So came to town and bought a cigar, person behind the counter recommend their in house cigar that is made for them. COMPLETELY FAILED TO TELL ME IT WAS FLAVORED. Basic cigar edict, if you are recommending an exclusive unbranded cigar, you inform the customer that it is flavored, because alot of people hate flavored cigars.

THE BEST CIGAR SHOP ON THIS END OF TOWN, They have a great variety of cigars. The house brand 708 Barber Pole is very smooth and highly recommended. It’s always a family like atmosphere and women are more than Welcome. Always a clean and neat environment. They often have Live Jazz or a DJ on weekends in addition to free coffee and tea daily.

On my way home ran into this gem and had to stop in the young gentleman asked me was I was looking for and gave me exactly that definitely worth a try

Very nice atmosphere. Comfortable seating, low lighting. The bartender Zaiid was so attentive and personable. I went with my cousins from out of town and we all had a very nice time. I have added this to one of my top get away places when I just need time to relax.

This visit would have been 2 stars or less if not a Sam he made it okay. I stopped going there a while back because counter staff members failed on several occasions to even ask if I needed help or greet me. I met Faruq the owner many yrs ago and wondered why the place was so different well I found out he was very sick and passed this past October 😢 he was a great guy. Might stop by again but I can beat their prices in so many places and as a Boomer several places have Senior discounts. Will go back to check in with Sam!!!

Im fairly new to the cigar world but this place made it super easy for me. I mentioned that I was new and this younger looking guy helped me out and was very knowledgeable on each type of cigar and various tastes. I will be going back to try different cigars and I know the staff here will never steer me wrong.

I drive 35 minutes frequently to this cigar shop. Friendly staff, wide selection of cigars, good prices, and excellent house cigars especially (708.) All around great atmosphere.They do have a wide range of cigar collection, along with an amazing cigar and tobacco accessories. You can also buy great gift sets for Father’s Day. I was never disappointed with service and the collection. And even if it something they don’t carry they will get it for you. This business has a great family owner atmosphere and staff. You can’t compare it to any other lounge.

I was referred to the shop by Lars Tetens as a place to purchase his cigars. I live a couple of hours away, but as I was in the area for business, I made it a point to stop by. Not only was I blown away by the selection and clean layout of the location, but the staff welcomed me in a way that some of the snobby cigar shops have never done. The employees were attentive and very cool. I will visit every time I pass through in the future.

This is my new go to spot! My wife recently had a bad experience at a place I used to buy my cigars from and they lost my business because of it. I stopped by TP just to check it out and ended up buying a few sticks at the managers suggestion. Now this place is what one would call FAMILY they treat you like youeve been apart of their family business all of their lives and it shows as soon as you walk into the building, the owners are fantastic and they am to please with whatever cigar need that you have. When you walk towards the back, where there are more comfortable seats it is customary to shake everyones hand and introduce yourself including the women so that everyone gets to know you. They are fully stocked at all times with a variety of cigars and brands that you can choose from. They also have a house cigar that is a must try especially the barber pole if you go there tell they them that I sent you and lay back and relax!

Ive been going here for over 5 years. Wonderful atmosphere and staff. They literally treat you like family and remember you by name. Rami is my guy, always has great cigar suggestions and gives you vip trmt each and every time he sees you. I highly recommend this place for great cigars and overall experience.

Love this place..I travel 20 mins on I-57 to get here.Huge selection of cigars, but the 708 house brand is my goto stick, great smoke at any price, moreso at the house brand price point.Has WiFi, so I will often spend a few hours working from here with a cuppa Joe and a cigar. WiFi is very reliable.Everybody greets everybody as they come in the door..its that kinda place!Rami, Z, Brandon all the staff are great, easy to work with, and incredibly gracious hosts.

The cigar lounge listed closing hours at midnight on the internet. However, we arrived at 10:56 pm and they said theyre going to close early and we cant smoke or cigars there. I thought thats why it was called a cigar lounge. I asked the manager if we could stay just to smoke a cigar for my cousins birthday and he said no you guys have to leave. This was my first time coming to the establishment. I wont go back because you never put out a paying customer. If your business hours fluctuate thats a way to stop future business. Poor business ethics..
