The store is not very well stocked. But they did have good fall decorations and a good selection of Halloween stuff. HOWEVER they had these carts blocking the aisles. The store looked dirty and like they had some lights not working.Good for a quick stop but could be improved.

I was surprised at how many products were stacked in the isle, it only allows 1 person to maneuver through. I understand they maybe in need of workers, however; it may be a dangerous practice.

They carry several cleaning items that sale for a lot more at other store. Plus, they are the same name brand.

Very nice clean store!

I like going to Dollar Tree in Matteson. The store is brighter and cleaner than it use to be. The stock is put on shelves instead of on the floor in boxes. I never see empty shelves. Everything is neat and makes shopping enjoyable. Plus the staff is friendlier.

Great customer service. No issues with my pre-Covid exchange. And the store is always clean and organized.

Decent store. Usually stocked shelves. Would have given 5 stars if not for the broken glass fron a candle in aisle 8 just laying on the floor for someone to step in & injure themselves.

Shelves and the aisles in general could be more organized and stocked up. Makes it harder to find what you are looking for. I would come here as an absolute last resort option.

They didnt have any cards available for customers. It would all so be helpful if they had larger bags during the holiday especially with people buying wrapping paper and gift bags. The store was organized and well stocked. They opened up lines immediately when it got too crowded. Staff was courteous and looked more professional in their black shirts and name tags. This store has improved.

Good items if you can find them in stock

Very convenient layout, obviously good prices. The staff wears headphones and arent exactly helpful but the experience their is harmless. Great for snacks and cheap presents

I was in the store yesterday and it was absolutely filthy! It looked liked a tornado hit it. There floors were sticky and dirty, the shelves half stocked, they didnt have what I came to the store for. There was a long line and only one cashier and another person had to be called from the office to help a lady to get balloons because there was no other cashier in the store.

Clean, and quick. However, their stock have changed. Ex.package of paper plates. 14 for a $$1 used to be 25...

I love it! Fun place to look around in and get some good deals. And the employees are friendly and helpful. .

Dollar Tree has some great items when well stocked, we go there quite often.

Nicole, has been very rude to my mother on 2 separate occasions and has even closed the register as it was time for my mother to check out stating shes having problems with the register, only to open it back up when someone else is checking my mother out....this has happened twice. We will no longer patronize this location and will be vocal about it to family and friends.

They hv really cleaned the place up!! But what just happened to me, I WILL NEVER forget!!! The cashier caught that I left my wallet (my life!) laying on the side...blending in with the counter. Just as I was leaving she called out to me!!! I was sooo upset with myself, I didnt get her name...BUT I WILL BE BACK😀

When I often go to this dollar tree I cant stand a certain lady that works there. Sometimes she is rude and she looks at me in a mean way everytime I go there. I just go to get whatever I need from the store and leave, Im not looking for trouble or confrontations. She isnt a friendly person from what I can tell and she should work on her people skills. Im so sick and tired of getting unfriendly vibes and stink eyes everytime I go in certain places and even places I normally go to. Sometimes I go out of my way at times to go to different locations to deal with faces I never seen before just to not have to put up with the same crap that I always get. If I have to drive out far then I will. Same store but different location. I can be very nice and I get treated mean in return, like I can say thank you and their reply is yep. Or I ask how someone is doing I will get no response.

TERRIBLE, UNORGANIZED, UNDERSTAFFED, RUDE, IGNORANT EMPLOYEES &a MANAGER WHO DOES NOT CARE. Deplorable store merchandise not stocked or neat. Overheard manager complaining about being called to assist employees, while she was socializing with other staff. No employee greets guests or provide excellent customer service. Awful location

Oh no. No no no no no no noooooVery bad experience here. It was around 2pm and they had the store looking a mess. The store is badly lit it looks shady. There were only 2 cashiers and way too many people for only 2 to be on duty. You had three people stocking and they had boxes and carts in the ailes, which are very small.Worst dollar tree I have been to

This was the worst store I have seen. No stock lots of empty shelves and the lights were off the store felt like it was closing .

Where to start? There were not enough carts.Half the store had been given over to Christmas, but there wasnt much available with 17 days yet to go. What was left was disheveled or crumpled. The Matteson curse drags down another business.
