Excellent store. Ordered a box of ammo from them on a Saturday and received it on a Friday of that following week. If you have no issues with waiting, then these guys are excellent to buy from. Prices are more than fair and better than a-lot of other websites out there. Will order from them again here soon!.

This company is extremely unprofessional and demands personal information and a filled out form to fulfill shipments AFTER charging your card. If you refuse they cancel your order and your money is stuck for 7-10 business days. Extremely shady company

Ordered 1,000 rounds of .223. After waiting a bit I cancelled my order because another order I made on the same night had shipped. The price was fair. This place did credit my credit card in full fairly quickly. I have no issues with this company. I just wish that they would have shipped more quickly.

I have ordered from here several times. I live close, so I opt to pick the order up. I have not had a bad experience from here. I can order the night before and pick up the next morning. I had an order that I needed to cancel, and I had no problems with the cancelling process. This place is top notch, in my opinion. 👍👍

Very pleased with my experience.. I’ve never really ordered ammo online, one other retailer before I found this place. So at first I was a little leery naturally and also after reading some of the reviews. So I took a gamble and placed an order. When the transaction went through I was notified through my banking app and I noticed that the company was local to me. Within 20 minutes local!! I am currently working/ relocating out of town in Wisconsin. Currently they’re 4-6 days out on shipping and processing orders at the moment. Luckily my wife so happened to be home in Ohio. So I called the next day spoke to an actual person right away, no message machine etc. Had it all setup for my wife to not only pick the order up, but also had my shipping refunded as a store credit (I asked for this) so that I could add a couple of items on the fly and pay the difference. I have read other reviews and I honestly can’t believe it, with as smooth and easy it went for me. I honestly think that there might have just been some honest mistakes in there, on top of this market just being out of control right now for any distributor and consumer alike . I haven’t written a review in a very long time and I never really care to. But I think this one is very deserving! Placed my order 8 pm yesterday and was able to have it picked up the next day. The wife will be back this weekend, I’ll have my order before I was expecting them to first pull it off the shelf.

My first order was great. But I made an order on June 25. They charged my card for my order never got a confirmation email or any shipping info. Its now 7/18/20 after leaving 3 messages, because no answers the phone. I still have not recieved my ammo or a return phone call. They had no problem changing my card for $489.00.. But return call is to much to ask for. Like I said still no product or return call.

Just found this place online. After finding the local store shelves empty of ammunition I opted to order online. Order was fulfilled quickly even when the website said there could be a one to two week delay. Ordered on Monday, received on Thursday. Keeping this one on my list.

I was sent the incorrect item and have placed 10 calls to the store only to either be hung up on or sent to voicemail (which I have left plenty of messages). I did go through the proper channels and files a return request online over a week ago. I also have another order that has been pending for quite some time. I know sales are up with the virus, but if you treat your loyal customers like this now, in the future, when sales return to normal, I will be shopping somewhere else and so will they. Get your act together!

Would love to change this review but...... like most others here I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of .556 and .22 LR ammo back on July 6. Email said orders ship between 7-8 business days and if can put items in cart they are in stock. I sent an email yesterday and got an immediate response of We are running a little further behind than anticipated. Your order should be shipping out by next week..... SHOULD? So you mean MAYBE 16 business days just to ship? I cant believe the ammo is in stock I am sorry....... Return policy is basically non existent as everyone mentioned already. I will not be back and hope ppl read these reviews before they just click buy bc it is in stock like I did.....

Good price but terrible service. They claim 2-3 days shipping for ammo. I bought 500 rounds 6 days ago now. No shipping update, no email from them letting me know whats going on. Ive emailed them twice now with no response. This store has zero online customer service. If you buy online theres a 50% chance they will just take your money and say your order was lost in the mail. IF you get a response from them. I do not recommend buying from this store.

I placed 2 orders with them over a week ago, all items showed in stock. I am now supposedly waiting for fulfillment. I have texted and emailed them over 10 times and can never get a response as to the shipping of my order. They guaranteed 2 to 3 day service. This is now day 7. This is really poor quality of service as they will not respond to any inquiries. I will never recommend their company to any of my clients or business associates.

Do yourself a huge favor and do not order from this company! Its been almost two weeks and my order has not been fulfilled and shipped. Customer service is non-existent whether it be by phone or e-mail.I dont believe the items on their website are even in stock to be totally honest. No other big name ammunition online stores even have these items in stock and somehow this company does, which Im hesitant to believe.The items are definitely back-ordered and deceitfully listed as in stock. This is the only logical reason why they could be dragging these orders for weeks or even months. They had no problem charging my credit card and holding on to my funds. How long does it take to ship ammunition??? Im starting to think they dont have the product but will take your money until the product come then they will ship it thats not cool at all. This my third week and Im waiting on my shipment, I was told on july15th my order will be shipped I have no confirmation no nothing no updates.

Ive only ever had orders for pickup but they were always ready in a timely fashion and the staff was very polite.

Ordered ammo website says hazmat orders ship 2-3 days after order its been 11 days order status still says awaiting fulfillment I have tried several email attempts and left several vm to response whatsoever initiating charge back with my bank. There are many better options avoid this unprofessional company.

Bought a case of ammunition, order said it would ship in 2 or 3 days. They instantly debited my account but Its been 3 weeks and my order hasnt shipped, it is still marked awaiting fulfillment and Ive called 2 dozen times, nobody ever answers the phone, it just goes to voicemail and nobody ever calls back.

Usually great prices but they are as bad as cheaper than dirt with their price gouging. I know, you dont like it you can shop elsewhere. Luckily I bought plenty while the prices were not inflated. Prices are more than double what they were 6 weeks ago.

Just found this place today looking for some 147 gr 9mm ammo. Great find. Where most places dont even carry it, this place had a lot of choices. I bought 1000 rounds at by far a better price than other places that did have it (Cabelas). Walked in, immediately helped by friendly staff, out the door in quick order. Not real easy to find, but well worth the effort.

TERRIBLE customer service. You might have an awesome time in store, but if you are a web or mail order forget it. They dont care about you AT ALL!!! Voicemails left, emails sent, no reply.

My first time ordering from them took longer than anticipated due to recent events in our country. Totally understandable. My shipment was exactly what I ordered and prices were excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOU AMMO AND SUPPLY NEEDS!!! The bad reviews you see are obviously people who have no patience or understanding. Great price but terrible customer👎 service FedEx lost my order. They said they would start a claim and never did I lost $105. They would not send a replacement barrel. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! Ill pay more to make sure I get my order I paid for.

Received my Federal HST and it was soaking wet. Dry that day in North Carolina so must have gotten wet before arriving in my state. Not only were the boxes all wet but more concerning the HST ammunition had signs of rust? Hard to believe that happened in just 2 days. Emailed and no response. Called and left message, but again no response. Emailed a second time and will simply say received poor customer service. I will never order from these losers again.Have gotten ammunition from PSA, Target Sports USA, Selway, Midway and others and never had any issues. Will stick with the others.

My preferred ammo store when I am making large orders. It is close enough for pick up to avoid shipping costs. Only open during the week and 9-5, which is inconvenient to my own schedule, wish they had Saturday hours.

Called obout 223 ammo describrd as being same as m193 specs. I did not recieve an educated response. Very unprofessional and someone intentionally belching loudly next to the person I was speaking to. Then Along with smerking and snickering... Yeah, thats real mature.
