I ordered some trivial stuff online for pickup, and was a little embarrassed to have done this. But I knew what I wanted, knew it was in stock, and was in a hurry. The pickup involved the lockers in the entrance. And that whole experience went extremely smoothly. I was in and out within two minutes. Parking took longer! I recommend this.

I bought a toilet and three young ladies stopped what they were doing to assist me loading it in my truck Shannon, Ellen and Eunice when LC saw us struggling he immediately ran over and said ladies I got this. This is what I call great customer service and team work. I am forever grateful for the Homewood team they are the best. Im already looking forward to my next visit!

Currently at home depot sitting at the service desk because I’m pregnant and we ask over 4 employees for help getting a door, they kept saying they would call lumber. Which I believe they did but nobody seems to want to work. My husband went to customer service once again hoping to find someone to take down this door. Very unprofessional here at this location the people we did talk to didn’t seem interested in helping just called over there walkie and kept it moving.

I use a mobility cart in big stores like this. The young man at the return desk was kind enough to shut his register down and find me one in the store. A older gentleman helped me by showing me how to put a garden cart together. Going on week days in the morning is the best time for this kind of customer service.

UPDATE : the manager Mike came to ensure me thet they do care and apologize and he will reach out to me. So I will update again once this is resolved with the resolution..I bought almost 2,000.00 with of flooring and 1500 on a refrigerator the flooring was in store and was to be ready by 8am it’s now 11:26 I have paid contractors that I have that have been waiting since 8am that I still have to pay so I had to come back in store and go find the flooring and pull it myself below is a picture of me after I pulled the whole pallet myself and hurt my back in the process. I am currently trying to work it out with management however they don’t care about the contractors they don’t care that I had to do it myself and hurt myself in the process.

My experience at Home Depot in Matteson, IL. was a very satisfying one. I called Home Depot in Matteson first to make sure they had the merchandise I was looking for which was a mini fridge. The person I spoke to on the phone was very patient as well as informative she took the time to inform me of the different types of mini fridges that were available as well as the pricing. The Information and patience she provided helped me save time as well as money. Thank you!

The store itself might be just fine, BUT the curbside service was terrible. I followed the instructions on the text message, by letting the store know I was there. I did that 3 times, with nothing to show for it. After sitting for 30 minutes, I called the store then an employee brought my items. Kudos to the person I spoke with in customer service, he was professional and apologetic. There was a gentleman next to me waiting for his items. Because I called the store, he got his items as well. BANANAS!! I wont give up on Home Depot, but Im not going back to this one.

Bought kitchen cabinets and they were all damaged. Very rough time getting them replaced. Some replacements were damaged too. Do yourself a favor stay clear. Not worth the headache.

Asked an employee who was putting out fans if they have industrial fan he saidthis is all we have box fans. So as I shopped went down the wet dry vac and what do I find industrial fanns and alot of them. Sorry for the bad review but need to train employees better. Most of the time the employees pull out there phones and look up on the home Depot app which is what I will be doing from now on.

We had rented a lawn mower and the gentleman that work over there were so helpful and informative. Home Depot keep great employees like this.

This store did not have what I was looking for and there wasnt anyone around to help. However, the atmosphere was nice and clean.

Im very upset that an order I made got lost. I came in to order blinds. I was supposed to receive it on May 18th. For some reason it was shipped to the installer instead of being shipped to me. Then the blinds were shipped back to the manufacturer. Ive been calling and trying to track where its at, no one in Home Depot could find out. Its June 4th and they still do not know and various people in charge are on vacation. No one knows anything. Ive demanded a full refund and Im awaiting my confirmation via email. Ive become tired of the run around with tracking my order, they better not give me the run around with my refund.

I went to buy paint. The woman in the paint department was eager to assist. She didnt have a lot of experience but was pleasant & helpful. Price for a 5 gal bucket of paint was under $100.00 . No complaints here! Dont overlook them if youre in need of disinfection or paper products! They have plenty!

Lumbar gave me THE best advice on which wood was best/suitable for shelving. For the sake of the audience; I chose melamine. Great price. Basic white. No contact paper required & easy to clean. Lumbar was patient and even recut the pieces down another inch so they would fit perfectly!! Good demeanor, funny all while still being professional. The lady in window treatments explained what was in stock vs custom ordering and what my contractor had to pay special attention to in order to achieve an accurate install. I have assigned myself a zillion home improvement projects with limited knowledge. I feel confident that this store will help make it happen!!

On 6/16/2021, I had the pleasure of being told by Mocha the cashier, that I needed to go get the missing sku for an item I was purchasing. Since when is that my job. In the hundreds of other times Ive been to home depot, if there is a missing sku, they look the item up by description on the register. Also, it is frightening that Mocha, was training a new cashier.Customer service at its worst.

I went in to Home Depot to buy some cleaning products but, once inside I was mesmerized by all the beautiful plants. I bought some for the inside and outside of my home. Ive always loved plants and flowers. I love bold, beautiful and colorful plants in particular. Plants filter and freshen the air inside your home and oftentimes provide that little touch that can make a room pop. I left Home Depot feeling good--and I bought some cleaning products, too.

Why dont they have more small work gloves? Every guy doesnt have gorilla hands, with all the L/XLs they sell.I guess everything else is okay, but I only stopped by for the, basically, nonexistent small work gloves for us less-than-large guys.

I took on a DIY home project and needed some help. I spoke to a few people, because I was all over the store, and all of them were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in with minimal info and walked out with the right materials to finish the job.

Got some landscape timbers, had to go to two different stores for them.

So plywood is over $50 a sheet. Couldnt find duckbill pliers to save my life. None of the Milwaukee tools are ever on sale. After 7pm only self checkout....gave me Menards vibes

This is the best Home Depot Ive ever been to. The store is clean and organized. The employees are kind and helpful. They always greet me when I enter the store and when I leave.

Out of treated fence panels. Employees will not share when shipment is expected. No pre orders are accepted. I have a fence half finished for 2 months. All of the home depot in Indiana, Chicago and Joliet are out of wood. They need a plan to support their loyal customers.

This was the worst and least organized Home Depot I have ever been too. Items were scattered around the shelves with almost nothing next to its tag on the shelves. The staff was also extremely unhelpful when I walked down the main aisle once I saw four different employees playing with there phone.
