What a very pleasant experience, very helpful personnel, and extremely clean and comfortable climate controlled facility. This is better than any storage facility that Ive ever been in.

Came here the other day to rent a space for my funiture. The Staff was very friendly and made it very easy to understand.

This place has surpassed my expectations.The facility was clean, The Store Manager Andre assisted me in finding my unit and I was skeptical after seeing the unit that my workout equipment would not fit in the unit, he proceeded downstairs and one glance at the items in the truck he assured me all my equipment would fit. Him and his coworker on duty were great. Thank you guys

Totally ridiculous for maintenance of outdoor lots. I cant express my level of frustration to accessing a snowed in lot for over two weeks. Ive lost daily customers business due to my truck stuck in snow at Life storage.

I received great service here and I’ve been with them a whole year holding my storage and my stuff was safe there I had no problems and the prices was reasonable. When I first got my storage they had a special going on and that was awesome.

I’ve had the occasion to use storage facilities, both professionally and personally. While this was my first visit to Life Storage, I am certain that it will not be my last. Groundsts pretty pricey and the grounds are littered with fast food garbage bags. And instead of having one vehicle in a parking space, many have two vehicles and they spill over into the pass through area. Yet, some of the parking spots also just have junk stacked up in them. And the price I pay for my spot has jumped up three times in year.

Recently I was in the process of moving and quickly ran short on supplies (boxes, tape, etc). I needed to obtain a few items quickly and at a reasonable price. I did not want to bounce from store to store looking for the various items so I decided to stop in at a nearby Life Storage facility. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Andre, the extremely helpful Manager. He quickly assisted me in assessing my needs and selecting the appropriate packages. I called and reserved a parking space online. The price that I was quoted online differed from the offered on site. I called customer service, they reviewed the tapes and stuck by the online quoted price. Andre walked me through, the now convoluted process. He set up phone calls, e mails, and appointments with regional managers to make sure my needs were met and that I was happy. He took the worry and stress out of a stressful situation. He serves as a model to what customer service should always be. Usually, when things don’t go as planned, you call to complain, you get routed to several different people. You tell your story over & over again and you become increasingly frustrated. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE. Andre saw the situation, took ownership & took the appropriate steps to get everything resolved in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about. Andre, & the regional manager. I would most definitely recommend this facility. The customer service is outstanding, above & beyond my expectations.

First time using a storage facility. Im soo happy I chose Matteson Life Storage. The office manager Andre Ross was very nice. I had a issue and he solved it with a smile.

The staff was very friendly & helpful.. I have a climate controlled Unit inside the building. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building & the temperature was satisfactory. The best part of this rental was the fact that I received a discount for 2 months. The only think I didnt like was having to add insurance (which was a little pricey) to the payments. Otherwise this is a good place to store your items.

I cannot speak highly enough about Andre Ross, the Store Manager at the Matteson location. Corporations talk about having great customer service, but its employees like Andre who execute those behaviors daily. If it wasnt for Andre I would have closed this storage shed. I had an issue that the Regional manager was no help and the echelon above him didnt have the decency to even call me back. The only individual at Lifestorage who would help me was Andre.
