Used to be an awesome pharmacy, I dont know what has happened in the last 6 months. Staffing maybe? They are forever changing the way you can pick up your scripts. One day you can use the drive thru & then the next day you have to go inside. Some days you go inside to find out that the pharmacy has closed at 2pm because they have no pharmacist. Last night I waited 1.25 hours in the drive thru for me to not even get my sons prescription because they closed at 9pm. I got in line at 7:45 pm. Now, here we are today inside & I am 12th in line.

Refills called in 7 days ago. Still in process. Pharmacy will not answer the phone. I have called multiple times and been on hold for over 30 minutes. I used the automated system and said I was on my way 8 hours ago and my scripts still aren’t ready. I am now without one of my prescriptions and unable to get in touch with anyone.

No Drive thru. Auto refill not working. Out of medications and not sure when they can be filled. The system no longer notifies you when a prescription is ready. They never answer the phone. So you come in and wait in line FOREVER only to find out the medicines you ordered are not ready. I would rather wait in my car in the drive thru and read a book versus stand in line inside.

My mom has been trying to get her medication here and they are apparently 2 weeks behind. That means everyone has to wait weeks for medications.. Her insurance only works with CVS, so she is going to have to ration her medications, which is extremely dangerous. I really hope they figure this out, as it is NOT safe.

I get all my meds here and for the past 6 months I have been 3 weeks behind in all my meds. I call & no one answers the phone. The drive through is no longer a option you have to go in to drop off and pick up. I finally get through to someone today and I ask about my meds that I called in through the automated service 3 weeks ago she says I never called them in. All my meds are on auto fill as well. So even if I didn’t call in they should automatically be filled. By me missing these meds it’s messing with my health drastically. I’m switching pharmacies this is uncalled for!

Dont bother trying to use this pharmacy. They dont answer the phone, the fax machine is broken, I watched a huge line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions last night. They turned away every person in the line except one and refused to transfer prescriptions they couldnt fill.

Sick as hell need breathing treatment FRIDAY it’s now TUESDAY and script still not ready?! You will die before they fill on time for you here. Go somewhere elseEDIT: someone posted on massillon sounding board that cvs on LincolnwayE and Fulton are short staffed well I still leave a one star it’s called communication…when you NEED meds you mean to tell me the pharmacist or anyone filling any script or lack there of cannot one tell doc to tell patient to send elsewhere or call patient and tell them scripts will not be available for weeks?! I won’t need them in weeks I’ll either die or recover 🙄

Went in to check on my Rxs since my new insurance company changed where I get my Rxs. They were so busy, everyone doing their jobs but as they finished doing what they were doing they waited on me, took my ins Info and was very polite. Soo busy.

Completely incompetent. Every month they manage to provide me with an excuse on why they can’t find the rx that they filled last month in my profile. And then you will get an attitude and good luck calling them. CVS as a whole is miserable. They don’t have to provide good service because people have to go there. I wish I could give negative stars.

Had important script sent here, and the pharmacy was closed. Just handwritten signs stating they were closed. No way to transfer script with no one in pharmacy. Im assuming this is due to pharmacy personelle shortage. Wake up corporate CVS! When a pharmacy tech can make more at McDonalds, obviously there are going to be shortages. This is especially aggregious considering the money raked in with covid testing and government contracts to vaccinate the elderly in nursing homes... corporate greed at its finest. I used to like CVS, but Im done.

Have used this pharmacy in the past for prescriptions. After our trip in to use the restrooms I will never spend money here again! The amount of feces and urine all over the restroom was absolutely disgusting! I cant imagine that is allowed anywhere anymore!

Every time I need a prescription filled, I call it in and they give me a time to pick it up. I arrive a good 45 minutes after the time they stated, and it’s never ready. And they always use the same excuse, “we have been slammed today”. If your going to quote a time, honor the time. My next Rx is going to a different pharmacy where time is more valuable to them.

Got meds here for years, very fast an helpful especially at drive thru. Good deals on sale items but some items quiet high. Watch sales an use coupons and it makes it worth the trip. Have really good holiday sales and after holiday big sales. Pretty well stocked for a drug store has a little bit of everything. Employees are nice and helpful an store as well as lot kept clean.

Prescriptions take forever to be filled. For example went to doctor at 3:00 pm and at 9:00 pm the phone status says it is waiting to be filled. Just what you want when you are sick, to have to wait till morning to get medicine. Also I waited 20 minutes on hold to talk to Pharmacy in person, instead of automated system to check on why they weren’t filled yet, but no one picked up. I’m going to try a different pharmacy after this. And they keep trying to get me to switch from mail order to pickup, no way I’d never get my meds!

Was given this location as a provider for the new Missions Act for veterans. Had the clinic I visited send my three prescriptions over. Waited the time I was told, then came back. They had no idea what the Missions Act was, how they were suppose to bill it, or who to call to get an answer. I had to call the VA to confirm I had the right location - still the employees had no idea what was going on - they don’t accept tri-care. I tried to explain to them that I am not a dependent but an actual veteran, and they need to figure it out. I feel like they were trying to get me to pay for it out of pocket, by discounting it and discounting it - well that doesn’t work for me. So I had to call Tri-West, and give the tech the number and phone and it was literally resolved in five minutes of her reaching someone. This process took me over an hour, I’m still waiting - and the employees should have been more professional and resourceful in problem solving.

NEVER has RX ready when they say they will. Ive had RX filled and have came next day and they still werent ready. Called today was told theyd be ready in 1 hour came over 2 hours later and like usual still werent ready. Said it would take at least 20 mins to get ready.

I am so angry at CVS! So I requested a refill of my mainteance asthma medicine Performist on December 23rd. I told them I was almost out. And it is still not ready today on Friday, December 27th. They said it wont be ready until Monday. I am now out. Performist is the only asthma medicine that I have found that does anything to reduce the severity of my asthma attacks and the need for rescue treatment. My asthma is severe. It is winter - the worse time for my asthma. I need my medicine Thankfully, there is a CVS that does have my medicine in stock. It is a town I have never even heard of before, a half hour away. I dont care that I have to drive out of my way. I am making the drive today to get my medicine. I hope I dont have this issue again. Another issue: Last Friday, I went to the doctor for a yeast infection. CVS just filled the precription today - a week later! For a yeast infection! Unacceptable.

Dave was most helpful in resolving issues with my prescriptions quickly. It was almost closing time and I needed my scripts filled that evening for a recent surgery . He went out of his way to make sure I got them that night.

Worst pharmacy ever!Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you have and hour to kill sitting in the pharmacy. No matter how far ahead my doctor has called in my script I have never waited there less than 30min for a prescription and there are always other customers in there with the same problem. I have had to take prescriptions back because they forgot to mix them. The pharmacists and workers are rude and very unprofessional. If there were any other pharmacies that took my insurance I would never step foot in this place again.

Refills were requested 7 days ago. The app shows in process and when you call, no one in the Pharmacy will not answer the phone. Have tried multiple attempts and been on hold for over 30 minutes without anyone answering. Not only is this completely unprofessional, it could leave people at risk who have critical medication. AVOID THIS LOCATION. They do not deserve your business.

I have been with CVS in Massillon for years. What a joke this pharmacy has become. Refills in process for days and days. I have automatic refill and they used to be refilled before I ran out. Not anymore though. I have learned to call a couple days before I run out to let them know I am on my way. I called on Friday on the automatic system knowing I had enough pills through Sunday. I would get a text when they were ready. I started calling them Monday because it still says in process. Of course they won’t answer their phone. So fed up with their service I stopped in Walgreens and they transferred my prescription within an hour.
