If your looking for an honest person who is not only is good at his job and love doing what he does you should come to MrTechPro. Since he will do his all and more to fix your item. Im a testimony to that since he did not only not give up on my laptop when it keeps shutting down on him but he also downloaded a cleaner and google chrome showing me how I can optimize my laptop and keep it healthy. On top of all of that he didnt over charge me like most places would have instead he only charged what he said he would have in the beginning actually lower then the original amount

The guy who works there is great. There was a problem at first which was not his fault but I was well taken care of in exchange for the wait. Was also few bucks short because I only planned on buying a phone but this particular phone didnt take the same plan I had and still worked with me. Excellent experience. I would recommend everyone who needs a phone at least stop here first and check him out.

My girlfriend got locked out of her iPhone, completely disabled. Referred to Mr. Tech Pro from Metro PCS.After calling Apple to get an appt with them, there was no open spots for the WEEK. I first went to ifix screens and they said it would coast 70-80 dollars to fix my iphone 6 and would take about 1-2 days so I came to mr tech pro and go it fixed for 50$ and it only took them about 15-20.The workers there were so kind showed me the best case to buy nothing but good things to say about that place.

Brought my laptop in for repair. After looking over the laptop for at least a half an hour, I was advised I just need to update a few things, corrected my incorrect settings, and told me my laptop should be a lot faster now as well. I asked how much do I owe you, the owner stated nothing. I was stunned. This store has won my confidence and if I ever need my phone or laptop fixed I will bring it here without hesitation. So bought a pc recently all brand New custom built, had a serious blue screen error that microsoft themselves couldnt fix. I paid $290 to fix my Samsung s10 broken then everything was fine until 3 days after some black and white lines appeared on the screen blinking..I went to them but the guy told me everything was fine with the screen..the lines were from the wallpaper.. ok I believed him, but less than a week later my phone screen was all black i went to them again but his answer was you must dropped it thats way the screen is dead then i toke my phone to ubreakifix in port Jefferson station they confirmed me. The problem was poor replacement and they didnt do the right job.. they told me to go back to Mr tech pro to fix their mistake i went to them once more but he wanted to help me fix it with another $150..no body is perfect enybody can make mistakes but be responsible..l saw few reviews same story as mine. stay away from this place...

So glad somebody told me about Mr Tech. We had a broken LCD screen and we were in desperate need of having it replaced right away I went to several local repair shops and they told me it would be 2 weeks and a whole lot of money Mr Tech had a quick turnaround and a lot less expensive.
