This is the best store in the world to buy your household items and not only that the staff is always great and friendly 😊😊. The staff is always very helpful when you need help finding things (Love this store).

This is hands down the best BB&B location in Charlotte. Their staff is always friendly, smiling and promptly stuffing my car at the curb pickup. Many thanks to their awesome manager Liz who special ordered a bed set that I was sold out online and called me personally when it was ready for pickup! And for explaining, to my shame, how to size the curtains I needed. Life saver!

I usually always find what Im looking for at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have great selections and good prices and I love using their coupons.

If it wasn’t for the manager who’s name is Kat. This store would be fine.. but this woman has the worst attitude, walks around with a mad face doesn’t smile at anyone. When her help is needed at the front checkout, she has a horrible attitude and yells at everyone including customers. She ruined the entire customer service of this store.

Their stock was incredibly low and they needed more staff to help customers. But when I did need someone they were very nice and was able to assist. Checkout people were very nice and moved pretty fast.A lot was on-sale, except of course for the big ticket items. You should check the website before heading out though as what you want may be out of stock.

Did you know they have DIY wrapping???? Im in heaven. I made 3 trips for wedding gifts, used 14 coupons, wrapped my gifts, had them marked off the registry and on my way. Staff offered to print the registry for items available at that store or order anything not in the inventory. Had help to locate all the items purchased.

Sales were good, but the staff was not patient with us..

I can always find what Im looking for when it comes to Bath and linens as well as some great kitchen gadgets and appliances. The selection is good and holiday decor is fresh and fun.

I had been ordering quite A LOT online during the quarantine, and I had a few things to return. Because I used their app, I was able to tell them the date of each order from which I was returning an item. They were very helpful in putting cash back on my card. I love their online selection, and also this store. They sell good quality products!

Service was slow. Two different employees walked past me while I was looking for an item and did not say hello or ask if they could help me find something.

We had a couple returns and they were quick to help us with them. Whenever we purchased the robot vacuum, they checked their stock and quickly retrieved it for us. Great customer service!

Almost everything you are looking for to complete a house or an apartment. If you have coupons they will take those as well. (Bb&B) if you want to go other places, its only because you hate shopping quality.

I will be going back to ordering online and pay to ship. Associates dont want to be bothered. No customer service at all! I ordered for curbside and the order is over an hour late. I called ahead and was told to come. Its a 30-minute drive and I get to the store to be told they didnt have it ready. This was after I stood in line and not acknowledged. Once I was instead of getting my order I was told all the things I did wrong. I Will NOT be returning! Ive worked in retail for 35 years and I would have fired these associates. It is a shame BBAB thinks it is okay. Just lost my business.

This was a wasted trip. I was looking for new bedding for my bed. After looking online I decided I needed to see and feel the comforters, bedspreads, and coverlets in person. There were lots of packaged betting items and sets but there were very few examples displayed. I saw several possibilities but they were folded up in plastic bags and the staff would not take them out for me to see what they looked or felt like. I should have stayed home and just shopped online but I will not be shopping at bed bath & beyond.

Everything you could possibly imagine in all types of styles. Every possible size pot or pan. Pizza sheets in all sizes. Pillows and even one for the couch that helps your posture.

Tried to buy one item, wasnt in the system apparently, cashier not trained on what to do, waited on the manager for several minutes, obviously my business isnt that important because they never came to help the cashier.

Lots of unique things, but I wanted to buy a fry daddy and they did not have them.

I was looking for a queen mattress pad, sheets and a comforter set. They had absolutely nothing! Nothing in stock, nothing in the back and the salesperson I asked for help wasnt that helpful. If I buy anything there it will be online. Very depressing experience. Not even worth the one star I had to give. Wont be back.

Underwhelmed by the store and associates. Everyone seems to bothered to answer questions or help locate an item. Mean while they stand there doing nothing. What happened to customer service?! I still gave 2 stars due to the ease of shopping online and product availablity.

Cashier personable and helpful. Staff accessible. Not bad. Especially when its crowded inventory seems cluttered and arranged like flea market however. Store needs makeover for accessibility and space but otherwise good Christmas shopping experience.

Everything you need and more!!

Went in for a return from an online purchase. First one who was helping us was very rude and didnt even greet us and had so much trouble with the return that she had to call the manager twice and still didnt get it right until the other cashier came to take care of it. It literally took half an hour to return 5 items and we didnt get any shopping time as we went at 6:30 and they closed at 7

Took them a while to get my order out, perhaps they were understaffed? Or a newly hired employee didnt know what he was doing. But always had a good experience with them before.

Bed, Bath & Beyond was one of the only places I could find Hanukkah candles and accessories. They are well stocked for kitchens, baths, and bedrooms, with additional hard to find items. Their closet section is very helpful too. It is well worth your time to have a look. They even have a Bridal Registry.

Bed Bath and beyond has very little stock in their store and its been this way for awhile ..what things are coming in arent put out ..just in bins in the aisle

Loved coming to this store. Unfortunately, no more. Was treated less than professionally by a staff member at check out. There are plenty of places to purchase these type of items, in most cases at a lower price point. I left there without purchasing what I came for and went a few blocks away to Marshalls and was treated much better and saved considerably on my purchase, even without having to use a coupon.I guess this particular store has rested on its laurels.

Not the friendliest staff. I go often. Ive met them all. Better than the nasty older woman in the Arboretum Bed Bath. Just seems not to be a friendly company in general. Maybe if they worked on their customer service skills their stores wouldnt be so empty. Just a thought.

Found the King pillows we wanted. Perfect balance of price and value! Got two thinner pillows and two thicker. Used our mailed coupon. Win! Win!!

Nice employees but too few. Went and found the coffee bean grinder, looked at price where it was on the shelf. Once I got to the checkout, charged 10 dollars more than marked, questioned and waited for employee to go look. Apparently it was in the wrong place and not marked. Unfortunately, this is the usual for bed, bath, and beyond. Got to ignore those 20 percent coupons!!! Never worth it.

Manager was not nice and would not work with me. Second time I had issues with this location will be coming back here again. Although the employees were very sweet.

You can always find some nice items on sale on the discount rack. But if you need to buy something that isnt on sale its a little pricey. But they do have top-of-the-line items.

I needed a Noodle Sparial. Asked a sales clerk for location of the Sparial. She immediately took me to the location and start showing me different ones. I wasnt interested in them because they were more than I wanted to spend. She then took me to another area and showed me one like what she had purchased . I purchased it. Got it home and love it because it was basic. Just what I was looking for. She made this a pleasant experience because she didnt just tell me where the item was . She walked me to it and showed them to me and explained each to me. She stayed with me till I found what I needed and the one I got was a great price. Thats great customer service .

Everytime I shop in this store I receive excellent service!! Anna is a sweetheart! My mom and I have gone in there asking about a few unusual items and she is always happy to help. They always go above and beyond to help.out at the Matthews location!

My fiancé and I went to this location to start our wedding registry. The woman who “helped” us made our experience one we would never forget and not in a good way. While setting up our registry she kept saying how she never left work, worked overtime constantly and how the old location she worked at kept asking her to come back. She not only hinted, but made it more than obvious that she did not like her job. Flash forward 10-15 minutes, she follows us around the store talking about her divorce, what a terrible person her ex is and being pushy about what items we should put on our wedding registry. She also kept hinting at how we really should of made an appointment even though the store was not busy and clearly she had nothing better to do but unload her problems on customers. Finally we get to the kitchen section where all the miscellaneous kitchen items are and she tells us how this section “overwhelms” her and she’ll find us around when we’re done. This was the best part of the entire experience because she finally left us alone. I was really excited to do our registry here but left feeling irritated and exhausted. I would not recommend coming to this location to do any kind of registry or if you expect decent customer service.

Went shopping for college supplies. Sales associate was rude as well as the manager...They did not want to take my coupons,even tho the register excepted them....I see there are a few stores closing because of poor performance and sales productivity, I will not be surprised if this store shows up on the list of closed locations

This store is like one of my favorites. You go in there with the express purpose of buying one thing with your 20% off coupon end up buying six other things all with 20% off coupons its a win-win situation

I havent been happy with BB&B lately. The whole coupon thing has changed with they had some and would gladly let you use them, to you need at least a picture of the coupon to now you HAVE to have the coupon with you

Very clean store but only thing that could be better is the cashiers attitude. They could be more friendly and at least speak by saying hello . You don’t have to have a full fledge conversation but just an acknowledgement would be nice and maybe a smile?

Poorly stocked. Personnel clustered in the front talking to esch other. One other customer and myself and they just couldnt be bothered. I saw what i wanted but items werent on shelf. Turned our they were in the back and shelves hadnt been restocked. I couldnt reach anither item that was hing too high for most to reach. Turned out the other customer wanted one as well when I retrieved someone from their important conversation. I know Bed, Bath & Beyond can do better because I saw it in the Tucson store regularly. Headquarters, please do a silent visit to this store. I spent almost $200 in this visit, probably there largest sale of the day. But Ill find another store or order online next time.

Customers Service Manager was great no questions asked because it was a Christmas present and I didnt have the receipt .They took care of the customer and I will be shopping here more.

Little bit of everything for the house and some good discounts

This morning I visited the South Blvd store in Pineville, NC after being there 6 weeks before for Cambria Premier Clip Rings. Not able to buy all that was needed in the store. Short stock. I thought by now the store would have restocked. WRONG. I had to order on line which takes up to 6 days for delivery. So this evening I called the Matthews store which is 25 miles one way and after giving the UPC code was told they have 8 in stock. WRONG . After an apology from the staff assisting, I asked for the manager .50 miles round trip he tells me staff on the phone is new and they have had issues in that one area of the store so any information in that area is faulty.Thanks but no thanks. When finish with this transaction I doubt very seriously that I will shop this retailer.Monica Mullings
