I needed a battery for my car. I know from past experience, they always carry a good selection of them at reasonable prices. I had injured my shoulder a few days before going there, so I wasnt too keen on hoisting batteries around. The cashier ordered for another gentleman employee to assist me through the entire purchase process. Now thats service, not running around the store looking for somebody!

There is a great selection of tools, hardware supplies, wood, home products and holiday decor.Yep,. Christmas displays are up and I think I saw a couple of elves running around with blue vests.

This store is immaculate!I never been inside a Menards before today, this place is awe inspiring.One of the few place I can think of where you can purchase any door in your imagination - and an ice cold gallon of milk. Its weird but I love that!Countless selections of flooring, appliances, lighting, plumbing, you name it. All at very reasonable prices. Menards blows other hardware places completely out of the water.

Prices are reasonable. Store is too big. Still havent been through all departments.

Nice, clean, good prices. I do not visit this store a lot and every time it takes forever to find what I need. The competition starting with an L is better organized. I search my item on their web page and get notified in which aisle and which bay I need to go. I can also see the quantity of available items before I sit in my car and drive to the store. This feature would make Menards perfect.

11% rebate on top of good prices whats not to like?

I Checked the price for product on line, then drove an hour to get there and they tell me its discontinued!!! Not enough stock to help is left. They Offered me an alternate, which I agreed to buy based on the price they had posted on their board, then find out they wont sell it to me for that price.... but for they will for nearly DOUBLE their advertised price. I of course argued that and they finally agree to honor their own sign.........I get up to register to pay for it and the lady didnt understand the discount so called the manager and that manager decided Not to honor their posted price. Mind you its a difference of $19.99 to $37.99 each! I was buying 126 of them! This was a huge issue. Not an honorable company!! I left...going back to lowes

This place has just about anything. Some hard to find items can sometimes be found here when you cant find it at other places. Prices are usually fairly good.

Had a little difficulty finding the correct prices in the lumber department, after quite a lot of difficulty identifying the incorrect items placed there. But the very bizarre occurance of a man going out of his way to pick a fight with my boyfriend still has me a little off center (and now carrying a concealed weapon). Please take caution as his true intent is unknown but robbery (best case scenario) is what we believe. Dont make yourself a victim.

The gentleman in flooring and the woman at customer service today was EXTREMELY helpful.It really does help having employees who know about things in te department in which they are assigned. I wish could remember their names, but they have really given me a great experience while in the store. Big difference from 2 other chains we visited over the weekend.

Getting a quantity of mulch larger than what fits on a flat cart is NOT a user friendly process. You must walk to the back of the store for a pick slip. Then back to the front to pay. Then drive to yard pick up & go through the check gate there. Sent to garden area.??Does anyone know Im here?? Saw an employee who called on her radio for the outside garden guy. He eventually came and used a fork lift to load up my mulch. Back out the check gate. All employees were very nice. Process not user friendly!

They had what we needed at a good price so that where we went. This is not the first time and Im sure it wont be the late time that their prices where good enough to make the trip from Alliance worth it.

Not much to mention about Menards. Staff are helpful, they usually have stuff in stock. The 11% off is nice.

If not for their whole silly entrance setup they would have got a five-star review. However they do have much better prices than Lowes or Home Depot for building materials.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, usually leave with more than I need!

I went to Menards today to get our last section of vinyl picket and a 4x4 post. My 2 year old son fell asleep in the car on the way there, so I pushed him in a stroller. Once I entered the store I grabbed a large cart to haul the fence supplies. It was hard to navigate between pushing the stroller and pulling a cart.I was unable to located the 4x4 posts and that’s when Steven M. came to help me. Not only did he find the post I was unable to locate, but he also helped me find a few other things I needed. Then he offered to take the cart to the check out for me since he could tell that my hands were full. Honestly, I was starting to get so overwhelmed in the store until Steven came along. He really made my crazy trip to the store better.I hope he sees this so he knows how much I appreciate him. Thank you!

Wow sooo many comparable prices! All the employees we encounter for any guidance were quick, polite, and easy to talk with, had knowledge. Impressed on how clean and big the Restroom stalls were! Will go back!

Items listed on website not available. They didnt know if or when they would get product. When we went to patio furniture it was difficult to find the items and prices. Trying to find an associate was impossible. We did finally find an associate that could help us. Sarah is awesome and assisted us. We are happy with our purchase and her customer service.

It’s your typical Menards. If you’ve been to one you basically been to them all. Don’t get me wrong that’s definitely not a bad thing. I’d say the staff was helpful but I didn’t have any contact with employees besides the cashier. That’s okay too.. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. I’ve been here many times. This place use to be my go to for about anything and now I absolutely hate the place. They are mask holes like no other. At least they dropped the armed guard making people mask up and keeping kids under 16 from entering the store. No wonder they keep the 11% rebate going all the time trying to make it worthwhile for people to shop. Apparently they are apart of the deep state like all the other big corporations. Ill stick with Lowes and Home Depot unless I absolutely have to go here or Im getting something free.

We installed menards ultra deck rustic grey composite decking for a customer. They were installed per manufacturer specs for ensure the warranty would hold. In one season the deck faded and warped, many of the boards became so brittle they cracked. We contacted customer service and they refuse to honor their warranty. They called it normal wear and tear. This store sells low quality items and the employees are rude and incompetent. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve broken my special order items because they’ve dropped it or mashed it with a tow motor. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot where the customer service and product quality is better.

I took a truckload of river pebbles. 14 pallets. I was unloaded in about 15 minutes. That has got to be a record. I didnt go in the store. Figured that saved me 40 bucks. Great place to deliver and most everything you need inside.

Knowing where abouts of products, quick in and out. No clerks available as couldnt find box on shelves. Guy ended up from another dept helping me find what I wanted. Was on shelf but products mixed with others made it hard to find. Have trouble walking also, no electric chair with basket available so got no cases if water. Some products on shelves had no stickers on them making it easier to find different products.

They sell pretty much all your needs in house and outside of house. Garage needs to lawn needs. The layout of store makes it easy to navigate and get your items quickly. The staff isnt pushy yet are on standby awaiting your questions.

Ordered shiplap online. Said order was ready for pickup. Went to pickup. Turns out I have to go get it and find it all. Then they did not have enough boards which makes no sense because it said the order was ready and that they had enough in stock. Now I have to make two trips because they hadnt unloaded their truck when I was there this morning. Poor system to say the least.

Its been awhile since Ive been here. Its quite a bit further than other hardware stores for me. I had a rebate that was over 2 years old ( from their 11% rebate promos). Lucky for me they dont expire. Picked up a few things I needed.

Good well rounded place. Alittle for everyone. Ive never experienced any problems, ruid people or workers. The workers for me are always helpful to me. Even if I dont need help, I do get asked and I like that. Some days you maybe in a rush and they get you right where you need to be. Thanks and dont change.

Huge fan of Menards. The sales arent the best all the time. Some items are only a few dollars off so you can buy anytime. They just offer so much more than Lowes and home depot. I only wish it wasnt 45 minutes away to the closest one.

It was not a good trip first the security was rude because I forgot my mask in the car after I walked back out to my car to get my mask they said my two year old couldnt come in! Now the reason I went to Menards was they had the flooring half the price as what I was going to pay at lowes. Well I left my cart full of what I needed at Lowes and ran to Menards after being denied entry twice I get in and they didnt not have what I come for even though it said online that they did but they no longer carried it so I asked for a manager. The manager would not give me anything for the price listed or even a discount so I could not finish my project! Oh and as Im standing there my girlfriend sends me a pic of every employee without a mask on! Great job not helping me Menards oh and Lowes was now closed but I went back anyway and Lowes let me in to get what I needed and gave me a discount!! Thank you Lowes you are awesome I can now finish my project I will no longer shop at Menards Lowes gets my money from now on!!!😋

Quick stop to.pick up special screws in a large quantity. Had what I wanted. Did not have any T10 bits though.

The employees have been helpful, but we have now ran into two big problems that set back our reno... 1) an order of floor had a box of a different color so we had to wait and 2) we bought klearveu cabinets without a clear understanding of how shipment works- I wish it was more clear when the whole order was in because we were told we had it all but then more parts keep coming in

1st review, Menards is where i compare prices and check deals. With the rebates you could beat other online sites and box store retailers.2nd review, 2017 black Friday shopping. Every year they are one of our must stops. But this yr the line was back to the chain restaurant on the street. So we came back later in the day.

This store always has the best prices. I even buy my fresh cut Christmas tree here every year. Half the price of every one else. And you never know what you will find on sale.

This store always has what I need in stock. I spend entirely too much time and money at this location. They have always treated me like a valued customer, and made any mistakes right immediately. I highly recommend Menards if you know what you need and dont need advice.

I was treated with the most disrespect that I have ever experienced in my life today. When I got out of the car my mask fell on the ground and I didn’t want to wear a dirty mask. It was the only mask I had. I went into the Store to grab one thing and no one said anything when I entered but fairly quickly an employee asked me while I was walking around if I had a mask. I explained to them that I did but it was dirty because it fell in the parking lot. They said I would have to go out front and purchase a mask from the customer service desk. I told them that I did not want to purchase a mask and that I would only be in the store for a few minutes looking for one thing. A few minutes later another person also asked me about my mask. I explained the same thing to them. Both of these employees looked horrified as if they were going to Die by being 10 feet away for me because I didn’t have a mask on. The second employee went and found the store manager who came and stood just a few from me not 6 feet away and he proceeded to throw me out of the store. If they would have just provided me with a complementary mask I would’ve been happy to wear it. I ended up going to Lowe’s next-door where they provided me with a complementary mask and I bought what I needed there. There is no excuse for treating a human being with the hatred that I was treated with today by all three of these employees including the store manager. I also tried calling the customer service number for Menards and there is absolutely no way you can talk to anyone. They do not have customer service!

This was my first time in the store. Very helpful I like how the plywood is outside the guy just put it on the forklift and put it up to my truck loaded it up I saved a ton of money on rebates from something I had ordered from them earlier in the year. I wish there was one close to me in alliance

I was in the store to pick up some odds and ends for a project. I was greeted by the spectacle of a 6 30yo manager screaming at a 56 middle-aged man who was attempting to leave.Apparently the old guy didnt have a mask, and said ok, Ill leave. So, the manager felt it appropriate to berate the guy as he was leaving.When the customer (as he was trying to leave) turned back to the employee (who was following and yelling at him)to say something, the manager started screaming he was being assulted.Menards must have called the cops on the guy who peacefully left, because they were there when I left.You can not make this up.Menards, are these your people? Is this your policy? Is this how you treat customers? What the hell are yall doing?

Great store...But just a big pain in the behind if you want to buy big lumber, insulation. You cant pick it up in store you have to drive to another building. They need to figure this problem out. Will go to Lowes or Home Depot for our building supplies...

Never special order anything here. They will screw you every time and have no willingness to fix it. First time I order a custom sized door that arrived damaged. Take it or leave it. Nothing offered for the damage.Now this - three kitchen appliances ordered October 27, 2020. Estimated delivery date December 12, 2020. I chose Menards for my appliance order because they had the earliest delivery date available out of Home Depot or Lowes. Could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Order was delayed multiple times and pushed all the the way back to mid February. I decided to cancel the order. Now Im being told that I will be charged a 25% restocking fee - nearly $500 and in the form of store credit only. Due to the fact that my cancellation was more than 90 days after my order date. Had the store kept to the schedule and delivered on time, the order would not need cancellation. Its more than 90 days past the order date due to their error.I was directed to a corporate number which directs you to either fax or snail mail a complaint. Absolutely no live customer service and a store management team that couldnt care less that they screwed their customer. They expect me to pay a $500 restocking fee due to their error, and lock me into buying from them with store credit. I need to get my appliances somewhere else now and Menards refuses to refund.Terrible company. Worst customer service ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot or Lowes. Better deal on appliances and prompt delivery.

Very nice place with great customer care. Great sales going on especially in lawn and garden. Large parking lot and handicap parking. Handicap entrance and exits. I didnt have a line to wait in.
