I am so happy that we went with Home Appliance to get a new refrigerator. Our freezer just suddenly stopped working and we needed to get something quick. At first we were given a two week delivery window. We tried to see if we could hold out, but after a few days we started to really worry about needing something sooner. We called and asked if they could somehow get it here sooner and they were able to get us in that day! I am so impressed with the great service we received. The delivery guys were prompt and professional! We will going to Home Appliance again next time we need new appliances.

The best place to buy appliances! They treat you like a person and not a dollar. Rudy was really knowledgeable and showed us the differences in washer and dryers. ZERO pressure! The lady collecting our money was really nice and quick. The dock man loaded us up and was very friendly. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.The dryer was out of stock and they delivered and hauled away our old appliance for free. The delivery guys were nice and made sure the dryer was fully functional before leaving.Shop LOCAL if you want great pricing and service. Never will we buy appliances at a big box store again.

Very disappointed. A few years ago we paid a higher price for a washer solely based upon Home’s reputation for service. At the time I asked if they could also service our dryer should the need arise and I was told that would not be a problem. Today I called for service on that dryer and was told emphatically that they would not service it because I didn’t buy it from them. Be very aware of this should you consider shopping there.

We walked in last Friday needing a new refrigerator. Because of the pandemic and little available inventory we selected a floor model and were given a discount due to a minor flaw. The next delivery date was after Thanksgiving but they promised us they would get it out ASAP. To our surprise the next business day, Monday it was delivered. Thank you so much Randy and everyone at your store. We were happy with our previous purchase of a dishwasher and microwave but now I can firmly say you have customers for life.

They do not stand by their products and their service techs are degrading.Got a $150 microwave in November 2018, by March 2019 (4 months old) it had an electrical issue. Took it in and they replaced the burnt wire. 3 months later in June 2019 (7 months old) there was another electrical issue. Took it in and was told this particular model has been having electrical issues, they again replaced yet another burnt component. Now it’s June 2020 (19 months old) (and in all actuality there was issue prior to June, but the store wasn’t open) and the microwave only works sometimes. The light won’t turn on and you can not use the microwave. Smack it a few times and it works for a little bit, just to not work again. Take the microwave in again for the 3rd time in a little over a year and a half (mind you this thing is heavy)They have it for a week and a half. Then they call and tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it, but can replace the circuit board for $100 since it’s out of warranty. Not going to lie I was irritated. I went into the store to let them know I did not think that was fair. I also took my children with me since they had experienced the microwave not working and the service techs hadn’t. While in there the service tech tells me the same thing and price as on the phone. I tell him I think this is ridiculous considering it’s under 2 years old and a brand new one is $150. I also said it doesn’t work my kids can tell you. He says well I told you what we can do. And proceeds to heat up a cup of water and show me its warm. I said sir it’s not a problem of heating, it just won’t even turn on. He asked what I wanted him to do. And I told him with having so many issues already with this item and the model having known issues that I wanted a new microwave. His response was well I’m not giving you a new microwave. Please be assured that the microwave I took in was clean and in great condition minus the fact it was having electrical issues once again. I responded with well that’s what I want him to do. He looks at me and says TRAIN YOUR CHILDREN WELL. I know this is a long winded review, I wanted to make sure I had the information on here that preceded this mans comment to me in front of my children. Was I irritated, yes. Did I have a right to be, I believe I did. Did I do anything to warrant this man degrading myself and my children, no. I am so incredibly appalled that this man said this to us. And this company claims to be customer service this customer service that. Never again will I ever go back there. I will not recommended them to anyone ever again (as I used to always recommend them) Let me just conclude with a fact, after this was said I asked for the paperwork for the microwave. My 3 kids stood and waited for 30/45 minutes (I’m not exaggerating) in the same spot not saying a word while they worked on getting my paperwork. (Must have been the training) Oh and the microwave you may wonder where it is . I told them to throw it in the dumpster where it belongs.
Ordered a dishwasher on 8/14, was told it should ship by 8/28. On 9/15 I was told it would ship by 9/28. On 10/2 still no dishwasher. Decided to look at other options. Found a company online that had 7 in stock and I could have it delivered by 10/7.I went to the store to cancel the order and the employees acted annoyed that I was cancelling an order that I placed 1 1/2 months ago.With local businesses closing their doors almost daily, you would think the ones remaining would do what they could to keep their customers. Not the case here.
It is a pleasure to deal with this store. The rep that helped us, John, was knowledgeable and pointed out several differences about the dishwashers that they sell--our biggest concern was dry time since modern dishwashers do not do a very good job. He also pointed out a small detail about the water connection line that is new (hose coupling) saving me another trip to the hardware store to buy one that would match the dishwasher. All in all, it is worth the time to drive here and avoid all the big box stores by the interstate. Price was $30 bucks more for the identical dishwasher at Big Box, but delivery is FREE at Home Appliance, so we came out ahead in the deal!!

Great business to deal with. Wife and I were looking for all new kitchen appliances. They promptly greeted us and left us to look on our own without the “ high pressure” sales pitches. Once we found what we like they answered all of our questions. We made our purchase here and look forward to dying business again with them.
Bought several appliance there but the one we have had problems with is the refrigerator. The refrigerator is only a few years old the ice maker was not working properly. They sent a repairman out who was very rude thought it was fixed and it wasn’t. Called again took a picture of the tray to show what it was doing when the repairman came out,same rude one, would not even look at the picture said he needed to order a part. Third time he came out looked at the ice maker said we needed a new one was here 5 minutes tops was rude again left should of told us that the 2nd time he came out. We have a new house and are going to purchase all new appliances yes a new refrigerator, double wall oven,cooktop and dishwasher but we will look elsewhere.
Worker came out to charge $75 for saying that our washer needs new parts to fix it. Found out the washer just needed a balance with the feet on my own. And does not need new parts. Was going to charge is $300 but fixed it with a simple balance.

We not only had an excellent experience when we purchased our washer, but when we had an issue with it, We were given high quality and quick attention! The issue was resolved easily, and even though the part had to be ordered we were not left without a washer for more than a week. Aaron was very knowledgable and courteous. It is awesome to call in and talk to a real person and be treated like one as well!

Bought a 10 year warranty on a washer waste of money . $1000 Washer not even 3 years old. Said warranty only covers major components .But was told that it just covers the motor. I would think bearings would be a major component since it is a part that makes washer work. The old guy at front desk was rude and Ill probably never buy from this place again. Will be contacting the BBB and Attorney General office. What I think is for being a business they talk you out of the expensive warranty that cover everything but tell you the other warranty is the same. Makes sense ? When tech is called to fix and gives you a outrageous price to fix and you are told the warranty which was basically the same wont cover it then you will probably just buy a new machine or whatever you need. Just more money for them. Well I was wrong on this post. Steve contacted me and we got everything straightened out. Cant thank him enough for all his help. Highly recommend home appliance company. I will be back if I ever need another appliance.
Home Appliance is simply unbeatable when it comes to purchasing quality home appliances. Their customer service is second to none. We are blessed to have such a great appliance center right here in the Massillon/Canton area. I would never go anywhere else. During a recent phone conversation to employee, I discovered our cook top that was supposed to be in on Oct. 24th was not yet manufactured and was not expected to be any time soon. I found upon talking in person to a sales person that our original salesman was ill and had not been into work for some time. I am sorry to hear about this and would like the family and employees to know I appreciate it is a hard time for them. I am sure you all are concerned for this gentleman.Our problem is that we need to have the stove top installed by Saturday. Our original date would have allowed my husband time over the weekend to do the work. Now he must take off Friday from work, lose pay in order to get this job done.Our original stove (5) burner was replace with a (4) burner, Delivery by me driving to their business and picking it up instead of the delivery that was promised by the nice gentleman who sold it to us. So I got a lesser stove (in my opinion) for the same amount of money, wasted my gas and now we are out more of our own money for my husband to take off work. When I asked if they would install it for free, beings we were much inconvenienced I was told they would do the installation for 1/2 price.I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, does the person he spoke with (owner) understand what our problem is, and could I speak with him? I was told a flat out NO!I called and talked to my sister and brother-in-law who were planning on a remodel and were originally wanting to purchase their new appliances at a local business, but have now changed their minds. I hope you all have a great day.To the family of our nice salesman we wish him a speedy recovery.
Went to Home Appliance to shop for a new range as hinges are not available to fix the one we have. On a whim, we asked the parts manager, Don, about the part. While we shopped the new appliances, he did some research, ultimately returning to us with a hinge in his hand! Today, I took the door in and he put in the hinge. Its as good as new! Although they didnt get to sell us a new range this week, we will certainly go back when it is time!

Ive bought several appliances from Home Appliance over the years. (Wanting to give business to my local community). My most recent purchase was a new washing machine. I realized after one wash this machine wasnt a good machine. I called within an hour of delivery and asked if I could return it and the guy was smart mouth on the phone and said no. Needless to say.......they will never get another dollar of my business again. After being a loyal customer for years......forget them. Im still having issues with it. Its a shame a company can sell you a piece of junk and not take responsibility for it.

After observing how this company handles customer service...DONE with this company. The store selection is good, but if you have ANY problems with an item, do not expect courteous management or speedy repair service. The company may not know my name now, but you will once I write a complaint letter to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office as well as media outlets. You cannot speak to customers in any fashion you choose and expect it to be tolerated.

Bought a gas stove 4 years ago. The left side burners stopped lighting. Refused to come out and check it out without charging me $70! Really! I am 62 and was disappointed because I bought 5 appliances there. I chose family owned business so I wouldnt have a good appliance. Never again. No better than Lowes.

The older gentlemen at the customer service counter was quite rude and very short. The gentlemen did not answer any of my questions and kept me waiting for several minutes without even speaking to me. I ended up doing research online to fix the problem that was going on with my appliance. I do not believe I will be returning to the store and do not recommend it.

Drove all the way there for a TV as their website shows 12 different TV models and I was told they havent sold TVs for 8 years.When I said their website said they sold TVs I was told again they didnt. I mentioned they should update their website and was told again they havent sold TVs in 8 years.Oh,well.
