Came in recently and bought a pair of shoes - young lady named Linnsley did an excellent job helping us and making every effort to be sure we were able to find/obtain the shoes we wanted and at a good price - very grateful and will be sure to return in the future.

Good prices - main reason why I went there. I didnt put 5 stars because this Rack Room Shoes specifically doesnt have a big variety, still a great option for cheap and nice shoes. You have some important brands like Nike, Adidas and so.

3 stars because the staff was so great. Shoe selection is terrible. The staff where helpful and very friendly. Had a better selection of kids shoes than mens shoes.

Product selection and sizes are standard for this type store, it appears half sizes are not available, I have not inquired, as of right now. However, we shall return. My wife and I have been shopping here for our family for sometime. Never a bad experience with customer service; until today. As we were searching for a particular size for a shoe that my son wanted, we could not find them where the shoe was located on display, as every box was rifled through. After minutes of waiting on a salesperson, I asked if perhaps there was a pair in the back? Without hesitation, her response was everything we have is on the shelves. I dont work in a customer service environment, but I would have at least checked.They have done that for me before, ESPECIALLY when I was about to drop $150.

I knew I shouldnt have gone there today. The reason being they never have much selection and so it was. And looking at all the different brands of athletic shoes on the counter I noticed that most of the shoes were 8.5 and I need 9.5. I knew if I found the shoe that I like they would tell me that they could order it. I didnt want it ordered I needed it today. If I saw a shoe that I did like it was a wide size they had lots of wide sizes. I dont need wide I just needed medium. I knew I should have gone to the arboretum which was probably maybe about five miles more up highway 51. Music in the the store was way too loud too. Another reason I just gave up and left. I suppose the staff was friendly. However I did get tired of being asked if I need help.Go to Rack Room Arboretum for shoes. They have way much more!

Very nice in-store personnel and found a pair of sandals but not in my size 8 but located a pair for me at another store & held them for 24 hours...

I have been standing here waiting for help to get shoes down. 2 employees talking about what needs to be done and hiw to do it. Neither one asked me if I needed any help. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in this store

My toddler had to use the restroom and I was told that no one can use the restroom there, except employees. This was as I was in line to buy multiple pairs of shoes. Needless to say, I didnt buy the shoes and wont be back.
