I called and their phone says covid hours are until 8. Its 7:06pm. Doors locked no one inside. This is insane! Your so lazy you cant even stay for the posted hours? Like I called and it says due to covid Monday hours are until 8. Lazy lazy lazy. How do you make money when your not open when your suppose to be. Zero stars

Staff was very helpful with advice and suggestions on what I was planning on doing with my hair. Everyone is wonderful every time I walk into this place Im greeted warmly and they are always prompt at helping out.

They never have my hair color! I get so angry with them. Cant they order a little more? They know that light golden blonde in the Ion is a big seller. It just hasnt happened today either. Not happy!

Awesome place to get your ANYTHING hair and beauty related. Im a dude and my GF used to drag me there......I loved it shhhhhh.....Ive taken my son to get some hair dye he wanted some red kinda highlights or streaks in his hair.....now hes hooked on the place as well.....The people working there are always friendly and knowledgeable. Their inventory is amazing.....best beauty supply store around no doubt....tons of accessories too including earrings, other piercings and jewelry.

I buy hair care products and they have a nice variety. The only drawback, they have become deficient in hair care products for minorities.

Things are neat and well organized and stocked.
