Im almost ashamed to say I go here often. Everyone is helpful and prices are reasonable. I have no complaints. Also, I have a suggestion. Someone employed there recommended Jon Basil its tequila. If you like tequila. You will Love this one. Its smooth with a hint of sweet. Its absolutely delicious!

The selection of liquor here is the closest the south suburbs will get to a Binny’s. The aisles are well laid out and the floor staff are usually quite knowledgeable about liquor based on “I don’t know what to want to drink” kind of questions - which I appreciate greatly. I’ve tried several new libations from the suggestions I’ve received there. Social distancing is (mildly) enforced and the register team is always quick, courteous Abs no nonsense (they keep it moving). I like that.

Matteson Wine & Spirits is the best liquor store in the south suburbs hands down. Their customer service is expectional. The store is clean and cashier are awesome. I highly recommend this store to anyone that lives in South suburban area matter of fact to anyone that lives in Illinois.

They have a large variety of alcohol and other things and the store itself was fine but the ladies behind the counter I thought were a little rude...I was visiting from California and had never been into the store so maybe its just the Chicago way but Im not used to those kind of attitudes and dismissal... They made me feel uneasy about asking for help and asking questions and I dont think thats a good thing...

Great selection, a lot of good sale prices on popular spirits and I was pleasantly surprised with the social distancing they had in place. I dont mind the long drive out. I come all the way from Chicago to get these deals. The staff is really friendly too.

The customer service is great, they always have what Im looking for, the sales associates on the floor are super helpful. They get really busy on holidays, especially in the event so I recommend going earlier in the day. Also, the parking lot seems small, but there is additional parking in the back.

Great speedy service. I came in tje store and there was a huge line forming around to the back coolers. I found the bottles of wine I wanted fairly easy and by the time I walked up to pay they had opened up two more registers and I was out in a jiff. The only problem I really have is the prices. I find my wine fairly cheaper at other stores.

The store usually has a crowd but their lines move swiftly. The parking lot is a horrible configuration but what can you do about it. They have a large variety of your big brand beers, wines and liquor. Their refrigerators keep the beer much colder than many other stores. I like the place. 👍
