I dropped my weed eater off almost 4 weeks ago and after 3 weeks I recv a call about needing the model number on cover that was at my house. The cover unfortunately didnt have a model number on it. I was told they would see what they could do without a model number but they might not be able to figure out why it wont stay running. A week goes by so theyve had it for 4 weeks and I hadnt heard anything from them so I called this morning and was told by the same person that there was nothing he could do without a model number!! So........why did it sit there for another week without a phone Call? Grr but to top it off I asked then I should be getting the $20 Bench fee that I was required to pay when I dropped it off and he proceeded to tell me that no I could use it towards the purchase of a new weed eater but they wouldnt be giving me my money back!! CROOKS!! Ill never go there again and Ill never recommend them they did nothing to my weed eater they shouldnt be able to keep my money. When I go tomorrow to pick it up they are going to get a peice of my mind LOUD and CLEAR
