Dont bother selecting this U-haul to get a trailer hitch installed. I made an appointment 8 days out and paid for the installation. When I arrived at the scheduled day (Tuesday) and time I was told that they didnt have the parts and would not have them by Friday. Call Ztech in Canton they had my hitch installed by Thursday of that week. And they were cheaper.

GM Jordan helped me make my move from Columbus back to Massilon smooth and effortless. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need a truck or any other moving services! They are so friendly and helpful here.

Was told the trailer was there and made arrangements to get it. Showed up and was told they have been out of the style I needed. I was then told well we do have this one for $XX.XX more... But your car definitely wont pull it, but you can rent a truck!. Stay away from this place.

If you plan to use this place dont plan on weekends. Not many trucks or vans for you to choice from. Computer acted up an I didnt think Id ever get out then they couldnt find lift to move stuff with. Next time Im paying someone to move it all. Less stress, less work and maybe more money but worth it, next movie to grave yard

Great experience with mobile return after hours. Truck was clean & worked well.Boxes & packing supplies are definitely worth spending the money.

Went in to buy boxes, the gentleman working pointed out the used free boxes to me - dug around in the back of the store for extras they had, and even helped me load my car! Scored 20+ boxes for free with GREAT customer service!

Hunter was very helpful finding me a trailer to rent. U-Haul computer system took forever to check out, between 30 minutes and a hour. The set rental fee is for 24 hours, when asked how long the expected move would take over the phone before picking the rental up I guessed 6 or 7 hours. By the time I arrived and checked out was called by the U-Haul location requesting I return the trailer before they closed (5 hours later). At that point they claimed to have a reservation for the trailer I rented and needed it back. What a lie!! Simply they rent out equipment on a 24 hour rental, then want the equipment back before the rental period is up to have it available to rent out again to double dip and charge another 24 hour rental on another customer. What a scam!!

I rented a pick-up for four hours and it was less than $30. The person working there was friendly and informative. The place is clean and well organized.

We will never rent from you again! One the girl who gave us our truck knew there was a problem with drivers side mirror, previous renter seared it off. It fell while driving down Lincoln Way. She was very rude as well as the guy when we returned the truck!! Never will do business with you again!!!! Lost a loyal customer!!!!!

Very rude woman named Kelly is very unprofessional and doesnt honor rental agreements. Treats customers as if they are incompetent. I will say this, you get what you pay for. Cheaper isnt better. Id rather pay more and my busniness be appreciated than pay less and treated subhuman. Kelly needs fired!

I made a reservation for a 17 truck and the customer who had it before me didnt bring it back in time so they gave me a 26 same charge. Friendly service as well.

Regional manager Kelly is extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged my card after agreeing on a cash payment opon return of the truck. Never gave me the option. After refunding the money to my card, charged it again after I was told I had 30 to pay the balance with an additional $30 fee. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER, AND I MEAN EVER RENT FROM UHAUL. GO PENSKI!

Manager is hyper and rude. Scheduled me for a hitch to be installed on a day when no hitch guy was working. Failed to take blame and didnt believe me even after showing him phone call records and playing voice mail. Head hitch guy Rich was very professional and did the job quickly. New manager is needed.

The woman that rented me the truck was very rude and rushed the entire process as if I was wasting her time. I would not do business here again nor would I recommend it for anyone else.

U-Haul as a company is great. The little pipsqueak they have working there needs a lesson in manners and customer service.

Tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone to ask a question. On the 3rd day, got through and was put on hold,then was hung up on. Finally gave up.

Front lady present was very rude and not helpful to any means. would not recommend business here. took our business else where, manager needs to learn some manners or needs to be fired for terrible customer service. Seems like i am not the only one who believes this...
