Working with Alex and All Flooring Solutions has been a really positive experience, from bid to completion of work. We happened to learn about them when we were talking renovations with another customer at a local big box home improvement store. They told us about All Flooring.We reached out to Alex for a bid. He was able to get to my house (on time/schedule) and return a bid within 48 hours.Once we agreed on the material (and he had to special order for us) he worked schedule magic and got us on his schedule within 2 weeks.His install team was very professional. They came in and worked diligently and took great care to make sure that our project was done well. At key points, they would ask how I wanted to handle certain aspects of the installation and gave me options.Upon completion of the work, the install team cleaned the entire floors and area and took away all the trash from the project, leaving everything better than when they arrived.Overall, our experience with All Flooring Solutions was a 5-star, positive experience!

Decent install, but, a couple of years later when we called and asked Alex if they do a small repair we were in for a BIG SURPRISE. We have a cork floor and a small portion of it showed wear. We had replacement planks from the original installation so all we needed was for someone to come by, take up the existing planks and install the replacements. No more than four 24 inch planks were necessary. Less than one hour work to complete the repair. What did this guy Alex want to do that? Why a mere $600.00 and that was JUST LABOR! I kid you not. And, when my wife attempted to talk with this guy Alex he laughed at her telling her she knew nothing about the cost of labor. Believe me she actually does know since I operated a four million dollar a year company that did repair on very high tech machinery. I never charged a customer more than $125.00 a hour. And, if Alex thinks by some slim chance my wife isnt smart enough to figure it out, again, believe she is. With a BSN and a couple of Masters beyond that, she retired from teaching at the University of NC @ Charlotte. So, I think she is smart enough to figure it out. Too bad Alex wasnt/isnt smart enough to know how to keep customers.

My wife and I searched out flooring in 7 different places for days. Most were big box or national chains. Some were local businesses. All but one showed little enthusiasm in helping us find exactly what we needed and wanted at a fair price. And wouldnt you know the last one was Alex at All Flooring Solutions. Over 4 visits to his store, he patiently took the time to teach us all about the types of wood flooring. He even recommended some internet searches that would help us do the research on the flooring we ultimately purchased from him. My puppy did a number on my carpet, so I went with putting down wood flooring. I was surprised how quickly the job was completed, I have a 1100 sq ft condo. So far me and Snickers are enjoying the new floors, its easier to clean up after those accidents.

She provided me the best price of anyone I contacted on the floor I selected and kept in touch through every step of the ordering and delivery process. She was even willing to work with me to exchange the wood when I was having doubts about it (due to my own indecision, not due to any flaw with the product), despite the hassle it would have caused. In the end, I decided to keep the flooring and am very pleased with the quality.I had been warned about ordering flooring from an online store, and I did encounter a few that didnt seem entirely above-board, but there are no such concerns with this company. It is rare to find companies whose customer service goes above and beyond the way All Flooring and Roxana did for me.

Ordered laminate flooring through this company, and I would not recommend. Almost a week went by without any update on my order, so I reached out to get information on my order. Dont expect a phone call or an email in return, absolutely poor communication. It took several phone calls just to find out that what was ordered was not even in stock. Save yourself the hassle, and go elsewhere.
