I was traveled with my Wife to home from Main to Florida when I couldn’t charge (evening 19:30) my admirable Tesla S in Charlotte, NC. Thanks to Matthews NC Tesla service center (5 star) for the quick help we can go further next day. The service advisor Andrew Lackey is especially helpful. The mechanic Dillon Anderson found the problem, the defective part was quickly replaced. Thanks again.
I went and had two test drives. One model 3, loved it, just a little small for my 64 frame, plus my son at 14 is almost 6, then Model Y, loved it as well. I did order the Y while I was there, and currently waiting on delivery. I have to tell you. I am NOT a car guy. I have been driving the same vehicle for the last 12 years, but I was, and still am fascinated by the Tesla. I also hate car dealerships. Car salesman all typically give me the creeps no offense I understand everyone has a job to do but theyre just way too pushy for my taste. That was not the case here. There was zero pressure and everyone was super helpful. I will update when I pick up my car.Picked up my Model Y 5-2-2021. And honestly the day started a little rough, as some how my appointment was changed. However, Michael, and Corey with the delivery team took care of me no issues. They were absolutely fantastic. I can not tell you how easy a process this is. I did everything from my phone, order, financing, down payment, everything. Also, car is amazing, absolutely no issues at pick up. This team rocks. Thanks!!!
Extremely happy with this company and this dealership! My husband and I just took delivery of our second Tesla with Cory and it could have not gone smoother. Not only they have revolutionary products but they have provided an excellent customer experience in both deliveries. All sales people I’ve interacted with have been very attentive, knowledgeable and amicable. It’s been a pleasure working with Tesla!
The whole Tesla experience was outstanding excellent any word you want to use supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Chad Clary is really awesome! I drove to Charlotte for my kid’s tennis tournament, and didn’t realize that the chargers are not super chargers at store but I only had 47 miles left in the car! My heart went to my throat and tears were in my eyes because my son’s tennis tournament starts soon and I won’t have enough time or maybe even not enough battery to go to a super charger miles away! Chad helped us to charge the car quickly so that we have enough battery to continue the trip, and I am VERY VERY grateful! I will definitely buy cars from him, a kind warm-hearted gentleman!Tesla is lucky to have such kind and professional people to take care their customers like Chad!
I had a terrible experience with Roadside Assistance of Tesla. When I had a flat tire on the Model S, the unavailability of a spare tire because Teslas superb roadside assistance turned out to be a flat lie: It took me 1 hr to first find out that there was no way Tesla can fix my tire since it was after 5pm in the heart of the city of Charlotte. Then I had to be towed to Tesla Service lot (15 miles away) after waiting 2 more hours. Now I supposed to go home (75 mi away) and come back whenever my tire is fixed! Buyer beware when offered spare-tire-less vehicles because of awesome roadside assistance!
Well my car wasnt put back together when I came and got it. The backseat was left lifted and the console under the screen in the front was unclipped. I guess since the car is so heavy the tires lost pressure from sitting there for a month and I had to pump them up myself aswell. No other problems that Ive noticed.
Service took care of me as a traveler with a problem. The app was a problem, but the people are great!
Busy day. But got us in and out quickly with our new car. The buying experience was interesting, easy, and sometimes awkward. But not terrible, just different.
Service was fast for what I needed which I appreciate. However the showroom and the service waiting center are dirty and uninviting. Glad I didn’t have to sit there long.
One of the worst customer service ever. The Cars quality doesnt reflect on the team that attends the call there. If given a chance to make it completely interaction free, that could definitely bring some more customers to the showroom. The people who work there doesnt know what they are talking and have zero expertise on the things.
Went to Tesla to test drive a vehicle, of course we were blown away by our experience. But this isnt about that, this is about the service of the dealership itself. They were very friendly, courteous, and quick and were just very informed and were able to answer any and all questions I came up with. Inside and out you could tell care was taken to keep the dealership clean and the grounds kept. Overall very satisfactory experience.
Very good and friendly service. Easy in and out, fix it right
Here Im after just 18 days after the warranty is over. They recommended replacing the drive unit. The total cost is 6.000 USD. I asked to talk to the manager, and the response was, sorry, its out of warranty. I know it, but my point is, if you were not able to reproduce the issue, why would you recommend straight replace the drive unit? Ahh, yes, its out of warranty, so its OK to replace (Attached). You dont have anybody to talk to or complain about other than the front desk guys. No e-mail, no phone number.
Definitely room for improvement - all communications went well online and using the app - until it was time to pick up my vehicle at the service center. Got there early and my car wasnt washed or CHARGED. Was there for over an hour before I got my car. Whats the use of having an appointment? Come on man, dont drop the bag at the end! They knew I was coming to pick up the car - do better guys! Thought I would have a better delivery experience since this is the most expensive vehicle Ive ever purchased.
Just want to give a shout-out to one of the delivery employees, Corey. My car got stuck in Alabama and I had 7 different delivery appointments that had been rescheduled due to delays. The guys at this location couldn’t get the car faster as it was up to the truck drivers to get it there by the end of the quarter. After 5 weeks I picked it up on June 29th.Now, Corey put up with my daily phone calls for 2 weeks. He was incredible genuine, kind, respectful, and empathetic. I appreciate you, bro and thank you for pushing your team to get the car to me the day it was delivered.I received my car much faster than many people have been by the way. Some have waited 2-3 months. I’m grateful. Some employees there seemed a bit arrogant. Corey and the guy who did the walkthrough with me were super chill and human. Thanks dudes.
Made appointment on app, dropped car, Tesla gave me Uber credit to get home and back, picked up car….drove away. No hassle, no delays and issues were repaired.
Tesla showroom on Independence Blvd is definitely a must visit in Charlotte. No doubt everyone has heard of Elon Musk of the Space X fame. Tesla Cars is his exploration into 100 percent battery powered cars. Its worth a trip to see the Tesla car park itself, drive itself on the highway and automatically switch lanes. Taking a ride in a Tesla is like taking a trip into the future of automobile travel. Call their office and book your test drive today.
As always Andrew took great care of my car and took time to explain exactly what needed to be done and what to expect.
Love the non-pushy staff. Would’ve liked a little bit more explanation for the car features. I understand that they were doing a “no contact” test drive but may be a video or something would’ve been nice.Ended up also doing a test drive at the Raleigh location on a different model. Definitely looking forward to buying a Tesla in the next couple months.
I gave 1 star because of the gentlemen that greeted us, he was very nice. If you purchase a used vehicle from this facility please make sure you get any problems that you see in writing and video before leaving because pictures dont matter. We drove to this facility on 7/17 to pick up a Model S that we purchased online. When we got there after a 3 hour drive, the car had some issues. The inside was dirty, (Whitney) the sales associate actual had to clean the seats while we were standing there. We pointed out to her that the door panel was coming off and the bottom side of the driver seat was either dirty or the paint was coming off and the rim was bent. She pulled the car around and attempted to see if someone in service was around but apparently couldnt find anyone and she said they probably left for the day. She told us we had 24 hours to go into the app and send the service department pictures and the issues and someone would get back with us. I did all of this that same day and received an appointment for the following week on today. We drove to the Savanah facility after having the car 6 days and I was I told after several hours when I went to pick the car up that I was all taken care of with the exception of the rim because the Charlotte facility said the car wasnt delivered that way. Seriously, I made a claim that same day with photos and one of my claims was denied. Who would waste their time after spending money purchasing the vehicle and lie.The gentlemen at the Savanah service facility was very helpful and had good customer service but couldnt do anything because he was told that it wasnt there when I picked it up, but I did ask him how come they completed everything else but not the rim, but he took care of my other concerns, hmmmmmmm.Tesla I need you to stand behind your cosmetic guarantee statement and do the right thing, at least not for me, but for your future customers.
I have had a Tesla model s since 2013 and really enjoy the car. I can say that the Tesla mobile app which Tesla absolutely requires that you use for service absolutely sucks. No way to change your appointment, no way to respond to appointments,And rescheduling of appointments without notification.and they reschedule the appointments without your knowledge.
Amazing. Expensive as hell but amazing
My servicing experiences have been way better than buying experience. The staff is super friendly and they treat you like you are their favorite person. The buying experience however wasnt this good, the delivery person didnt know many of car features and overall I did not have the special experience you hear all the time.
My husband and I picked up our Model 3 last week and we LOVE it. Our experience with test driving, purchasing, and delivery/pick-up were nothing less than remarkable. We worked with Leah for purchasing and Carly for delivery/pick up and both ladies were wonderful. We LOVE our new car and cant wait to get a second one.
Fantastic staff. My first encounter with this Tesla location since living in NC.
One of the worst customer service from this store. Dont have minimum courtesy of giving a call back when they dont have vehicles for a test drive. Reckless, headstrong and the worst service after all. Avoid this particular showroom in all ways possible.
Informative with timely service. Good, clean loaner vehicle to allow for us to go about our day.
I get dropped off to take delivery of a Model Y. This is not an early car (Sept 2020). Neither of the rear doors line up. Luckily it is raining, so we can see exactly how much water is leaking into the interior panel, both sides. The suggestion was made that I take delivery of this leaking vehicle and bring it in for service. Right. I asked if they could at least give me a loaner to get myself home, and they won’t even give me one of those. They told me they’ll call me an Uber. How courteous. I don’t understand how a car this expensive is allowed out of the manufacturing facility in this condition, not to mention the showroom center letting a new car be delivered like this. Seems like nobody even looks these cars over. First impression: poor.
I went to see model X before i place an order for it, a representative ( Matthew) received me but never got up from behind his desk, he told me, the dealership doesn’t have any tesla model X in the lot to look at, and i can go look at model Y, that is parked outside (which should be similar to model X ) without coming with me to explain the difference. I went by myself to the lot and found six model X cars which belong to the dealership. Very disappointed at the level of customer service I received.
This place is outstanding in customer service. These people look after me like I’m someone when in reality, I’m a nobody. They always go above and beyond my expectations and i definitely 100% recommend both the cars they sell, I own a model S, and the service to it they’ve provided. I will always come back here for service. It’s a great peace of mind knowing they do care and seeing it in play. Thanks to the service team here! Y’all are outstanding. I’m pressing send on this review then standing up to give y’all an applause!
Overall, this was a nice experience. I was excited to pick up my car so my review is a little biased. It did seem like they were under staffed that day. They were doing a lot of deliveries as well so didnt help. We did see a truck coming in with at least 15 to 20 Teslas to be delivered, which is pretty awesome to see. They were so busy that day that they actually had volunteers helping out. One man showed up and showed us around the car. It was very nice of the volunteers but at the same time it was a little bit weird because I didn’t really know what the process was. I definitely appreciated their help but it was also very time-consuming because they had to keep checking to see what were the next steps in the delivery. With that said, the experience was a lot better than going to any other car dealership. It was a lot quicker in comparison. Just reading reviews of other Tesla deliveries, it does seem like my delivery was a little bit slower than I had expected. The whole process took about an hour from the time I walked in to the time I got my car.
Very impressive dealership with a knowledgeable staff, especially Leah who assisted my wife and me making our decision on a new model 3. Elon would be pleased with his Charlottes crew.
No inventory at this location due to incredible sales, but Matthew still took his time to explain the difference between each model and the features each one has, in addition to showing us the model Y on the premises. Thank you Matt... we WILL be back! 🤗
Great experience of driving Tesla cars, folks out there are great.. supportive and provided all the info needed..👏👍
I’m very worried about customer service once I have the car. My representative Matthew has been missing in action almost the entire process since I put a deposit in back in April. I tried to get him to change my pick up location to Virginia a week before I received a firm pick up date and he never responded so now I will have to pay a large fee to have it changed. When I asked to speak to his manager about it, she wouldn’t come out of the back and they wouldn’t tell me her name.
Tesla really sucks at customer service I wish Elon Musk paid attention that his centers are so unfriendly to customers. My service is being rescheduled without my knowledge via Tesla app. And I keep getting messages that my service is rescheduled further and further without any reason, I even paid fir the upcoming service. It’s the worst 👎👎👎👎👎
Amazing staff! High volume location, yet they take the time to listen, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. Same day service on a day long job. I was lucky enough to get a Y as a loaner and they finished early! Great team at this location!
Best experience picking up my car on September 1st. Saw some suspicious reviews and thought Id contribute, as someone who isnt a short seller and has picture proof that I picked up a car, unlike Raymond and Shakar. Perhaps people are frustrated due to the unusual ordering/payment process. If so, please read below for the reason (its political and Tesla has no choice).Staff were under a lot of pressure with 70+ deliveries on my pickup day. They had food for us and gave presentations to break-out groups. While I had done my research and had watched the videos that were recommended, many had not. Its also my 4th electric car, having driven Leafs since 2013. They fielded questions such as, how often should I be charging it, (you seriously spent $50-150 k on an EV without asking that ahead of time?)My favorite inane question was, do I need to break in the motor? I kid you not. Idk, do you break in your Dyson? But I digress...Took about 1.5-2 hours before it was my turn, but thats less than Ive had to wait at traditional stealerships. Was nice not having to sign stacks of papers with a commissioned salesperson or finance guy breathing down my neck. There were also no unpleasant surprises like one finds at a dealership. I did sign papers ahead of time, but I believe the whole thing was only 7 pages and I could DocuSign most of it. My advisor in Las Vegas walked me through every other field I should fill out by hand.Everyone I dealt with was great. I saw them spend a long time with people that were less tech-savvy. One elderly couple was there as 2 prior pickups occupied our spot before us; they were still there when we left. I just asked a Tesla employee to take our picture and we were on our way.Speaking of stealerships, many buyers may not be aware, but the NC Good Old Boys (GOBs) dealerships lobbied our free market legislature and got an anti-Tesla law passed some time ago. It says Tesla cant open more dealerships unless theyre independently-owned. Meaning unless the GOBs can get their cut. Must be mice when you can legislate away competition. Thats why you have to go through the rigamarole of sending funds to Raleigh. The Raleigh store was opened before the law was passed, so its grandfathered. So if you dont like this, please let your gerrymandered-elected representative know.Disclosure:If it sounds like Im a gushing fanboy, I am. Having driven Leafs, I obviously didnt care much about performance or driving experience. The Tesla has changed that. The 3 handles as well as a Porsche 911 I once drove. I love driving now, and will never buy another brand again. When I have to drive another car, its actually depressing. Were now debating whether to buy my wife her own 3 or wait for the Y.I love everything about my Model 3. It has gotten even better since I got it, with several updates that have greatly improved the Autopilot and safety capabilities. For example, it went from not having a blind spot indicator to depicting cars on the screen when they are several car lengths behind me, and flashing the lanes red on the screen if I put my turn signal on and a car is in an adjacent lane, or even is changing into that lane (!). I have since test-driven a Model S P100D, and while the acceleration is awesome, I much prefer the 3s interior and steering/handling. Only wish I had sprung for the performance and white interior. There werent test drives of the 3 when I ordered.
I recommend this place for parents and grandparents alike to take your little car lovers because they let them ride in the cars and give them a model car after the ride. My grandson was so happy and wants to do it again.
1. The cars are ok build quality is average, but I absolutely hate the constantly poor service at the service center.2. Also the super chargers are often broken.3. Roadside service is a joke4. Took my new Tesla on a road trip and the noise dampening foam inside of the tire came loose and made the car shake like crazy with only a few thousand miles on the car they refused to replace the tires.5.etc...Tesla needs a Chief Operating Officer
Went to the Tesla store to See what type of options they have on a new Tesla said he was too busy so im currently at the chevy dealership buying a new car.
Nice sales people, but the general manager is a corporate shill who will do anything to avoid responsibility for poor vehicle quality and customer experience. Our vehicle was not what we ordered, and it had multiple defects (paint chips, scratches, oversprayed paint, panel misalignments, urethane adhesive on the windshield). Their fix-it guy tried to buff some of these and failed. Then, without prompting, he said they would touch up, not fully repaint the panel. The interior was covered in debris. The center console rattles when in motion.Tesla corporate has outsourced their quality control to the customer, in hopes that naive and excited customers will overlook the issues. This particular location is not inspecting cars before calling their customers in for delivery. Then they place the burden on the customer to schedule repairs post-delivery. These problems are unheard of with comparably-priced car brands, but Tesla is famous for this.BUYER BEWARE - Be ready to refuse delivery. Take your time (hours even) to inspect, document and report any issues. The management is responsibility-averse and dishonest.
Seems like the common theme is the service center and the frustration of taking ownership of a very expensive car that is not in perfect working order. I took home my Model Y - when l left the lot I should have turned around. It pulled pretty hard to the left but I wasnt sure if that was more normal in a self driving car - turns out its a problem and on day 2 with less the 40 miles I had an error code - no regenerative breaking, no traction stability control, no emergency breaking and none of the autopilot features working.Dont have an appt with service for 3 weeks - cant get anyone on the phone all done through the app so dont know if i am supposed to wait or have a ride home of if there just going to make me call for a ride - super frustratingHaving dealt with BMW for the past 15 years - I am beginning to wonder if moving over to Tesla was a smart decision - for a car with a $60K price tag - this is really terrible -I am hopeful that this will be resolved and I wont have any additional problems as I do enjoy the car -
Picked up a new Model S 2020...the staff was incredible. They had it detailed, ready to go, and the process was simple even with the trade-in. Carter was a HUGE help because the day I picked it up the price dropped and he was able to open a ticket and provide the information to Tesla to have them send me a check for the difference. Amazing group and glad to have a local place here in Charlotte. Looking forward to the cybertruck!
Awesome place and beautiful cars
Surprisingly bad after sale support. Theyre unable to file DMV paperwork in a timely manner so our temporary tag is expired and they have no idea when we will receive a plate. They do not return phone calls and, it seems, they dont really care. Absolutely incredible vehicle, but unacceptably bad service.
Really enjoyed the opportunity to see the new Model Y for the first time. We were visiting the area to see family and me and some of the kids were going to car shop to kill time. I found the new Model Y surprisingly very appealing for what me and my fiance needed as a daily driver. However one member of the staff gave me the cold shoulder. He felt that we were not potential buyers. He had a quota to hit for the end of the month, and somehow we impeded on this. I wish people in this industry would be a little less judgy and more helpful.
I had an amazing purchasing and delivery experience at the Tesla on Independence Boulevard, during my first Tesla purchase. They delivered my beautiful brand new Tesla Y. It was a fantastic experience and they were very attentive, excellent customer service, Matt was my Sales person and each staff member I interacted with, did a great job. The manager took time to speak with me on a super busy Saturday with multiple deliveries. I shared my feedback directly with the manager, regarding my wonderful experience and his great staff. My brand new Model Y is Perfection! Thank you Tesla!
Don’t sell to anybody that sketch was stolen money built by bitcoin and mask as real money
It was an amazing driving experience no other car on the market like it!
Tesla service center never answers their calls, never responds to texts and never calls you back. They have had my car for 3 days wasnt given a loaner and no idea when it will be ready since there is no communication what so ever. Do you exist and will I ever get my car back??
Elon notice me!
Looking to trade my BMW 330e in the near future, and spoke to a Donnie Milner there. One of the nicest salespeople I’ve met with with amazing energy. I only intended to ask a handful of question and maybe sit in a Model 3, but he actually put me behind the wheel for a test drive which was incredible. One of the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, and that’s coming from someone who works in the auto industry. I look forward to ending my current lease ASAP and joining the Tesla family!
We love our new Tesla purchased two months ago. The service was great prior to the sale..of course. Unfortunately, the service after the purchase as been terrible. The person helping us on the day of our new delivery took the license plate off my trade- in vehicle and said they handle everything with the DMV. Learned after the fact that this is not true after receiving a letter from the DMV advising they are assessing a penalty fee. Now, no-one knows where my plate went, and no-one is resolving the issue. I have requested NUMEROUS time to speak with a manager, and the manager is always away from his desk. Phone calls are never returned as promised. Issue is still not resolved after SIX phone calls. Very disappointed
Im excited about what Tesla is bringing to industry.
Weard. Went there to do some work no one knew anything about I was suppose to.do ?
Splendid experience picking up my Model S a couple weeks ago. Service and delivery was smooth and painless. Car is absolutely over the top. Best vehicle Ive ever owned. I traded my Porsche 911S for the Model S P90D and had a LOT of second thoughts. So glad it all went through, the Model S is a superior car in every way. Just had service guy here this morning to program new key fobs and that was painless as well.
Convenient to have a service center so close to home. Great staff that will work with you on issues.
I gave my tesla to fix manufacturing defects on my model y. I left my car and got a model S as a loner. The loner itself is not cleaned up and very dirty. It had some wheel alignment issues. Coming to my service, none of them got fixed. I was told my car is ready and when i drove 2 hrs to get to the location, none of the defects i reported were fixed. I asked one of the service guy about the defects, he asked me to come the next day and the defects will be fixed. I went the next day and none of them were fixed and my car was scratched in a couple of places. I would not recommend going to the service center..
Great cars, BUT Teslas approach to customer service has taken a complete nosedive over the past year. You cant reach the local service center by phone (nobody picks up and voicemail box is perpetually full), or by email.Although Ive been touting Teslas cars as the next best thing... for years, I can no longer recommend their product due to their complete disregard for customer service. Its a shame....
Very rude and did not want to cooperate
I was scared to come here due to the reviews but they was very helpful. I called first and talked to Akhil and he was very helpful and answered any questions I had. When I picked up my car I talked to Corey ( I think) and he was very helpful as well.
If I could leave less than a star I would. Now, I will say, that the Tesla Model 3 is great and I have been enjoying it ever since. But the buying experience through this dealership has been a nightmare and I suggest to anyone that cares about decent customer service, to go to any other Tesla dealer except this one. Buying a Tesla has been an awful experience thanks to Tesla Charlotte-Matthews. First, I called the day before my delivery to make sure the car had enough battery to make it home. They said it would be at 90-100% when I got there and they would leave it on the supercharger while I finished my paperwork. The car had 70% battery and they took it back to be put on the supercharger, but that was a lie. The battery barely went up and the car showed that it had not been connected to a supercharger at all. On the day of delivery, I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, but wasnt seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I received the car, it was in awful condition; dirty, scratches everywhere, and a dirty interior. They took it back to buff it, but the car was still in poor condition and one of the staff members decided to blame it on the black paint job. Lastly, no one told me anything about the car or even how to operate it. Thank you, Youtube, for doing the job of Tesla staff. If youre wondering how they treat the vehicles there, the guy detailing my car decided to pull in as fast as he could and then attempt to drift the vehicle. Thanks for handling my new car with care. The staff at Tesla Charlotte-Matthews made this experience awful and I would rather get rid of my Tesla before ever going back there. I have never had worse customer service in my life. The Tesla itself is great, It is very enjoyable, however, I believe that a car for that price should at least at some sort of floor mats and a foot rest.
The technology in the car is amazing. The people at this service center are really good and kind people as are the sales associates. The big problem is TESLA CORPORATE!!! Please give this location more loaners to help them service 100k cars. Give them people to answer phones. There service and delivery experience doesn’t even come close to comparison for a Porsche, Bmw or Mercedes vs Tesla (far inferior)
The service team at this location is really great. They are fast and very helpful. I have had the car serviced in the store twice and each time they have kept me up to date with what they are doing by text messages - my preferred way if communication. Last time I was there I had a nail on my tire and they fixed it for free. I have also had their technician come to my house to fix the radio and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Yesterday my son bought a new Model 3 and the sales team did a great job helping him. No other dealership has provided this kind of service.
Bought my model 3 from this location. The parking lot looks pretty beat up and cracked, but don’t let that deter you. The inside is pretty well maintained with all their best Tesla models on the showroom floor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my Tesla and will never go back!
My son is obsessed with Teslas. He just turned 7, so he wanted to go to the dealership to see some Teslas up close (we live in upstate SC). Daniel, our amazing salesman, showed him around the Model X. It made my sons day!
Service newer answers their phone. I had to call sales to talk to someone from service. When I complained about no one getting back to me, she had the audacity to say SO ARE 200 OTHER PEOPLE“If a team is winning for too long, they tend to get complacent” - Elon Musk.I hope Tesla realizes that it applies to them also.
Visited service center to have my tilt/lumbar controls fixed on the passenger seat, very fast- thanks
Love the car...would never purchase from this dealership again! Save yourself a lot of frustration and purchase from Raleigh. Trying to get anything resolved through this dealership and corporate is useless. My car was dirty upon delivery: not washed, sticky paper residue left on outside, black greasy handprints on white interior seat, coffee stain on driver seat. Drove it to the beach and went to charge it away from home and discovered that the plug that goes into the charger is missing from the charging equipment. Someone must have removed it from my car for another? Havent been able to get it replaced. They added full self drive for $7,500 after I purchased the car without my permission! Found the charge on my credit card after the car did a software update. Pretty sure thats illegal. Entered my email address wrong so I couldnt access the app. Took 2 1/2 weeks to resolve, then never called me to tell it was fixed. Many more items where they have failed. Id give them a zero if it allowed.
I cant describe my recent test drive just AMAZING!!! They have thought of everything but you know they will keep on improving. A big thank you to Donny the salesman he made the experience enjoyable
Very friendly customer service!
I have had nothing but issues with this service center. This is the closest service center to me as there are none in South Carolina. They will not work with you if you are driving a great distance to get the car serviced. They WILL NOT answer the phones at this location. Good luck if you need to speak to some in person. I love my car but I do not recommend owning a Tesla if this service center is your closest option.
Efficient use of space and good processes to keep customers safe during the current pandemic. Staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy
I have taken my Model S there twice and received excellent service. They have been easy to deal with and very accommodating. On both occasions they have gone out of their way to explain the work and situation in detail.
Great experience! Plenty of opportunity to experience the cars in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. If you want a test drive I recommend booking in advance online or calling just to be sure they have one available for the time you go in. Staff was approachable, respectful, and helpful with showing off all the unique features. Oh and wow, cool cars!
Brennan was very helpful and knowledgeable!
Staff was terrific! They even talked to us....much better service than Hendrix!
