Do not use them. Nobody explained anything to my wife when they installed pool. Getting someone out to show how things work is a joke. I see why they have such a poor rating. Customer service is worst I’ve seen. Wish we had checked into their reviews first. I would not have used them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not use!

Had a wonderful experience buying and installing our pool from this location. Clay is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us navigate the whole process and beyond. Highly recommend! We love our pool!

I do not recommend hot tubs of Charlotte. I received my brand new hot tub over a week ago. The delivery team dropped the tub off the trailer pretty hard. There are large scratches on the side of the tub, one of the safety locks are broken and it’s not the color I ordered. If you think this is bad just wait... we filled it and plugged it in and it just doesn’t turn on. No power what so ever. I have called and emailed the manger with no response. My boyfriend went in to the store in person to speak with the manager about calling me to settle the issue and he promised to call me. That has not happened and that was 6 days ago. I called the corporate office of jacuzzi and they will not help me since they depend completely on their dealers. This has been a mess and I still have a non functional hot tub that is damaged sitting next to my house that cannot be used. This is the most disappointing service I have ever dealt with.

Dealing with Clay was a good experience. Had our pool shipped up to Maryland, no issues with delivery. We did have a few missing pieces (coping) but they made sure to overnight them to us. Very responsive and would not hesitate to deal Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Charlotte again. Thank you!

Friendly and help! Clay was a pleasure to work with. He helped me with my ideas, thought process and decisions on choosing a hot tub or pool. He has definitely gone above and beyond with visiting my home to help with patio ideas and HOA application! Go visit! Beautiful showroom!

Had a few issues as the company changed ownership but Clay was helpful in resolving the issue.Note. I gave Clay the benefit of the doubt and I am glad I did. Clay came through for me and helped me pretty quickly after I got hit by a lightening strike. Now I am back up and running.Thanks Clay 😊👍

Great experience! We love our hot tub. They delivered and set it up for us. You’ll need an electrician prior but the process was smooth. Definitely recommend them!

They open at noon on Sundays, but the doors were locked and no cars were in the parking lot. I called and their hours were the same on the answering machine. I waited an hour because I had driven so far to get there. The hours listed on the door also said that they opened at noon. I waited on hour and received no help and the door was still locked with lights off. I had to drive an hour home with no resolution to my Jacuzzi issue.

Everything after the credit card swipe has been a nightmare, including working with their subcontractor. Ive had to have called them 8 times in the past 10 days and still dont have everything resolved. No one knows what the other is doing or suppose to do, things not happening when Im told they will, still dont have things Im suppose to. Go somewhere else.New: After two weeks and more screw ups, I gave up and asked for a refund on stuff I was still waiting for. Like I said the first time, run as fast and far away as you can. It cant be worse anywhere else.

Terrible customer service experience. Customer service representative spoke condescendingly to me in regards to my maneuvering of their website. I waited on the phone for almost two hours to get help. The help they offered once we spoke has not been helpful!

These guys must not need new business. I needed to change out a tub that was worn out 25 years. They told me it could not be done. I had another company come in and look at project and they solved issues immediately and will be installing a new Hot Tub. Before using this company you might want to check out Fun Outdoor Living in Indian Trail. They want your business and will work hard to earn it. April 2020

If I could give 0 stars I would... we bought a pool waited 3 weeks for the installation was told they would be out on a Friday to instal then told they would be out on Monday they brought the wrong ladder then brought another ladder that was wrong.. still waiting on them to bring the correct ladder.... no one showed us how to unstal chemicals or to work the pump was told someone would be out here at 11 yesterday and they never showedup was told they would be out today at 10 and its almost 5 and still no one has shown up. The caps on the pool wall keep popping apart... I would recommend if youre looking for a pool look elsewhere
