement 🤣 they were quick to get to work and figure out what the issue was. Within a short time they had the part ordered and let me know that as soon as it comes in they’ll be back to install it and it would take less than 10 minutes! I might add that John has a fairly decent singing voice, as I could hear him singing a few tunes as he worked in the basement 🎶 All in all it was a very pleasant experience and my husband and I are happy to know that our furnace will be heating the house once again very soon 😊 Kudos to John and Ryan and also to quality heating and cooling for hiring great staff!!

Fred, Ivan and Zack were out today to install a new HVAC system. They arrived on time and took special care to cover our floors to protect them. They also took special care in removing and bringing in new equipment so as not to damage any items in the house. They were all personable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We’ve used Quality Heating and Cooling since we’ve purchased our home about 7 years ago. They’ve always been very professional, informative, answered all questions, given honest recommendations about what should be done, and given very reasonable quotes/prices. They also have a maintenance repair program that includes inspections of ac and furnace each year. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The technician was very thorough, very professional. He suggested a better air filter and he determined that a small motor was running too hot.While he was in front of the furnace, he ordered a replacement motor.He came back the next day and installed it. PERFECT!

They responded quickly on the hottest day of the year. They have come out twice to look at different units. Both times they told me what they could do and what they would not recommend doing because of the age of our units. They are honest, reasonable, and good at their jobs. This applies to the men who serviced the units and the costumer service reps who schedule and take the calls. They will be our service people for all of our time in Canton!

First, I got the date wrong for service to come. I’m home, off work, waiting when I got a call saying they will be here tomorrow as scheduled. I said that I thought it was today! Got the problem taken care of, and provided input on what else was needed in the future due to the age of the system. We had AC installed to a home we just bought. Everyone from scheduling to the estimate to installation, I received AMAZING service. Our circumstances caused us to change our install dates three times and never once did anyone make me feel like I was being a bother. I NEVER leave reviews for anything, but if you are in the market for HVAC, you MUST use Quality Heating & Cooling. Even though we only had an AC install, they found a problem on my furnace and since it was an easy cheap fix, they fixed it automatically for me at no additional cost. Basically I had a carbon monoxide leak. They may have even saved our lives!🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟s all the way!

Ive seen quite a few different technicians over the last 3.5 years. All are professional, tell me exactly whats going on and answer all of my questions. Theyre honest about their suggestions, whats absolutely needed and what would be good, but not needed. Then Im able to research and make a decision. Theyre never pushy. Weve had them install an air conditioner, hot water tank and twice a year maintenance. On all of those, I had asked about more expensive options, like a tankless water heater. I was told it wasnt needed for the size of my house and household, saving me from spending more and adding to their trust value.

Service Specialist, Fred Parson, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time and showed me the issues the furnace was having, and not once did he pressure me into purchasing more than what was needed. We bought a home years ago and have had sky high electric bills because (unbeknownst to us), the ductwork and vents were not really properly installed and conducive to our homes layout. Rick and Quentin came out multiple times and reviewed the situation trying to work with us on what would work for US, not them. What OWNER of the company literally comes to your home multiple times to check in on you?! They could have sold us separate heating alternatives for one of our attached rooms (long, complicated story) but Rick and his team literally took an extra day, in the freezing cold, and after already being in our home for over a week working on our house, to provide us with a solution to that problem (with no extra charge).Steve and Matt who did the install were absolutely incredible, patient and kind. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond every single day. And when I say above and beyond- I mean it. I have used Quality Heating and Cooling for years now for furnace and AC. Today my tech Fred Parsons was thorough and polite. So far the main issue is getting an appt for yearly tune ups, seems as though they are short staffed. They always wear shoe covers and of course now they wear their facial masks.
