Prices were very good and they also have more than just hardware if you know what I mean! It was a really good price on the like new Bosch side grinder.

Been coming here for years. I have bought several firearms from them, and had them order me a couple more. The last 2 times were a little off-putting. One of their employees made a snide remark about me ordering a .44 Magnum. This last time I was basically ignored. I kinda just wrote it off as year of Covid chaos. But, as I left their shop disappointed.... I decided to never return. The 2nd star is for the fact they have come through for me in the past. I wish them well.

This place is taking advantage of people charging exorbitant prices for ammo. $50 for a box of ball 9mm ammo? Ha. No thanks. Ill go buy from the big box store and pay $20 for the same stuff. People will remember this after this shortage has passed. I know I will

I only recently became aware of Beltway Gun & Pawn, and Classic Firearms. I have now bought a pistol that was a European import not previously available in the States, and a large capacity mag at about half the going price. I am very happy with my purchases. The pistol included a note about selection that was taken into consideration. Both the email interaction and the websites chat feature provided excellent customer service. I will continue to watch for deals from them.

I wanted to let the public know that on Tues Aug 18 2020, the employee behind the counter and 3 customers were not wearing masks. When asked to wear a mask the employee refused. They normally always have the parts i call for if i need any upper or lower ar stuff, or they can get it for you and for a good price, they also actually have a great variety of ALREADY BUILT UPPER ready to put in the set pins and a mag and go(depending on the state of lower reciever of course) ... lol. But They have tons of Knowledge and uppers for different rifles incl the AR style lower, and theyve always had great variety for every type of Arms lover on my visits.. large variety and also tons of bulk rifles(either bolt-action, magazine, or clip fed rifles and shotguns, as well as a few nice repeaters), also tons of bulk hand guns plus a nice variety to choose from, great supply of revolvers for basically any type of shooter, great supply of magazine fed pistols also.. many different makers and calibers aswell, and the expensive stuff like Barrett M105s or M82s and other special arms from the different types or militaries like a Galil or like an HK416 or even a decent MP7 or if you like the goodies from the 80s movies they got those too.. Tech 9, Mp5 Mac 10, m14 or ruger 10/22s, HK91 or HK93, a G3 or UMP45 would be a nice find or older like the Garand or a rare find at the right time and maybe find an Italian Carcano even.. or they most likely have some other types that are very rare if you ask.. And ive had all good transactions with them everytime ive needed something there with decent pricing as well.. Its a Good place, been a customer since 06..

First off, I recommend going to Beltway gun and pawn foe any firearms beed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Thompson. He was a very nice and intelligent employee. He had a answer to all my questions, and was very pleasant to talk to. The other staff were busy dealing with other customers, but overhearing their conversations, they all seemed very intelligent and friendly to talk. I went in there to sell a rifle, and surprisingly was able to get the amount of money I was asking for for the rifle. I highly recommend this store, even if youre a first time buyer or a gun enthusiast. Theyll be able to get you what youre looking for at a good price! If I could rate higher than 5 starts I would.

Great selection of used tools at great prices. This is a great place to pick up Snap On stuff at a fraction of the new price. They also have bins full of used sockets and you can often pick up older quality USA made sockets for $.50 each with a little digging.The only reason Im giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is that their firearm accessory prices seem to be pretty high. I suspect theyd probably match other prices though.

Bought two rifles from Beltway and the service was very good. As with any purchase, one must do their homework or they might be disappointed. Keep sharp and know what you want and how much you want to pay. The sales staff has a great deal of experience so take advantage of it and be careful.The convenience is sometimes worth a little bit more!

Amazing staff and great selection of guns and accessories. They also have a good selection of tools and other pawn shop items. Always great prices and very great to work with on trades, pawns, purchases.They are hands down my go to shop for anything firearm or tool related.Im a customer for life.Also, if they dont have a gun in stock, they can order it for you and have it in within a few days.So fortunate to have them close by.

Just left there. Fair prices, Great inventory. They were slammed with holiday shoppers, but I still received great customer service. Went there to just look, but ended up leaving with two guns, 4 boxes of ammo, a sling, and a cleaning kit. All of the guys there were extremely helpful. Hopefully will get some more christmas money and be back there after the new year! Prices were way better than some other shops in the area.

I visited Beltway for the first time during the Hunt for my first Handgun at the beginning of the year. From my very first interaction with Branden, I gathered that they are more honest and forthright than several that I had visited. They are well informed but might not have answers to all your questions. However, they would help search for the proper answer than mislead you.I have bought a few guns, several accessories and a Scope from here after (offcourse) doing my due diligence. I have been extremely satisfied with all my purchases.You can expect Friendly personnel, Reasonable prices and Great communication at Beltway.

I went into the store a couple times to while deciding exactly what I wanted to purchase. At first I was impressed with their selection of firearms available for purchase... I would soon find out why their stock is so plentiful. I noticed the employees are nice enough but I heard salesmen speak that is used when you think your customer is an idiot. Things like Ive got more than that in it, for you I will sell it at cost plus tax, and other slimy used car salesman tactics. That wasnt a deal breaker for me yet because I will give anyone a chance and Im there to buy something not to be your buddy.I am not asking for the item for free, but I absolutely will not overpay for an item as I noticed their prices are on the high end of high.I apparently got the owner of the store, or so he acted like it. I was promptly greeted and identified which item I wanted to purchase. I was informed by a previous employee that the marked price was for when a customer would lay away and a cash price would be a realistic one. As we talked price he barely came off the higher than market price and acted offended that I would even ask for a price that reflected what the item was currently selling for. Then came the insulting salesman tactics, as if I had not already done my homework before I walked in the door. I asked him if he had researched the current market value of the item and he flipped the tag over and looked at the back. I noticed he was using a common sales tactic in small businesses which was to encode the actual cost price of the item in a series of numbers so it will not be obvious to a customer and he will have a reference to negotiate with. He then informed me that he paid more than I was asking when it was traded in to him. I flipped the tag and quickly figured out his tactic and saw he had paid much less than he said and after being lied to I left with my money and went elsewhere. All thing happen for a reason I guess because I found one in a better condition for less than what I was willing to pay to him. I had money left over to buy several boxes of ammo.Im all about making a buck. I get it. You own a business and have bills to pay. Market conditions and prices change. Just dont lie to me. I will help out a local, small business man over a chain store or an internet seller on the other side of the country in a heartbeat. Until you treat me like Im stupid.The gun grab is over. Time to make long term customers, not try to see how much you can rip off each sucker that walks through the door.

Consistently bad service. Youll definitely have to ask to be helped. This has proven true over about a dozen visits. If you are lucky enough to get someone to help you, its more like pulling teeth to get any information. Its not that hard to be nice to your customers.

Selection. If you like paying new prices for a used gun, you will love this place. Dont believe me? Price check their online selection. (1/30/15 update - reloading supplies were priced fair enough for me to grab some powder)

Seriously how are you going to sell use guns for the price of new guns. With that being said I have mixed feelings about this place sometimes Ive been treated good and sometimes Ive been overlooked. Depends who you get seriously this place is a joke. They will try to rip you off. If You dont know your gun market

Poor customer service. Bought a holdster there, went home one day later a spring falls from it disabling it to work properly. Return there two days later to see if I could swap it out. They didnt have the exact one I had gotten but there was one that fit and it was 10 bucks higher. The guy told me I had to pay the difference or wait almost a month before they get the same one that I had gotten before. I then just asked for a refund and he said no just store credit. I felt like I was being trapped instead of helped. You would at least think that they would take care of their customers and maybe at least knock half off from the difference since I did drive over 10 miles to get there due to faulty merchandise. I ended up paying the full 10 dollar difference because I can see that the guy was going to continue to be difficult. And Ive actually purchased a firearm from them a while back was soon planning on getting another the following weekend, but after this visit Ill probably no longer shop there.

I think its overall a great place, very friendly people and they have great customer service, Ill still continue to visit there when I can. They also have a great collection of guns from pistols to shotguns to tactical guns.

Beltway has been my go to dealer for approximately 8+ years on FFL transfers, Ammo and firearms shipments. Service was usually courteous and I never experienced a problem with shipping or pickup with 20+ transactions.Last week I picked up a revolver and was informed that I would have to start paying a higher FFL transfer fee (50.00) because I wasnt a VIP or someone who bought items from their store. One employee recognized me and reduced it to 35.00 of which is reasonable but another employee argued with him for the higher rate. They discussed my worthiness at the counter in front of me and it was deemed I would have to start paying the higher fee next time. I found this unnerving and decided that their wont be a next time for this business. They should seek long term customers not belittle the ones they have. Because of this I have located a dealer closer to my house who charges 20.00 FFL transfers and his prices for instock items are more reasonable. I hope they can get their act together because they are a good group of guys that share a common interest in firearms.

Took my pistol in to have new sites installed. The GUNZMITH took the pistol, disappeared for 20 minutes, then a salesperson tells me the smith has broken my site. I understand accidents happen but 4 days later my pistol is still broken. It does not take 4 days to get a new set of sites. VERY POOR customer service

This place is very disappointing because the handfuls of times I have been in there I have had no help from staff. This is very discouraging because I dont understand why its so hard to be friendly to customers. At least ask if you can help a customer I mean really. This past time was different there was a new played who was very friendly. Not extremely knowledgeable about all merchandise but still friendly. But the BIGGEST problem here is prices. It is outrageously steep for you to charge 400 for something I can get else where for 200.

I spent $377 on gun parts, 75 round drum broke the 2nd time i used it, the 20 round metal mag didnt feed at all which i got replaced, and the employee didnt want to work with me about the bipod which didnt fit my rifle, all i was trying to do was get store credit or get diff one, i bought over $200 worth of ammo and now taking my business else where.
