This little shop has so much for birds and outdoor decor. Its a must stop for anyone looking for anything neat or functional for birds. The service was also spectacular.

Backyard Birds and the entire staff are top notch. They are engaged with the customers, incredibly knowledgeable about birds & all of the products they stock. In addition, they are super friendly, and reasonably priced. The store is immaculate and stocked with items not found elsewhere. They also have an incredible informative bulletin that they send out alerting their customers to great sales, bird information, and bird outings they sponsor. Their mascot Buddy (lab) is the icing on the cake.

Looked all over town for a specific piece for a hummingbird feeder and this very kind woman behind the desk gave us the piece no charge. We appreciated the kindness and having the supplies no one else did! Definitely recommend this place they also have a beautiful selection of bird houses, feeders, and more!

I have been a customer of this wonderful store for many years. I tried buying the cheap bird seed from the big box retailers but the birds wouldn’t eat it. I now buy the supreme mix and I have so many happy birds. I also see more types of birds at my feeders. Also a great store to buy gifts for any occasion and great puzzles.

I stopped by this afternoon to buy something for the birds but also an item to keep the birds from ruining my plants but the lady who works or owns the store was sooo rude and had such an unwelcome personality from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out very rude women. Nicely organized store with everything you can imagine for the birds. They also carry bat houses, wind chimes, flags, and stained glass window sun catchers. Two very friendly dogs greet you as you come in.

The waiter brought us our initial drinks and then left us sitting there for over 30 minutes without drink refills. Once I was able to get his attention he was responsive. It was over one and a half hours to get our entres. The orzo that came with my dish seemed like leftovers. It was a clump of pasta that was warm on the outside, but when I broke it up it was cold in the middle. The trout, to be fair, was good. There was a loud, obnoxious person drawing a lot of attention while we were waiting to be served. In the end, I had to get up and get the managers attention in order to get our check. A place we once loved going is, well, not the same. Our Mothers Day celebration was anything but a success. No one seemed rude, just completely unaware. We obviously chose not to have dessert. We tipped 20% and exited this establishment.

I Absolutely LOVE shopping here! Everyone is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. They care deeply about the animals and wildlife. I love visiting with the dogs, Buddy and Sugar as well.
