Needed gas for my old school car, it was kinda crowded had to wait for a pump to open up. Prices was also higher than I wanted to pay.

Debt card number was stolen at this location. I went there on the 9th of October to fill up and both the gas pump and the card machine in the gas station said my card was declined even though I knew there was money in it and I had used my card 20 minutes earlier. I called my bank to find out why my card was declined and they told me 2 hours after I left, there were 2 attempts to use my card.I gave Shell a call to let them know.Giving them the benefit of doubt that their employees are not in on the scam going on at that location on Vollmer rd in Matteson.

It’s in a convenient location right near I-57 and very well maintained. It’s also well lit, so it’s easy to see what’s going on around you. They’re also pretty good about keeping the pumps working on a regular basis.

Its listed as 24 hours but the doors were locked anyways. Wont be giving Shell gas stations my business anymore.

No bathroom.

Rude cashier...its your job to take people money and allow them to earn their rewards. Ahe has a terrible attitude and seems to not want to be employed.
