Great little chocolate store with a huge selection and fabulous customer service! This is my go-to location for my favorites - dark chocolate sea salt caramels. There is something for everyone!

Adorable, quaint shop! Greeted with the delicious smell of chocolate along with a wide assortment of sweets. Chocolate covered apples, truffles, fudge, marshmallows, and more. Great prices for superior chocolate delicacies!! Also offers a small range of coffee drinks and ice creams. The customer service experience is above par and personable. 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious chocolate and exceptional customer service! I cannot get over how welcomed they made me feel in this store! The selections are amazing and they have everything from chocolate, full coffee bar, candied apples to ice cream and also a big wrapped candy selection. They even have dog treats! Will be definitely coming back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! i have a soy allergy and they were happy to check the ingredients of everything for what i could eat :) the caramel apples are super good!

Great customer service. My son is learning about money and painstakingly counted his coins to purchase a chocolate and small ice cream. The guy working there was so patient and kind. Hard to find kind teenagers in customer service anymore.

Very helpful staff. Chocolate is good, especially the darks. It is mostly made in somewhere outside of Charlotte, like CA or CO. Makes sense considering its called Rocky Mountain Chocolate.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When my husband and I first walked in, the vibe was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING. Three employees were behind the counter and not 1 turned around to greet nor assist us. They all watched us come in, made eye contact and turned around to finish their conversation. Customer service was nonexistent. The deserts looked great and we were actually excited to try them, but after the horrible and UNCOMFORTABLE atmosphere, we refused to spend our money. We will never go back nor recommend this place to others.

Wide variety of always delicious dipped apples and chocolates. My wife and I love popping in for an apple pie apple to split for dessert.

Kim, the owner, took care of my valentines nightmare. Im out of town and i was wanting to surprise my gf with chocolate covered strawberries. After an issue with doordash she called me personally and handled it with ease. The next time i am in town i will personally go see them to thank them. great shop, great ownership.

I purchased some ice cream from this store and got deeply sick. I threw up at least 5 times and I am positive I contracted food poisoning. I almost rushed myself to Urgent Care I was so sick! I believe either the ice cream was severely expired or they are just plain serving bad food here! Dont come here unless you want to get sick! Furthermore, I experienced horrible customer service from the employees with very rude, almost snobbish attitudes.

OMG! Love their carmel and other apples. They are da bomb!They also have a program where you can buy chocolate bars for Service Members, which is awesome.

Great chocolate, great atmosphere. Was a little turned off by the young lady working, that ask us to put on masks in between bites and sips of our snacks.

B+: the staff was very friendly and patient allowing each of the littles to place their order. They also had sugar free options. The downside they do not make their chocolates there which explains why some of the chocolate was older. The fudge however is made by hand and very good without being grainy.

I had an apple pie Carmel apple which was one of the best desserts Ive ever eaten. The workers were so friendly and knowledgeable about all the product. They needed to be, because with all the choices available, I needed help picking one or two things. Dont hesitate to make this a must visit destination.

They have the best chocolate I have ever had! They have an extensive variety of sugar free chocolate together with all of my traditional luscious favorites to create a premium chocolate lover’s feast!When I was in last week, I was mentally taking notes of what I wanted to put in my nieces Easter basket. (She is my favorite godchild and I know she will share.)Any time I need a quick gift, I have appreciated that the staff has always been helpful and attentive. This lovely store is in a charming neighborhood and is always clean and bright.

Had the duck fat pecan pie with the honey and graham crackers ice cream. Not bad, a bit too sweet for my liking but overall a solid choice. I should have stuck to my go to secret breakfast flavor.

Apples covered in all types of chocolate and various toppings are the specialty here but they also have fudge, truffles and lots of other chocolate covered treats. They have a punch card that gets you a free apple after 10 purchases and they have a small selection of ice cream. Staff is friendly and the store is very clean but quite small. The prices are all over the place with some things drastically overpriced and some more reasonable but you can most likely find something youll love in your price range.

Perfect Date spot checklist: Rooftop cafe with stunning view of LA and swings. Trendy Instagram-worthy colorful dessert. Intimate seating so you get to sit close and talk. Modern and aesthetic interior design with flowers. Although the purple sweet potato tiramisu was pricey and reminded me of a mediocre cheesecake, get ready for a second date!

Stumbled across this gem had no idea it has been open for a year. I got a mixed box of chocolates to try and my mom got one if the Big yummy apples. They have a huge selection everything you can imagine. Fudge, truffles, chocolate covered everything, and about 20 different kind of dipped apples. Its very good!!

I love, love, Love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I always get their candy apples and the apples are always crisp and fresh. Friendly customer service and two thumbs up to this location. The one at Concord Mills is pretty good too.

They have wonderful chocolates and a large assortment. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. My friend and I sat and enjoyed a long conversation.

Danger for wallet and waistline. Its fudge, Carmel covered Apples and overpriced chocolate morsels. Its a sweet tooth s paradise but bring that new bonus check you just got at work to afford it.

I love Rocky mountain chocolate factory! They have candied apples, many different chocolate truffle flavors, chocolate bars, brownies, fudge, and other specialty chocolate items. The truffles are $2.50 a piece, but so worth it! My husband will purchase a 12 piece for me for special occasions.

I have been searching for a place with caramel apples year long. I have tried 3 different varieties of their apples and all have been superb. I would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth for chocolate. There is truly something here for anyone.

Every time I come in, I get greeted by the friendly staff. If you have questions, they will answer. Chocolate is good! I love the caramel apples the best and so many to choose from.

Excellent place for a delicious dessert and great coffee (from Smelly Cat in NODA). Can eat there or create a box of desserts to take with you or give as a gift. They also have ice cream. Excellent!

Bought two boxes as Christmas presents for my wife. One box was great, the other box was old and the chocolates were turning white. I contacted the company online to complain and never got a responce. So Im guessing they dont care.

I Always buy chocolates and fudge there the staff is always super friendly and helpful and the items are always fresh. I met the sales director Dale and he referred me there and I am now a lifelong customer.

Some chocolates are pricey. But you can find some interesting tastes in here :)

What a fabulous ‘small town feeling’ shop. We just had an Afternoon Tea Bridal Shower for my Daughter and Izzy was amazing. She ordered tea cup and pot shapes in various sizes and made me cute little packaged tea chocolates for game prizes. OMG - they were sooooo cute. We then sent a lb of the ‘tea’ shapes to FL and she got those Fedex’d without any melting issues. Fabulous!
