I agree with the other posts that says Jiffy Lube is expensive. They have later hours and the guys were pleasant enough and we didnt have to wait too long, but you pay for convenience. Better to go to your mechanic or any other number of places and save $. Beware of the upcharge on filters, etc. I thought I was agreeing to one price (the guy tech did not speak clearly) for an air filter only to find out I was charged $41 for a $10 filter! When I complained about this to the guy and to the district office I received no money back. I will not be returning to JL for an oil change. You could consider them for state inspections as this price is set by the state.

I want to get my oil changed. They quoted me at $75 for an oil change when you can get the exact same oil at Walmart for seven dollars. The only reason why I went there was because the person that changes my oil was out of town and couldn’t change it for me and I needed to be done immediately. The person who help me at the front desk was incredibly rude and almost seem bothered by my questions. When I asked him for an itemized receipt it seemed like he did not want to give me one until I demanded to have one. When I got home I realize that my hood was open and upon opening it to try to lock it back again I realize that they had left my breaker fluid deposit completely open. I drove for four hours like this it had a not realize it I would’ve completely lost all that fluid. The service was horrible, extremely expensive. I’m incredibly disappointed and honestly I wish I could get my money back for such a horrible service.

Don’t get your inspection done here. Either you buy their wipers or they’ll fail you for wipers, even if your wipers are working fine with no cuts or tears. They’ll claim the wipers are streaking. Only after they charge you for inspection will you realize that inspection failed. They didn’t even notify me that inspection failed until I got home and looked at printout. Wow!!

Within a minute of pulling into the parking lot, I received help and was asked what I came in for. The two guys I spoke with were courteous, professional, and even with at least five other people that came and went as they were servicing my car, everything was done within an hour. They were transparent about price, showed me the filters and were honest about not needing to replace them. I was not oversold and I will definitely return again and I recommend coming to get oil changes at least. I will try them out for other services when needed.

A great car experience. I called ahead to get a quote, and the employee emailed me a 15% off coupon for my visit. There was a bit of a wait, bit it was ok in the waiting area. Employees were friendly and helpful, all around a great experience. I got my brake fluid and coolant changed. There arent any appointments, you just drive up.

I went the other day to get an inspection for my suv. The wrong person in charge. Bad service. I had to go somewhere else. I went to get my car inspected in July by a different person result was better service.

The Manager Porter is so kind, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and handsome. He goes over and beyond to take care of his customers and put a smile on your face. The staff there are a good team, they get you in and out. Always a pleasant experience. If Porter wasnt already married Id ask him out. I will continue to use this locations.

I paid 50% more at this location for the same service and car a few weeks ago. I had to pay for a coupon book to receive a discount. I find this absurd since I’m a long time VIP member. $150 for an oil change on a 3 series Bmw is outrageous. I wasn’t given the price until after I had the service completed. Rip off location! In and out in 45 minutes for oil change, inspection, tire rotation and bulb change. The two men working at open today were very personable and professional!

Pulled up to get my brakes and inspection done and Porter greeted me with a smile and was able to get to me right away. He gave me all the info I needed and some so I wasnt left out of the loop on what needed to be done and how much itll be. They are professional and kind. Even opened the door for me! This might be my new regular oil change spot.

Wife took car in, they checked air filter, but didnt put it back correctly. filter enclosure was not secured made a loud noise on her way home, I had to correct it. Also got grease on visor in drivers side. Overpriced, and poor service.

Lets not beat around the bush, Jiffy Lube is either a hit or a miss depending on the staff (techs) and Management. This one, where I decided to give a try was a HIT. Gave me their diagnosis on how to fix my coolant leak and we proceeded. Job was done on-time and the price was more than fair imo.

I took my car in thinking I needed to replace my alternator, but they were able to talk me through everything and diagnose the true issue at a lower cost to fix to me. I also needed another service done regarding my ignition, and Porter was very helpful in recommending to me the easiest way to fix it and it worked out great. Would definitely use this location again, and I appreciate how friendly everyone was!

Went in for a scheduled oil change. They told me I needed to change my transmission fluid. My car has 53k miles and they said the scheduled transmission service was 30k miles. Since I have used them for several oil changes and they know Im a repeat customer I said ok. Followed up with the Ford dealer and they told me the scheduled transmission service was 150k miles. I went back and talked with Porter and he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and retain my business. He couldnt undo the service but he did offer me a free oil change for future use. Its nice to know there are still people out there that really want to please their customers. Thanks Porter for doing right by me! You have a happy customer!

I recently just had my oil and some filters changed, and every time I visit this location the members remember who I am and take great care of me and my vehicle. Most of the time I am in and out in a timely manner there are times that they do get backed up, so if needing any work I recommend coming on a day off from work just incase but other than that all of the workers treat me amazing and kind, every time and give me truthful and honest opinions on my vehicle and the work that needs to be done.

Went in to get air in my tires because they were low and I’d never had them scan my car in just for air pressure. When I asked why they were scanning my car in just for tire air pressure they told me that unless the car was serviced at jiffy lube before it was not free of charge. I used to work for jiffy lube and that is NOT nor has EVER been their policy for tire air pressure.

Jiffy Lubes website does not provide specifics for how they are handling the COVID pandemic. I called the 800 number provided and was told I could stay in my car the entire time of service. I was very specific and asked about oil changes and state inspections. I was told staying in my car was the best way to keep everyone safe.This morning I arrived a few minutes before opening. I was greeted and I explained the services I needed. I was told to go wait in the lounge. I explained I wanted to stay in my car. We cant do that. was the reply. I explained I had called the number on the website and was told I could stay in my car. You cant do that was the response. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and was told no.I left the location and wont go back. No employee was wearing a mask and the lounge is quite small. Had I been able to stay in my car I would have been fine. Whats the point of having a policy if your locations dont follow through? You lost a customer today but given how your employees acted I assume you dont care.

One of the best place to get your oil change your battery check your tires rotated your brakes check. They will let you know if your need anything.

The lady who helped me out, walked me through the process of all that was going on and what all my car needed and what was best for it. This was really appreciated as someone who does not know much about cars other than the fact that go from point A to point B. She even helped me find coupons that helped bring my price down even though it was already a reasonable price. They work quick, friendly, and efficient. They definitely have a customer for life now!

The service here is great, it only took 20ish minutes for an inspection and oil change, the price is less than what ive payed for at other places. The staff are really nice and friendly, they wont try and push unnecessary sales on you, if they think your wipers could be replaced theyll ask and if you decline they leave it at that. In my opinion this place is well worth driving just a little bit further for the wonderful service and great price!

Brought my car in for a simple inspection that should only take 15 min. It took over an hour to get done. And all they could say was “it was the computer system”... I will never come back for any service here. I also overhead the telling another costumer that it cost $70 for a engine coolant top off... Never again. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Just did an oil change here, nothing wrong with the service itself, but they poached a hole on my driver side seat, the hole is sooooo obvious, it can’t be missed. The hole is obviously new, but they insisted that they didn’t know anything, I was so disappointed!

Technician absolutely accidentally cracked front windshield of my Mercedes GL and the manager immediately fixed the situation by changing all my wiper blades at no charge and within a week replaced my windshield at no cost to me. Went in for oil change and air in tires and they also topped off radiator fluids. Also found out serpentine bel was dry rot and needed replaced. And when they drove the truck out I found the inside was vacuumed as well. Happy customer here.

Good food, drinks and quick. Went there Sunday after Panthers-Seahawks game. Crowded but got a table, ordered drinks then food and food came about 15 min later. Had a black n bleu chicken wrap and mashed potatoes and it was very good at a reasonable price.

Everyone be careful when you change your oil in this place people work there not Profesional at all,,, every time you go there they asked you to change the air filter and change the breaks fluid,,,and they forgot they change it last time..if anyone his car starting acting funny or if you heard any noise from the engine check the engine oil in different place and you will be surprised.....

Way too pricey!!! I paid over $80 for an oil change and at that price topping off fluid still extra. I was told they use premium products, so does the dealership and I’ve never paid that price, prices are set by company plus they said extra for convenience. I went there day before at 1pm and told closing at 2pm because short staffed and even the next day waited a good while before they came to my car and still close to $100 after giving me a $10 coupon for inconvenience day before. Valuable lesson I will never just assume all locations charge a reasonable price for oil change and I will never go back to Jiffy Lube for anything other than state inspection and not at this location and I may just report this company for price gouging. Trust me go elsewhere to avoid getting ripped off!!!!!

I paid over $100 for two oil changes on both of my cars, left with no air in tires, no fluids topped off and no sticker on windshield, before I pulled In i asked the guy if that was part of the oil change process he said yes i said great because i have both my cars here and they need those taken care of. I came here for the first time in June to get my oil changed. I had been putting it off for a while because every time I have gotten my oil changed in the past I had to deal with such chauvinistic and degrading men. I was so happy with my experience here though! When I pulled up there was a female mechanic which was wonderful to see (and I hope there will be even more in the near future). Then Martin was so nice and helpful. I felt comfortable asking him questions and not once did he answer with judgement. I went again a few days ago to get my inspection done and Scott and Marcus were super nice and helpful as well. I hope all of my experiences are as pleasant as these have been; I definitely have intentions of staying a customer here- thank you for everything!

The service techs fixed a loud power steering noise by bleeding air out the lines, saving me potentially several hundred dollars in an unnecessary pump replacement. Delighted customer!

After hilariously failing to refill the air in my tires myself, I was directed here. In no time at all my tires were filled and I was off. They refused any payment.Best kind of service, best kind of people.

Had a good experience at the Matthews location. Porter was very helpful and took the time to speak with me and discuss the services for my vehicle. This is my 2nd visit to this location and each time I was in and out with friendly customer service.

They do a good job-- but Porter makes this place a 5-star business.. Hes got your back and reminds you of coupons.

I went in for an oil change and to get two new tires. It took almost 3 hours. Yes there were people that were there before me but they got serviced and left.....and the two people the showed up well after I did got serviced and left. I watched me car sit untouched for over an hour. I pretty sure they only thing they had done before I started asking questions was drain my oil. Once I asked how long itll take they said 30 more minutes and thats when they finally put new oil in and finally took my old tires off and finally got my new tires and put them on. It took more than 30 more minutes. I will no longer be taking my business here.

I have been going to this location for almost two years now. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone always remembers me which makes me feel great. There are so many great employees to recongize. However, I do want to call out the employee who worked on my rusted front brakes today, Brandon. He did a great job. Carmine for taking a bent/screwed up lugnut off my tire and caring for my well being by ordering a new one. Lastly, Marcus for engaging in a conversation with me while I waited. Then they really helped me out today by listening to my concerns at the end of the whole process. This is why I will always go to them and nowhere else.

$99 for an oil change using regular oil and an air filter on a Prius? That includes a $10 fee for topping off my radiator fluid. Really!? Also, there is too much emphasis on using the much more expensive synthetic oils. You have to really stick to your guns to get regular oil and not go with synthetic.

Had to get my low beam headlight replace. It were pretty difficult to remove. Two techs were trying to get if out, so another tech came over to see what was going on. If he could lend a hand, as team members should do. But instead of all of them working together, the first two techs just left him there. Which made the last tech upset. I then started to feel uncomfortable and just told him Ill take it to a shop. Instead of the first two techs saying to me they couldnt get it. They ran and hid until I were leaving. As I were leaving out, they appeared back and started helping with other vehicles.

Good oil changing place. First time there, but found the neighborhood a bit different. The attendant was polite and the service fast. I though it was more expenaive than the dealer for a basic oil change.
